The atmosphere inside the shop and the character taking orders from a bear's hand were very charming. The cakes we ordered were not too sweet overall, allowing us to enjoy them lightly with drinks. There were also plenty of photo spots available!

There was not only takeout, but also eat-in available! It's a hidden space on the 5th floor of a building, where you pick up your order when a bear hand waves your number flag. It's fun and cute. I tried the carrot cake for ¥580 and the frozen strawberry juice for ¥680, both were delicious. It's hard to find a place that serves carrot cake, so I was happy. The juice was fresh and perfect for hot summer days. The interior is stylish with a white theme, featuring 6 two-person tables and 4 counter seats. It's a great place to relax and unwind. The staff is also cute and kind.

I visited the Hankyu Umeda store where a limited-time pop-up was set up, and I brought my daughter with me this time because I was so relaxed when I visited before. I bought an apple juice (451 yen) and asked for it without ice. The department store itself was very crowded, and although there was no line before, this time there were about 3 groups waiting. I held a number tag and waited. The bear's hand that came out this time had a different color from before. It's still very cute. It made peace signs, held hands, and really comforted me, making me feel kinder. The juice itself tastes normal, but I think of this bear's hand as an investment to meet. I hope the money I paid here will help someone who works.

I visited a cafe that was featured in an online news article at Umeda Hankyu's event. The cafe is known for employing individuals with delicate mental health. I ordered the Forest Bear Paw Parfait (1181 yen). After placing my order at the register and receiving a numbered flag, I waited for my order. After about 3 minutes, a bear paw holding the numbered flag appeared at the window. I handed over my numbered flag, and then my parfait was handed to me. Each step of the process was cute, and I could feel the kindness and warmth even through the bear's fur. Although I couldn't see the bear's face, just seeing its hand through the window gave me a sense of healing, like being at a theme park. The parfait consisted of chocolate whip, vanilla ice cream, chocolate granola, panna cotta, and more, layered on top of each other. The bear paw-shaped madeleine on top added a bear-like touch, but otherwise, it was just a regular chocolate parfait. The taste was quite ordinary. Although it felt a bit pricey, I would be willing to visit again to support those who are working there. I think children would also enjoy visiting this cafe.

Instagram is buzzing with this popular concept cafe ♥ At the order window, you can place your order and after a short wait, you'll hear a sound and a bear's hand will come out of a hole in the wall to serve you the item you ordered (*´艸`*) so cute ♥ The bear can wave, give a peace sign, shake hands, and children will definitely be thrilled! This cafe was opened in reference to "Bear Claw Coffee" in Shanghai, China. The cafe is affiliated with the "Mental Support Academy," a school for counselors, where the staff includes counselors who work with people who struggle with social interactions (such as shut-ins or those with depression). The strawberry parfait is not overly fancy but has a moderate sweetness in the cream and delicious fruits. The drink is handed over with a stuffed animal hand, making it contactless and suitable for the COVID era, which is nice (*^ω^)b There is also a standing eat-in area inside the cafe. It is a wonderful cafe that contributes to society. I know of a similar cafe in Nara called "Country Cafe Herb Club," which aims to create a place where people with and without disabilities can naturally connect. It would be great if more of these kinds of cafes were established to create a more inclusive society for people with disabilities or mental health challenges (´∀`*) However, one concern is that they did not obtain permission from "Bear Claw Coffee" in Shanghai. It's understandable if they are accused of copying, but I hope they are recognized by the original and continue to engage in positive activities in the future. Thank you for the meal ☆彡

I was curious about this shop. It is a shop where delicate-hearted people work with counselors in a non-face-to-face, non-contact manner. I think it's a wonderful initiative. The shop has a unique setup. You order and pay through a small window, and when your order is ready, a bell rings to notify you. A bear's hand comes out of a hole in the wall to deliver your items. It's fluffy and cute! It makes you smile. When you receive your order, the bear waves its hand or gives you a peace sign, showing great customer service. The eat-in area was larger and cuter than I expected, and it was very cool inside. I wish I had ordered a parfait in this space. The iced cafe au lait and strong coffee were delicious. Thank you for the meal. I want to come back again.

