I had a quick lunch at Kappa this time. I was able to be seated right away without waiting, so I chose it. It feels like I don't go to conveyor belt sushi restaurants often, and it seems more expensive compared to others. It's supposed to be cheap because it's conveyor belt sushi. They advertise having a lot of variety, but I find myself not choosing many items. But it's close by and not crowded, so it's good.

My family often goes to revolving sushi restaurants. Even though we live in the countryside, there seems to be an abundance of revolving sushi restaurants. Because of this, we don't really like Kappa Sushi, which is a bit far, and we prefer Kurazushi, which is closer and we have been to many times. Maybe we came this time because we saw online that Kappa Sushi is the best. This time, sea urchin sushi was only 110 yen, which is rare since 100 yen sushi is becoming less common. We also ordered a set sushi with a special discount coupon. The only sushi my grandchild can eat was 150 yen. Surprisingly, it didn't have egg, which was a relief because many meat sushi have egg in them. This place offers online reservations and touchscreen ordering. However, when the order arrives, there is no color coding on the touchscreen, so it can be a bit confusing. The staff comes to count the plates for payment, which is different from some places that don't do plate counting anymore. It can get a bit confusing because each place has slightly different procedures to remember.

I recently heard that Kappa is good, so I decided to have lunch there on Saturday. It's quite close by, but it's been a while since I've been. It was quiet and not crowded around noon, which was nice. I started with a large draft beer. I used the touch panel to choose my dishes, and the sushi was tasty and reasonably priced at 100 yen per plate. There were many limited-time menu items, and all of them were delicious. I tried the chicken white broth ramen from the famous shop "Tenten Yu" for 450 yen. It was a small size, but it was enough and very tasty. It's just as good as a 1,100 yen chicken white broth ramen from another place, but cheaper. I recommend trying it.

I went to Kappa Sushi for the first time in years. I usually go to Kura Sushi for conveyor belt sushi, but honestly, I didn't feel it was as good as Kura Sushi. First, the sushi pieces are small. They are clearly smaller compared to Kura Sushi. Also, the wasabi comes out in chunks. While it may give a sense of cleanliness since it's not shared with others like at Kura Sushi, for someone like me who doesn't mind, it becomes a nuisance. Additionally, the plates are not collected like at Kura Sushi, which also becomes a hassle. Overall, I felt like it was lagging behind compared to the systematic approach of Kura Sushi.

The oysters at Kappa Sushi were surprisingly delicious. But more importantly, they offer a coupon where you can get half off as many glasses of draft beer as you want. Both regular and large sizes are half off. They also have discounts on highballs! It's the perfect place to stop by after work and enjoy a drink or two. (laughs)

The quality is really nice. It feels like a Hokkaido Fair kind of vibe now, right? Also, the halal food was delicious. I quietly like the pickled ginger and sweet sauce here. The sweet sauce is really good with tempura. And they have quite a few coupons here, so it's a good deal! This time, we used a half-price coupon for lemon sour! It was 3000 yen for a family of three. Great deal.

What's going on?! The quality is completely different from before! I used to think it was good, but now it's not. On top of that, it seems like Eat-Ho is popular too! There were a lot of sold-out items. Now I'm torn between going to Kura, Kappa, or Sushiro again...

It's been a while since I went to Kappa Sushi. I've been into revolving sushi restaurants lately. Kappa Sushi is located along Route 26 in Kaizuka. The parking lot is spacious. However, there are many revolving sushi restaurants in this area. Since it was before evening, there weren't many people. The sushi wasn't rotating on the belt. I ordered a few of my favorite items. Huh? Did the sushi pieces get smaller? I often find myself thinking that. Compared to other revolving sushi restaurants, I personally feel that the taste and variety are lacking.

The headquarters of this conveyor belt sushi restaurant is located in Kanagawa Prefecture. Previously, their signature was a sign with a picture of a kappa, and personally, I liked that better. In Kansai, Kura Sushi and Sushiro are popular, but they are working hard. I remember they used to have gizzard shad on the menu.

