It was extremely crowded during the day! Reservations are essential during the summer vacation! I wanted to go to Sushiro for the first time in a while, so I went there on a whim, but it was packed. They even had Mikuno Ramen on the menu, so I was able to eat anything! I was very satisfied.

I happened to see the Sankan Megumi Festival from May 12th and had a reason to go to Umeda, so I decided to make a quick stop. Here's what I had: - Aged Akabana Kanpachi: The texture and taste are different from regular kanpachi! It has a good amount of fat and is delicious. - Abalone 3-piece set (raw, steamed, simmered): The raw one was a bit disappointing as it lacked a crisp texture, but the steamed one was thick and tender, very tasty! The simmered abalone had a refined seasoning and was soft and easy to eat. - Bluefin Tuna 3-piece set (lean, medium fatty, fatty): All of this for 390 yen including tax is amazing! - Live-kill Red Snapper: It's been a while since I had such a hit! This time it was live! The freshness was good, and the firm texture was enjoyable. - Salmon Roe: Consistently delicious! Salmon roe never disappoints. - Aged Akabana Fatty Kanpachi: The thickness, firm texture, sweetness of the fat, incredibly delicious! It feels like it was raised with care and effort for over 2 and a half years! This time, everything was a hit after a long time, it was amazing!

This time, my friends and I tried a 10,000 yen plan here. It was a limited-time offer with squid, pork tongue, and lots of sweets! We ate dishes like sushi with crab stick tempura, lemon madeleine, and milk ice cream set. Highly recommended! ∩^ω^∩

I had been curious about the Sushiro on the 6th floor of a building in Chayamachi for a while. I couldn't quite imagine a popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant being on the 6th floor, but I decided to take a peek and ended up going in since it wasn't too crowded. Upon entering, I checked in using a touch panel. Since I was dining alone, I was quickly seated. The seating was organized like Ichiran, with each counter seat separated and plenty of space between customers, so I felt comfortable enjoying my meal. I ordered my favorite items using the touch panel. I love sushi, but I have preferences for certain types of fish, so being able to choose my favorites myself was a great pleasure. I ordered Toro, Ebi Cheese Aburi x2, Ikura, Akagai, and Salmon, a total of 6 plates for 902 yen, and I was very satisfied with my lunch. I really love Ebi Cheese. The payment process was also self-service with automatic checkout, no contact with the staff. It's a modern new system. Despite the narrow space, it doesn't feel cramped due to the relaxed layout, making you forget that you're on the 6th floor of a building. It's a hidden gem near the station, perfect for a quick lunch.

I went to Sushiro right away. There were a lot of people as usual. I tried the Ine Maguro set, even though I don't usually eat tuna. It was easy to eat and didn't have a strong tuna smell. The Toro Katsuo was delicious without a fishy taste, and the Abura Bozu was also tasty. I tried some limited-time items which made me happy. They even served Chawanmushi as a finishing touch. The location is convenient, so I will definitely come back again sometime.

I visited here just after coming out of Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station Chayamachi exit. It's located on the 6th floor of a building. It was dinner time, so the waiting time displayed on the ticket machine was 40 minutes... However, since I was alone, I thought I would probably be seated earlier than that, and indeed I was called in less than a minute after getting my ticket. As expected, dining alone has its advantages! As for the sushi, it tasted just like Sushiro. There's no need to dwell on it. The size of the sushi pieces and rice were not large, so I ended up eating more than I thought. So, thank you for the meal! The pricing at this store ranges from 132 yen (including tax) per plate. Unlike other roadside stores, it is a bit more expensive here. Well, it's understandable since it's conveniently located near the station.

It's been a while since I visited Umeda, my first time after the lifting of the state of emergency. Wow, there are so many people here, I hope everything will be okay and we won't have another state of emergency in two weeks. I went to the newly opened Sushiro in the city center. It's on the 6th floor of a building, and when I arrived, it was very crowded. I had to take a number and wait for 35 minutes. The floor was full of families and couples. Just when I was about to leave, my number was called. There was a space for solo diners, which I like to call the "magic solo space," where I could be seated quickly even if there was a long wait. Sushiro in the city center had a lot of the typical 3-piece sets that are common in high-end conveyor belt sushi restaurants, but they were just individual pieces placed on a plate. I was hoping for more variety like "Hokkai Trio" or "Seared Trio." The fatty salmon was delicious, but it still felt like they just took the pieces from the plates. The crab miso salad was excellent, and I even got seconds. Overall, the chain restaurant's consistency was impressive. Thank you for the meal.