◆Transformed into a dish that stands out, this cafe I discovered on Instagram caught my attention. With a concept of a cafe where people with delicate mental states can work, instead of face-to-face service, fluffy bear paws emerge from a hole to deliver the ordered items. Experiencing it firsthand, the fluffy bear paws are cute and not only provide the products but also wave, give a V-sign, shake hands, and offer various hospitable gestures, creating a heartwarming and pleasant atmosphere. Honestly, it's a business based on a unique idea, and both the cafe latte and cookies are just average in taste, but if it matches the concept, it's wonderful in its own way. However, relying solely on social good initiatives, the catchy nature of the bear paws, and the buzz around them may have limitations for sustainability, so improving the actual taste of the drinks and sweets would be beneficial.◆Menu for this visit: Cafe Latte, Large Bear Cookie (Plain) - 730 yen per person (lunch)◆How to enjoy this cafe: <Profile> A cafe that provides smiles, healing, and peace of mind as a workplace for people with delicate mental states. When you order, fluffy bear paws deliver your drink and dessert. <Order> The cafe latte ordered this time is 450 yen, and the large bear cookie is 280 yen.◆Source of information: Discovered on Instagram, thank you for the meal~

【Osaka, Uehommachi】Kuma no Te Cafe Strawberry Smoothie ¥480 Kuma-kun Financier ¥390
To the popular Kuma no Te Cafe that is making waves on social media and Instagram ❤️ This cafe offers a unique touch-free experience where you can still interact with adorable bear characters ❤️ I recently visited the cafe after they completed their new eat-in area at the back of the shop. They have limited edition menu items available in the eat-in area ✅ This time, I tried the seasonal strawberry smoothie and the incredibly detailed and cute Kuma-kun Financier ✨ I'm absolutely in love with them! The smoothie is refreshing and easy to drink like juice, with lots of fruit chunks. The financier is so delicate and adorable, it almost feels like a shame to eat it with the intricate chocolate details on the nose and eyes, so be careful not to damage them even with a plastic bag ⚠️ With the lingering cold weather, the eat-in area is much appreciated. It will also be a great spot to escape the summer heat. Plus, there are plenty of photo spots and cute bear and rabbit merchandise, creating a space where you can relax, take photos, and enjoy yourself ❤️

I came across a cafe on Instagram where a bear's hand serves you. I ordered the strawberry parfait and it was delicious with large, sweet strawberry pieces. The bear's hand quickly brought out the parfait. There were cute bear plushies outside which made the place very Instagrammable. When I went, there was a long line. I also ordered cookies, choosing plain and chocolate. They were a good size and satisfying.

The shop is located a few minutes' walk from Kintetsu Uehommachi Station and Subway Tanimachi Line Tanimachi Kyuchome Station. It was raining, but there were quite a few customers. This shop is a takeout-only store. I bought corn potage soup. You order, and when the bell rings twice, a bear's hand comes out with your drink. It's super cute! I can't think of any word other than cute. After receiving it, the bear shook hands with me and made a peace sign, which was very soothing. Both adults and children would be delighted. I plan to visit the bear again.

I had wanted to try this shop for a while. I was planning to go for lunch but ran out of time, so I came in the evening instead. I thought there was seating inside the shop, but ended up buying my drink and enjoying it outside the shop. When I placed my order, a bear handed me my drink through a small window. The iced cafe au lait was delicious as usual.

Being served by a bear's paw was cute and got me excited. The parfait seemed like it was just filled with sponge cake and whipped cream. It might be good for those looking for cuteness and Instagrammable moments, but if you're seeking quality, you might want to look elsewhere.

Located in Osaka's Ue-honmachi, this café, which has been the talk of the town, serves as a place for those with delicate hearts to reintegrate into society. I visited during a weekday afternoon, and there was a line forming. The parfaits and other items I ordered were handed to me by a bear through a hole in the wall. Quite a unique café worth visiting. Note that there is no seating available for dining in.

It was around 4 pm on a regular day. There wasn't a line, but customers kept coming in. This shop specializes in take-out parfaits, drinks, and cookies, and has been getting a lot of attention on TV and social media lately. The orders are handed out by a bear through a hole in the wall, and even though we know there's a person inside the bear, it somehow makes your heart skip a beat. I visited around Halloween, so I ordered the limited edition Halloween parfait for ¥880. After a short wait, the bear handed me the parfait along with a fake rose. It made me really happy for some reason. Even though I ordered and paid for it, I felt so grateful. Now, as for the taste. Each element of the parfait was carefully made with a good balance of flavors and colors, and the price was reasonable. Since it's getting colder, I think I'll try the cookies and coffee next time.

