Located on the first floor of the Osaka Granbell Hotel, which opened last year. I used it for dinner and breakfast during my stay. For dinner, there was a course with all-you-can-eat A5 grade Wagyu beef lean meat and marbled meat. The menu included Bagna Cauda, chilled potato soup, scallop and vegetable teppanyaki, thinly sliced meat teppanyaki, all-you-can-eat Wagyu beef steak, rice, miso soup, and dessert. The Bagna Cauda was delicious with fresh vegetables dipped in a rich sesame sauce. The chilled potato soup had a curry-flavored oil as a nice accent. The plump scallops and thinly sliced meat dipped in ponzu sauce were also incredibly delicious. But the highlight was the main course. The meats of the day were inside thigh, middle meat, and sirloin. The dipping sauces included Sakura soy sauce, fried garlic, pepper, and wasabi. The unground pepper provided a nice aroma and texture. The steaks cooked right in front of you were exceptionally delicious. From the tender meat to the marbled meat, everything was great. I had seconds of all three types. The conversation with the chef was enjoyable, and the staff's service was excellent, making it a truly happy dinner experience. For breakfast, you can choose from three sets of Japanese-Western fusion menus. I chose the soba set. It was surprising to have soba for breakfast. The aroma and texture were excellent, and I enjoyed it with various side dishes. The buffet-style bread, rice, yogurt, and drinks were also a nice touch. The naturally leavened bread like melon pan, fermented butter croissant, everything was delicious, and I ate a lot. The interior had stylish decorations like gourd objects, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There were also second-floor seats and private rooms. I liked the atmosphere of the second floor, so I would like to try dining there next time. I was completely satisfied with both morning and evening meals. Highly recommended restaurant.
