We visited Sushiro Toyonan store in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture for dinner on a Saturday night. My second son and I had a total bill of 2,550 yen for 15 plates of sushi, ramen, and warabi mochi. Sushiro offers a variety of sushi options like tuna and salmon, with each piece served on a separate plate, which is great. The Rich Shrimp Miso Wonton Men costs 380 yen and features shrimp soup with medium straight noodles, a few wontons, green onions, and a simple broth. The shrimp flavor in the soup is quite strong, although the overall taste may be a bit average. As a side ramen option in a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, it's not bad. However, the ramen at Sushiro may not have the highest potential compared to other places. Overall, the sushi was delicious and convenient, so I would definitely visit again.

Visited after 9 PM. It is a large store with a spacious parking lot. The table seats were almost full, but the counter seats were available. It seemed to be operating at about half capacity. They seem to be careful about preventing mischief. Since it was late, they mainly served classic items. They also made an effort to increase the variety of dishes, such as serving tuna and salmon or tuna and shrimp on one plate. The taste is consistent, and it's nice that the seaweed is crispy because they only take orders instead of having the food go around on a conveyor belt. I was hesitant to use it for a while, but now I can go there with peace of mind.

Sushi Restaurant Review: I visited Sushiro Toyonan Store from February 22nd to February 26th to try their limited edition Ootoro (fatty tuna) on a yellow plate. The restaurant is located in Toyonancho, Osaka. They offer a variety of sushi, seafood, udon, and ramen dishes at an affordable price of around 999 yen. The restaurant is non-smoking and has parking available. They are open from Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, and on weekends and holidays from 10:30 am to 11:00 pm. The menu includes specialties like Ootoro, Maruzuwai Kanimiso-ae, Tekkamaki, and more. Overall, I would rate this restaurant 4 out of 5 for the quality of food, service, atmosphere, and value for money.

Sushiro Toyonan Store is my personal number one revolving sushi chain. Located in Osaka, this restaurant offers a variety of sushi, seafood, udon, and ramen dishes at an affordable price range of around 999 yen. The restaurant is non-smoking and has parking available. Operating hours are from 11:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and from 10:30 to 23:00 on weekends and holidays. The menu includes a variety of dishes such as crab festival, shirasu battleship sushi, seared flounder, and more. Overall, I rate this restaurant 17 out of 25.

Visited Sushiro Toyonan Store in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture for lunch with my wife, second son, and eldest son who is back home for the holidays. We arrived just before 11:45 am on New Year's Eve and were seated immediately as we had made a reservation through the app. We ordered 31 plates of sushi, chawanmushi, red miso soup, and a bowl of ramen, totaling 4,940 yen. With a coupon, the final bill came to 4,693 yen. The "Rich and Savory Tuna Soy Sauce Ramen" priced at 380 yen was like a small-sized ramen. It had a seafood-based soy sauce broth with medium-thick noodles. The toppings included fried tuna, green onions, and leeks. The flavor lacked depth, but for ramen from a conveyor belt sushi chain, it was decent and not bad overall. I always make sure to have ramen whenever I visit a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and this one was okay as a side dish.

Visited in April 2022. A very late dinner in Osaka on a holiday. One night, we saw "Sushiro" being featured on a TV show called Job Chune. After the show ended, I looked at my spouse and they were breathing heavily, saying, "We have to go to Sushiro now!" I was surprised and asked if it was okay to go at this hour, but they insisted, "Yes, let's go now! Hurry up and get ready!" So, we hurried to a nearby Sushiro location. We arrived at Sushiro Toyonan store after 9 pm. I thought it would be crowded after being on TV, but surprisingly there was no waiting for parking or seating, and we quickly got in. We ordered some of the items that were featured on the show, such as the Mini Bomb Sushi, Taiwan Onigiri, Chicken Skin Yakitori, Jumbo Shrimp Tempura Roll (shared), Shrimp Avocado, Squid, Sesame Mackerel (with green onions), Brulee Cheesecake (failed item), and Strawberry Brulee Milk Crepe Melpa (shared). Overall, the experience was enjoyable, despite some mixed reviews from the TV show.

