This restaurant used to serve Nagahama ramen, so I had visited a few times before. However, the name of the restaurant changed partially at some point, and since then I had not visited at all. Today, I happened to be in Tani 9 during lunchtime, so I decided to visit! The curry ramen that used to be on the menu was gone, and a new soy sauce ramen was introduced. But I was there for the Nagahama ramen, so I purchased a ticket for the pork bone Nagahama ramen and entered the restaurant. I arrived around 11:30, so I was the only one in the restaurant. An employee was busy making fried rice, so I waited for a minute or two while drinking water. The employee then came to take my ticket and I waited a bit for my ramen. There were condiments like ramen sauce, garlic, sesame, and pickled ginger on the counter, and I noticed the garlic which was not there before. When the ramen arrived in about 3-4 minutes, I asked to put garlic in it, and I enjoyed the ramen as it was. The pork bone flavor seemed to have increased, but the soup was still light and not too heavy. The noodles were straight and had a firm texture, which I liked. As I ate, I decided to order an extra serving of noodles and first added sesame. After a few bites, I ordered the extra noodles and added garlic for flavor. I added ginger when the extra noodles arrived, and I enjoyed the second serving of ramen with the added flavors. Towards the end, I added too much ginger which made the soup a bit salty, so I reflected on that. Despite that, I finished the extra noodles and soup and left the restaurant feeling satisfied. I am truly grateful for this restaurant where I can enjoy delicious Nagahama ramen in the midst of famous and unique restaurants in the Tani 9 area. Thank you for the delicious Nagahama ramen!
