Yakiniku wholesale Ichioshi, which opened on April 20th in Kamihonmachi, Osaka, is a yakiniku restaurant with a lot of flowers in front of the shop. It is said to be a branch of a yakiniku restaurant in Kyoto. The set menu is quite extensive. Since there were two of us, we ordered a rare cut red meat platter, hormone mix, and cabbage salad. The rare cuts come in two pieces each, which is just right for two people. The meat looks beautiful with a lot of marbling. We had Marushin, Lamp, and Ichibo. The meat was juicy and delicious, with a lot of umami. However, personally, I found it difficult to eat fatty meat like I used to when I was younger, and if all three cuts have a lot of marbling, my stomach gets full quickly. We reset with the cabbage salad. The hormone mix was delicious, with good quality hormones. I wanted to try a leaner cut like Harami, but the order was not placed, so I canceled it as my stomach was getting full. Recently, there are many yakiniku restaurants in the Kamihonmachi area, but this was the most delicious. Although the service is still getting used to, they are trying hard, and we had a comfortable dining experience. There were many cost-effective set menus. Those who enjoy eating fatty meat will surely be pleased, and it might be good to go with a large group and enjoy a set menu with drinks. I was impressed by the quality of the meat, so next time, I will try cuts like tongue, harami, heart, and liver to enjoy without too much fat. It was a great restaurant experience.