Visited in January 2022. I stopped by after work on a weekday for dinner. I was running late and wanted to grab dinner somewhere on my way home, so the options along this road were Marugame Seimen, Kura Sushi, Karahoshi, Gusto, and Sushiro. Despite the usual crowds, I decided to try Sushiro this time since the parking lot was quite empty. Once inside the "Sushiro Toyominami" store, instead of being seated by a staff member, the reception terminal guided us to our table for a contactless experience. We quickly placed our order using the touch panel. Here's what we ordered: - Yellowtail Toro Rare Shabu - Seared Conger Eel - Crab Salad - Shrimp Cheese - Squid - One Cut Yellowtail Tuna - Shrimp Avocado - Tuna Battleship - Tuna - Special Fatty Tuna Seared with Soy Sauce - Seafood Potato Salad (with pickled ginger) I purchased a gas burner last year, so I've been searing various items at home, and seared sushi is also delicious and fragrant! Seared items are best enjoyed with minimal soy sauce or just salt for enhanced flavor. We also tried the seafood potato salad, which had a unique crunchy texture and a hint of acidity due to the pickled ginger. It was an interesting item for a sushi restaurant! After finishing our meal, we went to pay, and I noticed that there is now an automatic register for contactless payment, except for finalizing the bill amount. It seems that the restaurant has adapted well to the current situation. I remember visiting here during the state of emergency in February 2021 when they had to close at 8 pm, and I accidentally entered after 7 pm. Things are back to normal now, but with the new variants of COVID-19 emerging, there may be restrictions on operating hours again soon. Despite the ongoing challenges for restaurants, I hope they continue to innovate and thrive. Thank you.

I woke up and was playing with my phone in bed when I saw a banner for Sushiro. I realized I hadn't been there in years, so I decided to wake up my wife and daughter and take a walk to the nearest store. I made a reservation on the app on the way there. When we arrived, it was crowded as expected. We entered our reservation number into a high-tech machine and waited to be called on the monitor. Once called, we were directed to our table based on the QR code on the receipt. We had some sushi like tuna and bonito, and surprisingly, it was delicious. I don't need ramen anymore. Finally, we used the self-checkout and paid around ¥2,500 with VISA. It's amazing how things have changed without me realizing. It feels like being in a 90s Hollywood movie. Convenient yet frightening... Thanks for the meal.

Visited in February 2021. Received a command on a holiday to "I want to go to Sushiro!!" and checked the reservation status during lunchtime, but all time slots were fully booked (;´∀`)アラララ The only available time was 7:30 PM. Since my family member who hasn't been to Sushiro much wanted to know the secret of its popularity, we decided to make a reservation for 7:30 PM. First, we checked the sushi selection on Sushiro's website. As the reservation time was approaching, suddenly... Family member: "Oh no!! I made a mistake (>_<)" Me: "What's wrong?" Family member: "I just realized, they close at 8 PM!!" Me: "Oh nooo (ノД`)・゜・." Despite this, we decided to go earlier than the reservation time. "Sushiro Toyonan Store" Wow, the parking lot was full, it was so crowded. We didn't get discouraged and went inside!! We registered for the regular waiting list even though it was before our reserved time. Somehow, we got seated at the table at 7:25 PM... The last order was at 7:50 PM, so it was a 25-minute challenge (laughs). From then on, it was super hectic. We kept ordering from the touch panel, receiving the items, ordering again, receiving, and so on, without time to eat (laughs). The items we ordered were... Special fatty tuna, shrimp avocado, Kyushu eel, sea salad, pickled sesame sea bream, natural tuna red meat, pickled sesame sea bream (reorder), natural Indian tuna with green onion, conger eel tempura nigiri, salmon tartare, Hokkaido octopus, and Naruto seaweed udon. There was no time to savor them slowly. At 7:50 PM, a young female staff member said, "It's time for the last order, would you like to place your order?" We were like, "Uh-huh (´~`)モグモグ." We were so rushed that we forgot to eat our favorite pickled ginger (^^;) As a dessert substitute, my family member even ate the "Catalana" dessert (laughs) Their dedication to dessert is impressive. Lastly, a quick food review. The sale item, Kyushu eel (100 yen), had a thick and satisfyingly large piece of sushi. It was great for 100 yen!! Didn't find out why Sushiro is so popular otherwise (laughs). However, it was my first time eating conveyor belt sushi in such a hectic manner. Be careful when dining out during a state of emergency (=_=) Thank you.