Rotating sushi all-you-can-eat challenge! I went to a nearby Kappa Sushi with my coworkers to see how much we could eat. We reserved online for the all-you-can-eat option. It was available from 2pm to 5pm, for one hour. Everything on the conveyor belt was included in the all-you-can-eat deal, but there weren't many plates going around. In the end, I had 35 plates, 2 bowls of chawanmushi, pudding, and ice cream. In total, the three of us had 96 plates (lol). We must be crazy (lol).

I felt like eating sushi, and the nearest place was Kappa Sushi, so I decided to go there! It had been a while since I last visited Kappa Sushi. I thought it might be crowded, but they seated me right away. I usually go to Kura Sushi, so the atmosphere at Kappa Sushi felt fresh to me! The lighting may have been a bit dimmer than other places, but that might be just me. The biggest advantage is that it's cheaper than other places! The variety of dishes is not as extensive, but the kids' menu was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

It's been a while since I had Kappa Sushi! Among conveyor belt sushi restaurants, Kappa Sushi is the cheapest with plates costing only 90 yen on weekdays. They also offer sushi delivery via Shinkansen trains, which was a unique feature that initially drew me to Kappa. I felt like eating there again after a long time, so I went. They provide small dishes for soy sauce on the table, which is a unique feature of Kappa. I had about 12 plates that day. One new thing I noticed was that they had added a new ramen menu. They had clam salt, miso, and one more flavor, so I ordered two. The miso was a bit light in flavor, but surprisingly, the salt flavor was quite delicious. Once again, I left feeling full and satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Kappa Sushi is a well-known restaurant that everyone is familiar with. Recently, a large Kura Sushi opened nearby, making it easier to get in. They have a promotion on weekdays where you can eat for 90 yen, which is great because you can eat a lot without spending too much. Chain restaurants are often compared for their taste, but personally, I don't see much difference between them. The sushi at Kappa Sushi was delicious as well, so I was happy with it. I will continue to use it in the future.

A chain sushi restaurant located on Route 26, connecting Osaka and Wakayama, heading towards Wakayama. It was a late lunch time, so the restaurant was empty. I sat at the counter and ordered the Seafood Umami Gunkan and Shirako Gunkan. I also got an ALLFREE drink. I added a Tekka Maki as well, along with a non-alcoholic drink. All dishes were 108 yen each, so I didn't have high expectations, but the taste was decent for the price. I decided to leave because the group across the lane was a bit loud.

I passed by Kappa Sushi for the first time in a while. I often see their commercials on TV. The jingle has been stuck in my head without me realizing it. It seems like their sushi portions have gotten bigger, but honestly, are any of them good? Are they overdoing it with the commercials? What should I eat that's actually delicious? My family and I were disappointed this time, as we left sushi uneaten at the conveyor belt sushi restaurant. The meat was fatty and unappetizing, the crab miso was too watery, the tuna looked pale and unappealing, and the tempura was greasy. Even though it's only 100 yen per plate, there are many other good sushi restaurants out there. We probably won't be coming back. We usually prefer Sushiro when it comes to conveyor belt sushi, but this time we decided to try Kappa Sushi after a long time. I was surprised that they only gave us a table number card and didn't escort us to our seats like they used to. And guess what? They had touch panel screens just like at Kura Sushi! I was shocked and thrilled. The touch panel made ordering so much easier and efficient compared to the old way of calling out orders. The food we ordered arrived promptly without any mix-ups or delays, thanks to the conveyor belt system. Kappa Sushi, you're doing a great job! As for the sushi itself, well, it's 100 yen sushi, so you get what you pay for. Overall, I still prefer Kura Sushi for the quality of their sushi. Their shrimp avocado rolls use real avocado, unlike Kappa's tube-like avocado paste. The portions at Kura are also bigger, especially for items like tuna belly. Even though Kappa has touch panels and conveyor belts, I think I still lean towards Kura. Speaking of Kura, I noticed that their sign has recently changed to Sushiro. I wonder why?
