I heard there was a super cheap izakaya below Kame Station in Hirano, so I decided to stop by and check it out. They had a sign advertising unlimited drinks for only 980 yen, even if you drink 100 cups! I couldn't believe it. I went to verify it myself. Ordering the unlimited drinks was easy. You had to pour everything yourself except for beer and highballs, and it was a one item per person order system. I had 4 beers, 2 highballs, and 1 chu-hai. I was completely wasted. Because it's cheap, is the portion size small? The raw tuna sashimi is market price, which is interesting. So, here's the raw tuna sashimi. It was 580 yen on that day, but it came with 5 pieces, so it's good. There's something odd about the cross-section (laughs), but it was real tuna. And here's the tuna steak. Quite a lot, right? How much was it? 280 yen!? So cheap! Seriously, 280 yen? It's a bit overcooked, but at this price for this amount, no complaints. The size is good, too, and a super bargain.