"Sushiro" opened in the middle of Umeda on the 22nd of last month (2 minutes walk from Hankyu Umeda Station, in the building next to ZARA). The pricing starts from 120 yen (tax included 132 yen) for urban-type stores, and the store incorporates the latest facilities such as a check-in machine that automatically guides you to your seat and a two-tiered lane where the ordered items are delivered directly to your seat. I went during a quiet time, so I was seated at the counter with one seat skipped, but the space is quite compact in width, so it might be a bit uncomfortable if someone sits next to you... Also, I think it's in the manual, but I wish they would stop confirming the price loudly at the final payment... Is it not allowed to confirm by showing the screen display? Even if you order a slightly expensive menu as a single person, it's embarrassing to be thought of as eating a lot (>_<) There seems to be a "automatic souvenir locker" for takeout without face-to-face interaction, so I will use it wisely.

A few days ago, there was an advertisement for a new Sushiro opening in the Hankyu train corridor in Chayamachi. I made a reservation through the Sushiro app for lunch on the opening day. I thought I might have to wait since the reservations were full when I checked today, but I was seated right away. Although it was past the lunch peak, the restaurant was 95% full. The building next to Uniqlo, with a pachinko parlor on the first floor and the entire building being bars. When I took the elevator to the 6th floor, I noticed that the door opens on the opposite side of where you enter. Honestly, the restaurant is a bit small for Sushiro. There are many counter seats, so if you're dining alone or with two people, you can usually get in without waiting. Since I had a reservation, I was leisurely guided to a booth seat by myself. The backrest was high, and I couldn't see the seats in front or behind me. The rails were also designed so that the other side couldn't be seen. And when you place an order, you won't forget anything because you notice another lane above you! The medium fatty tuna was delicious, but the shape was a bit disappointing. The red shrimp was plump and delicious. The best among the items I had today. The fatty tuna had a lot of fat, so one piece was enough for me. The chawanmushi was as delicious as usual. It had seasonal bamboo shoots, scallops, shrimp, and chicken. I also had my favorite salmon sushi for a great deal at 170 yen for three pieces. There is a ramp at the entrance of the restaurant in addition to stairs. The aisle is also spacious, so even with a stroller, there is plenty of room. The restroom has separate facilities for men and women, as well as a multi-purpose private room with a diaper changing table and wheelchair accessibility, making it family-friendly. The new restaurant is well-equipped, so I highly recommend it!

The restaurant not only offers great products, but also provides a convenient and comfortable environment with features such as automatic seating assignment through a check-in system, direct delivery of ordered items to the table through a special lane called "Auto Waiter," and a self-service pick-up system for pre-ordered takeout items called "Automatic Souvenir Locker."

I visited Sushiro after seeing it in the news. There were more customers than I expected. I think they are a friend of the common people, so I hope they do well. The food was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

It's delicious! Even though it wasn't flowing, conveyor belt sushi is still exciting, right? (The shirako was a bit strange)

It's good because it's fast and there are plenty of seats. The sushi with warm rice made me laugh, not bad at all. ✋

During events like this, I think it's best to go with well-known restaurants for good value. The taste really exceeded the price. However, there were occasional instances of sloppy presentation.

I saw the news with the title above, so I went to the Umeda branch while I had some business there. Honestly, I won't comment much on the taste. It's the same taste you can find at any Sushiro, but maybe because it's the flagship store in western Japan or because it's a new store, it seemed a bit too enthusiastic. They frequently made announcements for recommended items inside the store, and the staff often did that echo-like vocalization where one person speaks first and then all the staff members echo afterwards, which was nice but a bit distracting when trying to have a conversation with my companion while eating. It felt a bit noisy (sorry for being rude). I appreciated their systems for seating guidance and self-checkout during the pandemic, but I wish they would let us eat in a more relaxed manner... Thank you for the meal. I might visit again if I'm alone next time? 😄

It had been a while since I last visited, and I noticed that they had self-checkout options now. It was nice to see that even on New Year's Day, the store wasn't crowded.

The sushi is taking a long time to arrive. The quality of the fish is not as good as in Ueno.
