I had the nigiri "Fushimi" at Nigiri Chojiro in Osaka, Suita. It was a lunch set with 9 pieces of sushi, chawanmushi, and red miso soup. Although it was a bit pricey at 2,180 yen, the sushi was made in front of customers, giving it a luxurious feel. It was delicious! I had the sushi "Kurama" at Nigiri Chojiro in Osaka, Suita. Nigiri Chojiro is a sushi chain based in Osaka. I ordered the "Kurama" sushi set which came with 9 pieces of sushi, chawanmushi, and red miso soup. It's a bit pricey but the sushi is made in front of the customers, giving a sense of luxury. It was delicious! Price: 2,390 yen (February 4, 2023).

It had been about 20 years since I last visited a revolving sushi restaurant. I decided to order udon noodles this time since they had a lunch special. The friendly waitress was mainly in charge of making the sushi, and the atmosphere was nice. Although you could be nitpicky about some things, the quality for the price of 1250 yen was more than satisfactory.

I went to have lunch.
- Honmaguro Sanmai, 1060 yen. A selection of medium fatty tuna, fatty tuna, and lean tuna. The tuna is rich in fat, the rice is slightly firm, and the vinegar is subtle, which is a characteristic of Nagajiro.
- Red king crab nigiri, 480 yen. Full of the deliciousness of crab meat. I thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal ingredients.
- Tamakue chirinigiri, 620 yen. A hybrid new fish species of Tamakai and Kue. It has a chewy texture, plenty of umami unique to white fish.
- Scallop, 550 yen. Large and juicy scallops with plenty of umami.
- Nabeyaki udon, 640 yen. Plenty of ingredients like fried tofu, fish cake, green onions, half-cooked egg, and shiitake mushrooms. The rich broth soaked in the umami of the ingredients pairs well with the chewy udon noodles.
Total cost: 3350 yen. Thank you for the delicious meal.

It's rare to come on a weekday. It's not crowded on weekday nights. You need to go early on weekends to avoid the crowds. The Chojuro Maki here is delicious. The eel is also good sometimes. I also like the premium yellowtail. The seasonal specials this time weren't that great. The seasonal omakase wasn't to my liking either. But the sushi from the previous day at Maimon was better. I ordered the Anakyu at Maimon because it was delicious, but what came out here was disappointing. The mille-feuille hand roll? The one in the bottom right photo was surprisingly filling, and I left feeling full!

This is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. I don't like waiting, so I always go early. I always order the Nagajiro roll. Today, I had the seasonal assortment, eel, and chawanmushi. I can't eat a lot of conveyor belt sushi for some reason. I think this restaurant is delicious. When it's cold, I order udon. My family ordered the hand roll sushi set, so I took a photo.

The dishes I enjoyed this time were ★ Lunch hospitality nigiri platter "Uji" with a large conger eel in the middle, which I couldn't resist as a conger eel lover. The nigiri included tuna, sweet shrimp, ikura, sea bream, which are all my favorite toppings. ★ Nigiri sushi I can eat only the toppings I like until I'm full. Fatty salmon, seared salmon, shrimp, my favorite eel, boiled anago nigiri, classic tuna battleship, all looked incredibly delicious. ★ Satsuma fry with ice cream A slightly thick and delicious Satsuma fry. It's satisfying to eat something this thick. It was incredibly delicious when eaten with the ice cream served together. ★ Strawberry and cream cheese parfait I thought it was a dessert from a sushi restaurant, but it had plenty of strawberries and was deliciously satisfying. Strawberries, my favorite, are truly indispensable anytime. Nigiri Nagajiro at Katsuo Kaiten Sushi is a rotating sushi restaurant, but unlike 100 yen rotating sushi, it feels a bit luxurious like a high-end sushi restaurant and was delicious. The lunch menu was luxurious and I couldn't help but order it. Of course, there are also a la carte menus, so you can eat as much as you like of your favorite dishes. It's a delicious place, so it's totally okay to go for family celebrations. If you feel like eating high-end sushi, I will definitely go there again. Thank you very much. It's a slightly upscale conveyor belt sushi restaurant. The prices and service are average in terms of cost performance. However, the sushi is delicious in a normal way. Personally, I recommend the grilled yellowtail collar, which is really tasty for 380 yen. It's a good value. That's about it in terms of cost performance. Overall, the sushi is delicious for the price. However, the sea bream sushi was just okay.

After more than 10 years, my wife and I visited "Nigiri Chojiro," a revolving sushi restaurant in Saiin Temple for the second time. There were seasonal limited-time menu items available. We waited about 15 minutes for seats at the counter. We started with crab miso (260 yen), fish red miso (180 yen), and hot spring egg red miso (280 yen). We ordered sea bream and yellowtail (each 320 yen). Although it is a revolving sushi restaurant, there was no conveyor belt in front of the counter. We ordered all dishes verbally. We ordered two servings of the limited-time "Spring Assorted Nigiri" (890 yen). We also had avocado tempura nigiri (180 yen) and tekka maki (260 yen). As a couple, we were able to eat to our heart's content for about 4000 yen (all settled with shareholder benefits). Thank you for the meal.

I have used this restaurant for lunch with my children on several occasions. I didn't have a good impression when I used it in Sumiyoshi, Kobe before, but I'm glad I came here. You can enjoy sushi casually at a reasonable price range.

The oil at this restaurant seems off. It has a strange smell. When I had the deep-fried squid tempura, tempura udon, and Chojuro maki, I noticed a thick, strange-smelling oil. I've never experienced this before. Maybe with prices going up, they're having a hard time sourcing good oil?

During the bluefin tuna fair, bluefin tuna nigiri was 39% off. It's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but you can also order directly from the chef in front of you. Lunch on weekdays seems like a good deal.
