The interior of the restaurant is stylish and clean. The presentation of the food is also beautiful. It's a perfect place to eat quickly and leave quickly when you're in a hurry. I couldn't really smell the soba fragrance. The noodles are soft. Most people around me were ordering tempura.

I visited the restaurant for lunch around 11:10. There was a line waiting. I sat on a chair and waited. After a short wait, I was guided to a large table in the back. It was always crowded. I always eat Duck Nanban, so I decided to try a different menu. I chose the Ume Kama Soba x1. It was my first time trying Kama-age Soba. I often eat Kama-age Udon, but this was different. The refreshing taste of shiso and plum was nice. I wonder if they don't serve soba-yu here.

I finished my errands in Osaka and on my way home, I stopped by a soba restaurant while the sun was still out. There were people around me who seemed to be working during their late lunch break. I felt a bit sorry for disturbing them. Setting that aside, the food at this restaurant is great. The tempura here is especially delicious, with daikon radish prepared in oden style before being coated in batter and fried. It goes well with alcohol. The soba noodles are not particularly fragrant, but they have a smooth texture and a subtle soba flavor that lingers. I enjoyed my meal and left in a good mood to catch the train. I apologize to the salarymen who were already done with their meal before me.

On my day off, I visited Namba Station for shopping, ended up having a large vegetable tempura and a tasting set, almost forgot to do my shopping and had to rush back to the electronics district after sneaking through the ticket gate. Be careful of the temptation of delicious food and alcohol. The tasting set here includes unique types of alcohol, so even if you're not a connoisseur, you can still appreciate them. Personally, my favorite is the daikon tempura. The daikon is coated in flour and fried in an oden style, remaining crispy and showing great craftsmanship.

I went with my friend for lunch! The soba noodles were 100% buckwheat and thin. The seafood tempura set was delicious with crispy tempura that was freshly fried! The daikon tempura soaked in broth was unusual and I tried it for the first time.

At lunchtime, crowded with tourists, I waited in line for a bit and entered the shop! I ordered the tempura set with cold soba noodles. The soba noodles came on a wooden plate, which added to the atmosphere. They were crispy and delicious, but surprisingly there was a lot of them. The tempura was also crispy and they served various kinds, so I was very satisfied. The seating in the shop was quite close to the next table.

Afternoon work in Namba. Before that, lunch time is here. Ordered the "Katsudon set for 880 yen" and also some soba. The katsudon was delicious, a typical type. The soba was tasty, especially the broth. It's perfect for those who like to slurp up the noodles. The portion was generous. Thanks to that, I am full. Another delicious meal today. Thank you for the meal.

The chairs at the counter seats of the soba restaurant on the sixth floor of Namba Parks are very uncomfortable to sit on as they wobble a lot. The staff greets everyone with a loud "Welcome to Shinobuan!" which can be annoying when sitting at the counter. It's not an izakaya, so it's unnecessary. There is often a line during lunch on weekends. The taste is decent, but it's disappointing that they don't offer soba-yu (hot soba water).

On January 21, 2023, Saturday, I had a long weekend from Friday to Saturday. My wife had to work until noon. In the morning, I finished my errands quickly and hurried to Namba. I managed to get seats for THE FIRST SLAM DUNK at Namba Parks Cinema starting at 3:15 pm. I am from the SLAM DUNK generation and have seen the manga and anime thoroughly, but my wife hasn't. However, due to the good reviews, she expressed interest in watching it, so we decided to watch it together. By around noon, the restaurants at Parks were all crowded due to it being a Saturday. The place we wanted to go to was Soba Shinobuan Namba Parks branch, our second visit. Last time, we had lunch there before watching a movie starring Junichi Okada. There was a line of about 15 people in front of the restaurant this time as well, but my wife was expected to arrive around 1:45 pm. Would it be less crowded by then? We killed time by walking around until my wife finished work. She arrived right on time at 1:45 pm. There was no line at the restaurant, so we were seated immediately. About 90% of the seats were already taken. We were seated side by side at a large counter table (with partition panels for each person). I ordered the duck soba noodles with tempura and my wife ordered the mushroom soba noodles with tempura. I also added a rice bowl with egg and tempura. We didn't have to wait long, and my rice bowl with egg arrived first, followed by the soba noodle sets. The soba noodles here are made from high-quality buckwheat flour, thin and firm, which I like. The tempura was freshly fried and delicious, especially when eaten with pink salt. The tempura included a generous portion of simmered radish tempura, which was flavorful and delicious. The chicken tempura was also tasty. My wife also finished her meal, which is rare as she usually shares some of mine. Sometimes you just crave soba noodles and tempura, right? It was a great lunch before the movie. The movie SLAM DUNK was amazing! Even my wife, who didn't know the manga or anime, thought it was really good. It's the kind of movie you can watch two or three times! Inoue-sensei is amazing!