I missed out on GO TO EAT and GO TO TRAVEL, so now I'm taking advantage of the GO TO Sushiro campaign and heading to Sushiro! The highlight menu item is the double fatty tuna, where you get double the volume of tuna for the same price of 100 yen! It used to be sliced quite thinly, but now it's as thick as at a non-conveyor belt sushi restaurant, with a bit of lean tuna mixed in, but still a splendid fatty tuna. Nowadays, you can't find a place that serves fatty tuna for 200 yen per piece. The shirako (cod milt) has also increased in volume (and price, haha) and is creamy. As for the finishing ramen, for those who might be skeptical of ramen at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, Sushiro's ramen and curry udon are not to be underestimated! The broth is rich, and you can enjoy authentic ramen comparable to specialty shops. However, I made a mistake with the crab miso ramen. Being a fan of crab miso, I chose it without hesitation, but unfortunately, there was no crab miso in sight! Looking at the menu, I realized that the crab miso ramen was not "ramen with crab miso" but rather "ramen with crab." It was a funny twist to end the meal. With the year coming to a close, I wish everyone a happy new year!

I used the takeout service at Sushiro Toyonan store. I made a phone reservation on Sunday afternoon, and when I arrived at the specified time, I didn't have to wait at all, it was very smooth. There are various set menus for takeout, but I asked for my favorite items to be packed separately. Tuna, salmon, salmon roe, flying fish roe, and more. It cost 2,376 yen for 22 plates. I enjoyed it at home with my wife and second son. When you eat at the restaurant, you can also have noodles, chawanmushi, and other desserts, but that's unavoidable. However, the sushi toppings were thick and overall quite delicious. It was my first time using takeout from a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't bad at all.

After finishing my summer vacation in the udon prefecture and returning to Osaka, I went out for dinner with my family, including my spouse and eldest son. It was my treat. I had made a reservation on my smartphone, but the restaurant was crowded with families. I noticed that the staff were all young, looking like high school students. I wondered if they were working part-time just for the summer break. We were seated at a table and started our meal. We ordered 24 plates at ¥100 each, 4 plates at ¥150 each, 1 plate at ¥300, 1 plate at ¥180, and 2 glasses of draft beer at ¥480 each, totaling ¥4,795 including tax. We tried hand-rolled "uni" and trendy "u-niku" (beef sushi). The most delicious dishes were eel, cucumber rolls, and tuna salad. Eating at a revolving sushi restaurant with family is the best way to enjoy a meal affordably. We ate until we were full, consuming 11 plates in total. Thank you for the meal.

So, I went to the restaurant right away, but I was a bit hesitant about the prices. In the end, I only ordered the roast beef mixed noodles. The meat was plentiful and the noodles were delicious. I thought maybe I should have ordered a rice bowl instead... I realized that ordering what you like can make the total cost go up. However, the red sea bream was satisfying in terms of texture and flavor. The sound of the order being ready was a bit annoying, even though I tried to go during a less busy time. Overall, it left a somewhat disappointing impression.

