A Taiwanese lady who has lived in Japan for 20 years runs a lively restaurant where the menu is more of a suggestion than a guarantee. She often recommends dishes she's trying out for the first time, like she's on YouTube. Sometimes it's a bit strange, but other times it's surprisingly delicious - a real challenge menu. It's like a surprise box of fun. If you follow her, you can expect hot pot to always be available, and it's usually very spicy! If you're not a fan of spicy food, be careful. But you can ask for it to be less spicy if you want. Her service is so generous and carefree that you might find yourself questioning if the bill is accurate. The locals watch her every move with bated breath, never knowing what she'll do next. She brings a touch of Taiwanese charm to the nightlife of Horie. Enjoying her carefree smile, you'll find yourself losing track of time.