Opened on September 11th, "Bear Paw Cafe" (located in Kamishinmachi, Osaka) offers a unique menu. Customers place their orders through a hole in the wall, and receive their items in a distinctive way. The cafe's concept aims to provide a relaxing work environment for individuals with delicate mental health, allowing them to work without showing their faces. However, there have been concerns raised about the similarities between this cafe and a Shanghai-based establishment, "HINICHIJOU." While the cafe claims to have been inspired by the Shanghai company, there are ethical questions surrounding the originality of their concept. Despite this, the cafe plans to expand nationwide, citing their goal of creating a space for mental education and providing employment opportunities. The cafe's comments on the issue have been met with mixed reactions, as they seem to be justifying their actions rather than addressing the concerns raised.

I visited the "Bear's Paw Cafe" that opened yesterday. I saw an introduction during the pre-opening on Instagram and got excited because it was too cute. I placed my order and waited for a bit until the bell rang twice. From the pick-up window, a parfait and a flower arrived slowly perched on a bear's paw. I received it and enjoyed shaking hands with the bear. Bear paws are so soothing. Even though they would be scary weapons if they were real, I wonder why they are so comforting? The fluffy paws are just too cute ❤️ This time, I chose the Mont Blanc parfait from the three available flavors. I also bought cookies as a gift for a housewife relaxing at home. I placed my order through the reception window and waited for a while until the bell rang slowly twice, signaling that the items were ready. From the adjacent pick-up window, I received cookies and a flower perched on a fluffy bear paw. I received it and enjoyed shaking hands and touching the bear's paw as it moved gently. The bear even made peace signs and waved goodbye, which made me feel warm inside. The atmosphere was calm throughout. I purchased the parfait and cookies and left. The well-layered parfait was gentle and delicious, while the cookies had a bitter taste. It seems that there is a mental support school on the upper floor, and this cafe is produced by them. It serves as a place for mentally challenged individuals to work. I was deeply moved by this wonderful concept. I initially thought it was just a cute concept cafe, but it turned out to be a grand cafe filled with kindness. Even for those who find it difficult to interact with others, this cafe allows them to work without having to meet people directly. It's amazing how they can contribute to society or provide support without even realizing it. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I read Seiranko's review and went there right away! I wanted to have some ice cream, but it wasn't on the menu yet. I ordered a café au lait (450 yen) and a variety of cookies (480 yen). The bear handed them to me from the window. So cute! I want to try a chocolate parfait next time. For now, they only accept cash payments. I want to visit again! They were filming something. My hair was messy, so I felt embarrassed to be on camera.

[September 10, 2021 (Pre-Opening)]■What kind of store?✅A new concept store where people with delicate mental health can work without showing their faces as a stepping stone to social reintegration and as a place for healing their wounded hearts✅Cute teddy bears are the ones handing out cafe items, parfaits, cookies, etc.✅The interior, with concrete walls and cut-out designs, is an inorganic yet visually appealing space■Mont Blanc Parfait 780 yen (tax included)Among three parfait options including Mont Blanc, Shine Muscat, and Melon, I, a chestnut lover, chose Mont Blanc! It has a sweet chestnut compote, whipped cream, refreshing ice cream, cocoa sponge, and Mont Blanc cream, all well-balanced and easy to eat. There is a parfait-like item in the middle as an accent. At the bottom, there is whipped cream with a moderate sweetness, so there is no lingering heaviness after eating, making it very easy to enjoy.Since it is a take-out only store, please enjoy your treats at a nearby park or other location. This store is a wonderful initiative that supports individuals with delicate mental health who are taking the first step towards social reintegration in a society that can be stressful in many ways. I hope to see more of these initiatives flourishing in the future and will support them in any way I can!■Please check out my blog "Yosshi @ Kansai Gourmet Food Walk"!https://gourmetyossy-blog.com/2021/09/11/12227/■I also share gourmet information on Instagram, so please follow me!https://www.instagram.com/h.yoshida3
