The 100 yen sushi was decent, but the sushi with different toppings each day was delicious! However, we were kept waiting for quite a while, so we ended up eating the chawanmushi and a few pieces of sushi without even having time to take photos. As others have mentioned, I feel like the quality of the sushi at Daiki Suisan in Namba and Abeno is slightly lower compared to other restaurants. My number one Daiki Suisan is the one at the Ikuno Higashishijou Market in Ikuno Ward! This rotating sushi place has a double lane system, so it's hard to get the attention of the chefs even if you order. Therefore, you have to order through the floor staff. In my opinion, sushi should be eaten within 10 seconds of being made! Even if it's rotating sushi, I feel like the sushi deteriorates quickly if not eaten immediately.
