I was requested to have a farewell party at a yakiniku restaurant, so I visited this place. It seemed like the service was still getting used to being open, but they were getting more experienced. They will change the grill without you having to ask. The Ichioshi curry and suji simmered dish are still amazing. The quality of the meat served at this price is very high. I'm glad I don't have to go all the way to Tanabe anymore.

A newly opened yakiniku restaurant, rumored to be a branch of Ichiyoshi in Tanabe, is located in a residential area just a short walk from the Kintetsu station. The newly opened restaurant is very clean and beautiful. I visited right at the opening at 5 p.m. and enjoyed a meal in one go. First, I tried the slightly thick-cut beef tongue, which was easy to eat as it was cut in half. Although I haven't had the thinly sliced regular tongue before, the slightly thick-cut one was easy to eat and not too thick. Next up was the much-anticipated Chateaubriand steak. It's rare to find Chateaubriand at this price, so I was grateful. We ordered 200g for four people, and it was delicious without any complaints. Then came the popular appetizer, yukhoe, which was huge and incredibly delicious. I highly recommend ordering this dish. However, it's quite large, so those with a small appetite may want to split it in half. The seared liver was delicious because of the searing process. It's a dish that one person can enjoy. The salad with beautiful and tasty vegetables was also great. The owner's recommended curry had a rich flavor with a hint of spiciness at the end, which was delicious. Since this restaurant is likely to become difficult to book in the future, I'm glad I was able to visit early.

The interior of the new restaurant was very beautiful. I had mainly lean meat, and it was delicious with just the right amount of fat without causing indigestion. It was also conveniently located near Uehommachi Station.

Yakiniku wholesale Ichioshi, which opened on April 20th in Kamihonmachi, Osaka, is a yakiniku restaurant with a lot of flowers in front of the shop. It is said to be a branch of a yakiniku restaurant in Kyoto. The set menu is quite extensive. Since there were two of us, we ordered a rare cut red meat platter, hormone mix, and cabbage salad. The rare cuts come in two pieces each, which is just right for two people. The meat looks beautiful with a lot of marbling. We had Marushin, Lamp, and Ichibo. The meat was juicy and delicious, with a lot of umami. However, personally, I found it difficult to eat fatty meat like I used to when I was younger, and if all three cuts have a lot of marbling, my stomach gets full quickly. We reset with the cabbage salad. The hormone mix was delicious, with good quality hormones. I wanted to try a leaner cut like Harami, but the order was not placed, so I canceled it as my stomach was getting full. Recently, there are many yakiniku restaurants in the Kamihonmachi area, but this was the most delicious. Although the service is still getting used to, they are trying hard, and we had a comfortable dining experience. There were many cost-effective set menus. Those who enjoy eating fatty meat will surely be pleased, and it might be good to go with a large group and enjoy a set menu with drinks. I was impressed by the quality of the meat, so next time, I will try cuts like tongue, harami, heart, and liver to enjoy without too much fat. It was a great restaurant experience.

In Kyo-tanabe, a popular restaurant that was difficult to make reservations for finally opened on April 20th. The entrance was decorated with many congratulatory flowers, creating a festive atmosphere. It's recommended to make a reservation before going, as it was fully booked. I ordered the Premium Yakiniku Assortment (Set B), which was beautifully arranged and looked delicious. The set included premium cuts like top sirloin, top kalbi, top lean meat, and harami, perfect for those who love lean meat like me. The meat was as delicious as it looked!! They had various sauces like soy sauce, miso, lemon juice, wasabi, and the original plum salt garlic, which I personally loved the most. I was surprised by the cost performance!! The Premium Yakiniku Assortment set, which is enough for 3-4 people, was priced at 4,980 yen (excluding tax). There were also individual meat dishes, but in terms of price, the assortment set seemed to be a great deal. They also had a "Student Set" which seemed to be a good value and featured black wagyu beef. The staff were all friendly and the owner was very approachable, making the dining experience pleasant. I would like to try their wagyu beef curry and bibimbap next time I visit. As part of the opening celebration, they even gave us a retort curry made with black wagyu beef! Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

I went to a new restaurant that opened on April 20th. The manager and the other customers were very friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I had the thick-cut tongue, the A set of premium grilled meat, grilled shabu-shabu, Korean salad, and ice cream for dessert. The A set for 4,000 yen had large cuts of tender meat with marbling, and it was very juicy and delicious! The beef tongue and grilled shabu-shabu were also very tasty! They had different sauces like miso and plum salt, and all of them were delicious! I didn't try the hormone meat, so I would like to try it next time! I also had the curry for the grand opening celebration. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again!

A famous yakiniku restaurant from Nittanabe in Kyoto has opened a new branch in Uehommachi. The menu is almost the same as the original store. They offer generous portions like the student set and the full stomach set, with delicious meat and excellent side dishes. I also ordered the recommended simmered tendon. Unfortunately, I was too full to try their famous curry. As a gift for the grand opening, I received a retort curry from Ichiyoshi.

The quality of the meat is not bad. Be careful when ordering Namul platter or Kimchi platter as the portion size is large, suitable for a smaller group. The Namul had a strong salty taste overall and did not suit my palate.
