I had lunch at a pasta restaurant in Fukuoka Airport and ordered the Carbonara for 1,120 yen. It was a bit crowded as it was past 12 on a holiday, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes before being seated at a table at the back. The place was full of families and groups of women travelers. The Carbonara arrived in just over 10 minutes after ordering. It was creamy and slightly bland, but since it's the only place in Fukuoka Airport where families can enjoy pasta, I would definitely visit again.

On June 21, 2023 (Wednesday), the final day of the unusual journey with Ciel. It was a quick 2 nights, 3 days. Ciel is heading back to faraway TOKYO. So, I drove Ciel and my partner to Fukuoka Airport for a little drive. We didn't have much time at the security checkpoint, so we had our final meal at "Dining Cafe Senka Fukuoka Airport". We had some draft beer and non-alcoholic drinks, which were delicious. Ciel mixed the Caesar salad so well, making it very tasty. We all chose the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, with options for 5 different sauces. It was delicious with paprika and shrimp. I usually skip mentaiko pasta, but my partner ordered it. The Tuna Corn Pizza felt more like a snack, so my partner got that too. The coffee after the meal was also delicious. Thanks to Ciel treating us, it was a great meal. Thank you for the fun time, and let's plan another unusual journey in Tokyo in September.

I used it during the waiting time at the airport. They offer a wide range of menu options from light snacks to hearty meals, appetizers, and alcohol. I ordered a salt chiffon cake set because just having coffee is not enough. The taste was as expected, but quite delicious. I enjoyed it while experiencing the smell of pork bone ramen from the nearby runway.

This is a restaurant located inside Fukuoka Airport. The airport itself is easily accessible from the city of Hakata, so the location is convenient. I was looking for a place to relax before my flight and found this restaurant. Since I was a little full, I just ordered pasta. The restaurant seemed to specialize in pasta, and I was grateful that there were outlets where I could charge my phone.

On a day when I had some errands in Tokyo, I planned to have pasta in Tenjin before heading to the airport. However, the restaurant I wanted to go to was still serving breakfast and didn't have pasta on the menu yet. I was craving pasta, so I had to find another place quickly since I didn't have much time before my flight. I ended up eating at this restaurant in the airport and ordered shrimp and spinach in cream sauce. I didn't have high expectations since it was in the airport, but to my surprise, it was a proper Italian restaurant and the pasta and sauce were delicious. It was a bit pricey due to the location, but I was satisfied to unexpectedly enjoy authentic pasta.

The mentaiko and shiso pasta was delicious! I wasn't expecting much, but the pasta was quite tasty. The mentaiko was well mixed in, and the shiso added a nice fragrance. I would like to try the spaghetti aglio e olio next time. ^ ^

After a business trip, I decided to have a meal at an Italian restaurant near Fukuoka Airport Station. They had a variety of pasta dishes, so I chose the meat sauce pasta this time. It turned out to be surprisingly authentic and delicious. The ground meat and large meatballs were flavorful and packed a punch. The combination with cheese was great, making it very tasty. You can also get a larger portion for just an additional 100 yen, which is budget-friendly. The pizza was well-cooked with a crispy crust, giving it an authentic taste. The quality of the food at this airport restaurant is impressive, and I would definitely come back. It may sound repetitive, but brown-colored dishes are truly delicious!

When I arrived at the airport, I was looking forward to enjoying some food and drinks while watching the planes take off and land. However, since the restaurants were located on the parking lot side, I couldn't do that. Instead, I decided to indulge in a luxurious strawberry tower parfait made with fresh morning-picked Amaou strawberries from a contracted farm. I followed my rule of ordering one item per person and got the parfait, which disappeared after five blinks of an eye. The remaining regular delicious parfait was still enjoyable. Next time, I might try the regular pizza that the person next to me ordered.

Today it's raining, so I headed to Fukuoka Airport where I wouldn't get wet! It's a long weekend, so it seems like there are more people around... I was planning to go to Ramen Runway, but then I noticed some intriguing words... A big turn right in front of the runway, emergency landing here... haha The cafe has 8 counter seats and about 8 tables. So, without further ado... I ordered the dish that caught my eye!
- Pizzagetti (980 yen) As the name suggests... it's a fusion of pizza and spaghetti. I like both, so I couldn't imagine a bad taste... According to the description, "Napolitan is placed on a hot plate, topped with onions, green peppers, and bacon. Plenty of cheese is added and baked." Sounds delicious! They must have boiled the pasta (maybe pre-cooked) and then baked it, so I expected it to take some time before it arrived... but it came in less than 10 minutes... oh no... this could be bad... haha It's delicious, really delicious, but... the baking is too sweet! Where is the crispy edge that was mentioned in the description?! When I looked closely, the cheese was crispy... oh, that's what they meant! It would have been amazing if the bottom pasta was crispy too... This turned out to be like a Napolitan with cheese on a hot plate... It might be difficult to make a crispy pasta base, but a Pizzagetti where you cut the crispy noodle dough with a knife while eating would be the best... hmm... I got carried away in a different direction with my imagination... Sometimes, going without prior information might lead to a bigger sense of wonder... It was a day of learning... Thanks for the meal!!