Ordered vegetable and chicken tempura at Namba Parks. It always seems to be empty whenever I come here, but the dining areas are usually crowded. I was surprised to find tempura made with "boiled daikon radish" among the freshly fried tempura. In my hometown, we have tempura made with sweetened red beans or tofu, so using daikon radish seemed like a difficult choice due to its high water content. The finely cut soba noodles were delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered duck soba for the first time, as I had previously ordered tempura set at a different store. It looks like ramen with garlic chips on top. The overall balance is good and delicious! Even though it may not be suitable for winter, I might order it again in the summer! Despite its junk food appearance, the soba itself is firm and satisfying. If you're looking for a larger portion, I recommend ordering the set.

The sake tasting set changes from time to time, but the range from rich to light flavors was noticeable even to my unrefined palate. In other words, it's a convenient set that allows you to switch up your sake depending on whether you're eating soba or tempura.

On a hot day, I always crave something cold to eat. When that happens, the popular "Shinobuan" Namba Parks store is perfect even on weekdays. It was a bit late for lunch but the restaurant was quite crowded. I mentioned that I was dining alone and was seated at the counter facing another person with a transparent acrylic divider between us. I felt awkward looking at a stranger eating in front of me, so I just looked at my phone. I chose the chilled Sudachi Soba for ¥1078. It came with a grilled miso rice ball. The visual presentation was satisfying and the taste was even better. The refreshing scent of Sudachi was delightful. It was a delicious meal.

After visiting the nearby major electronics store, I had dinner on the way back! I had a delicious duck dipping soba, which was cold and refreshing with the combination of soba noodles and dipping sauce. The garlic chips and tempura bits added a nice touch. The meeting ran late and I missed lunchtime, so I was grateful for the restaurant area in the shopping center that was still open. I visited "Soba Shinobuan" on the 6th floor of Namba Parks. Even though it was already past 3 o'clock, there were 4 groups of 6 customers and 1 group of customers waiting. I ordered the "Nami Ten Zaru" and the "Tamago Ten Kake Gohan". The Tamago Ten Kake Gohan was served first, followed shortly by the soba and tempura. The tempura included shrimp, chicken, pumpkin, eggplant, and simmered daikon. I particularly enjoyed the simmered daikon tempura. I usually prefer to eat tempura with salt. The soba was made from 80% buckwheat flour and had a good texture. I started by dipping it in pink salt, then in the dipping sauce made from bonito and kelp broth, which I personally like. The portion size was generous, unlike some other soba restaurants that serve smaller portions. I also added the Tamago Ten Kake Gohan, which was delicious with a slightly sweet taste. Overall, the atmosphere was nice, the restaurant was reasonably priced, and it was a great find for those looking for a late lunch option. Thank you for the meal!

I visited at 12:00 for lunch. Since I had something light earlier, I decided to start with an appetizer called "lunch." The specialty is Duck Namba x 1. I wanted to try the duck soup, but it seemed different. Everyone was eating tempura.

I love the atmosphere of this place and I always end up coming here when I visit Parks. There aren't many soba restaurants around here, so I'm really happy. I tried tempura and warm soba for the first time today. I think the cold soba is tastier. I will definitely come back when I visit Parks again!

On July 29, 2021, Thursday, my wife and I had a day off together! We woke up early in the morning and went to Parks Cinema to watch a movie, "Fable: A Contract Killer Who Doesn't Kill." It was quite interesting!! Since it was a weekday, the theater was not crowded, and we got the best seats right in the middle!! We enjoyed watching the movie!! But my butt was sore afterwards (laughs). After the movie, we had lunch at Shinobu-an Namba Parks store, which we visited for the first time. It was around 1 pm. The restaurant was full inside, with two groups waiting outside, so we waited for about 10 minutes before being seated at a table in the back. I ordered the Yamagata cold meat soba, with an additional 200 yen for a rice bowl topped with egg tempura. My wife ordered the chicken tempura zaru soba. The soba noodles were thin and made of high-quality buckwheat. The cold meat soba had a sweet and rich chicken broth. The chicken was chewy and had a substantial texture. The broth was cold and refreshing, perfect for summer!! The rice bowl topped with egg tempura was, needless to say, delicious (laughs). The half-cooked egg tempura was ❤️( ゚Д゚)ウマー. I also tried my wife's tempura, which was freshly fried and very tasty. We enjoyed our meal very much!! Thank you for the delicious food.

To celebrate the reopening of Namba Parks, I made a stop at a soba restaurant on this day. As previously mentioned, their vegetable tempura includes daikon radish simmered in dashi broth (similar to oden), which is unique and pairs well with sake. Ordering the large portion of soba with a sieve topping is a bit pricier (+200 yen), but it's a relatively affordable option within Namba Parks where you can enjoy a quick meal. The selection of sake is also commendable. What's great is that the staff at this restaurant will ask if you'd like soba-yu (hot water used to rinse your bowl) when you finish your meal, without you having to say anything.