Yes, my first visit was for a live performance. I had an hour before departure, so I decided to kill some time. I was drawn in by the 5% cashless payment rebate offer, so I entered (laughs). I ordered a red wine. I'm not sure where it was from, but it was served at the right temperature and had not oxidized. It was a bit pricey, but that was not a problem. The standout was the service staff. They were really friendly. That alone made it worth it. It's a great place to pass the time. And to top it off, something nice happened in the end. I will definitely stop by again when I visit Hakata. Oh, I exceeded 200 characters (laughs).

After finishing work on a business trip and returning to the airport full of the Bon holiday atmosphere, I walked around looking for something Fukuoka-like to eat. But in the end, I wanted something not so Fukuoka-like and decided to eat a Doria. I sat at the counter and looked at the menu, where the words "Mentaiko and Ooba Pasta" caught my eye, tempting me with a Fukuoka specialty. Despite the temptation, I stayed true to my initial plan and looked at the Doria section. There it was, the Chicken and Mentaiko Doria! It was exactly what I was in the mood for. I ordered it from the staff and waited patiently. As it was an Italian restaurant, there weren't many solo male customers. It was 6:30 pm, and there were some lively groups drinking, but it wasn't too noisy. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the Doria was brought to me. It was nicely baked and had a good cheese aroma. It was delicious. There was a decent amount of Mentaiko, enough to be recognized even as an excuse. But as I continued eating, I unexpectedly encountered a rich vein of Mentaiko! There was so much that it was clearly noticeable. With this quality, it was definitely worth the around 900 yen. Satisfied with the Doria exceeding my expectations, I boarded my flight. Thank you for the meal.

Italian cafe located in the back of the restaurant street on the 3rd floor of Fukuoka Airport, towards the south. I visited this cafe the day after my visit to Seikina-san, when I took my daughter to the airport. She mentioned that she had eaten more than usual during her stay, so we decided to have a light meal. The interior of the cafe has counter seats and table seats, and we arrived around 18:30 to find it about half full.
- Fried potatoes (380 yen including tax): Crispy texture and rich seasoning, very delicious. The taste is addictive.
- Margherita pizza (900 yen including tax): I thought it might be frozen, but the dough was freshly made and the cheese was plentiful, surprisingly delicious. The "basil oil" generously drizzled on top added a nice flavor.
- Ginger ale (1 glass for 250 yen as part of a set, normally 450 yen): The portion was a bit small, so I wished for a little more. We only had two dishes, but both were to our liking. Airport restaurants are usually crowded, so this place may be a hidden gem in terms of location.

This is a cafe located in the restaurant street on the 3rd floor of Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal. I went to Fukuoka Airport to see off a friend, so I had lunch at this restaurant located at the end of the 3rd floor restaurant street. The restaurant was almost full at lunchtime, but there was one empty seat at a two-person table by the window, so I had lunch here. For lunch, they had pasta, pizza, and gratin options, so I decided to try the pasta lunch for 1000 yen. First, a salad was brought to me. It was a salad with corn toppings, and the dressing also had corn in it. Next, garlic toast was served. The pasta of the day was a vegetable-rich mushroom pasta. I chose a light mentaiko sauce for the finishing touch. For my drink after the meal, I ordered orange juice. The lunch was over. The restaurant is located at the southern end of the Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal 3rd floor restaurant street. [Dining Cafe Senka (Fukuoka Airport)]
Today's Napolitan is at Fukuoka Airport! Inside the Fukuoka Airport terminal, there is a cafe called Dining Cafe Senka. Among the many restaurants in the airport, it was quite difficult to find Napolitan, but luckily I found one on the menu and decided to try it. The cafe has about 10 tables and was almost full of people spending time before their departure. Of course, I ordered the Napolitan! After placing my order, the cooking process began, but due to the hustle and bustle of the airport, I couldn't hear the sizzling sound. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the Napolitan arrived. It was made with medium-thick noodles, green peppers, onions, corn, and bacon. It was a classic cafe-style Napolitan. I took a bite and... it was a hearty meal! The Napolitan was generously topped with ketchup, so be careful not to spill it on your shirt. Surprisingly, it was a hearty meal! The appearance on the plate was different from what I expected, as it was served on a hot plate. The Napolitan had plenty of ingredients and was satisfying to eat.

I was drawn to the set of fried potatoes, fried chicken, and beer for 980 yen. I felt like it might not be enough for dinner, so I also ordered a pizza with shiso leaves and dried baby sardines. Some people may not like the fried potatoes and chicken because they are quite oily. The potatoes are a bit bland, so you might need to add salt to your liking, and the chicken is slightly spicy. The pizza was larger than I expected (20-30cm) with a soft crust and plenty of cheese. The saltiness of the dried baby sardines stood out. The restaurant faces the road side of the airport with windows, which is nice. The tables are small, making it feel a bit cramped. The counter seats have outlets for charging your phone. It's a bit restless and somewhat awkward for a casual drink. But considering it's an airport restaurant, it's not a big issue.

This is an Italian restaurant located in the restaurant area on the 3rd floor of Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal. I ordered a glass of wine, truffle croquettes, and doria. The wine was quite sweet. The truffle croquettes (the name might have been slightly different) were small cream croquettes. I didn't particularly taste the truffle, but as a snack, it was not bad. The doria had plenty of beef in it, and it was quite satisfying. It also had good staying power, so it felt like a good deal.