We visited Sushiro Toyonan store in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture with a family of four for dinner. We arrived by car at 7:15 pm on a weekday (parking available). The restaurant is usually crowded on weekends, but on a weekday night, it was about half full. We enjoyed various nigiri sushi, gunkan maki, and ramen. Since we were driving, we didn't drink alcohol, but the total bill for the family of four was a little over 4000 yen. Sushi at Sushiro is really reasonable if you don't drink alcohol. We tried the new Sea Bream Salt Ramen for 330 yen plus tax. It was like a mini ramen, suitable as a side dish to sushi. The soup is a combination of sea bream and scallop, and the noodles are medium thickness with toppings like seaweed, green onions, white onions, and a piece of sea bream. The soup was light with a mild dashi flavor and low saltiness. Overall, it was okay but not exceptional. It's more like a side dish to enjoy with sushi at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

Visited "Sushiro Toyominami Branch" for lunch with a family of four on the final Sunday of the year. Used the Sushiro app to make a reservation with a wait time of about 25 minutes. However, we arrived at the perfect time and were seated almost immediately. The total bill was around 4,500 yen for 33 plates of sushi, ramen, udon, and miso soup. Tried the new Rich Shrimp Miso Wonton Ramen for 330 yen. The soup didn't have a strong shrimp flavor, but it wasn't overly reliant on shrimp seasoning either. The noodles were flat, and the dish came with a few wontons and green onions. Although labeled as "new" on the menu, it didn't seem much different from before. Overall, it was decent and could be a convenient option when you want some soup with your sushi.

After the concert, I decided to eat before heading home since I wasn't very hungry. I chose a decent place nearby. The highlight of today was the skilled technique of the chef in preparing the seared Spanish mackerel sushi. It was quite delicious. The total bill came to 3,590 yen. Thank you for the meal.

On the last day of my eldest son's summer vacation, I asked him what he wanted to eat for dinner, and he requested "Sushiro." It seemed strange since I have been cooking various delicious meals for him. But since there are limited-time noodles available and it's convenient, I decided to take him to Sushiro Toyonan store. I ordered the "Sanma Pepperoncino Mazesoba" which arrived quickly on the conveyor belt. The seared Sanma was delicious, and the chewy medium-thick noodles mixed well with the soy sauce and garlic flavor. The tobiko added a nice crunchy texture, and the fresh watercress completed the dish. Next, I ordered the "Rich Tuna Soy Sauce Ramen," which had a fishy soy soup and a tender tuna cutlet. Despite the softness of the cutlet after soaking in the soup, it was incredibly tasty. Lastly, I ordered the "Rich Shrimp Miso Wonton Men," which had a spicy miso soup with a fragrant shrimp flavor. The wontons were light and tasty, and the noodles worked well with each type of soup. Overall, it was a fun experience exploring the side noodles at a revolving sushi restaurant, with minimal waiting time. This was my 258th, 259th, and 260th bowl of ramen this year.

We visited Sushiro Toyonan store for dinner. We arrived by car around 8 pm on Friday night. The parking lot was quite large but almost full. Inside the restaurant, there were about 20 people waiting. However, my family (my wife, my son in 4th grade, and I) had already checked in using the Sushiro app, so we only had to wait for about 10 minutes. We had 23 plates of sushi, ramen, chawanmushi, cake, and warabi mochi, and I think the total bill was around 3150 yen. The rich shrimp miso wonton ramen with flavored egg was 430 yen plus tax. The soup had a strong shrimp flavor and the noodles were flat and wavy. It came with several wontons, a flavored egg, and green onions. While it may not be as high quality as ramen from a ramen specialty shop, it was still quite tasty and enjoyable. It was a good option for ramen at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

I visited "Sushiro Toyonan Store" in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture for lunch. This is a revolving sushi chain restaurant that I have visited many times, but this is my first review. The restaurant is located about a 12-minute walk from Shonai Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, but it has parking so it is convenient for those who drive. I made a reservation using the Sushiro app and visited with my wife and fourth-grade son on a Sunday at 1 pm. I ordered the Rich Tonkotsu Ramen for 330 yen plus tax. It was a small size ramen with thick pork bone soup and flat medium-thick noodles. Toppings included one slice of chashu, white and green onions, and mustard greens. The amount of white and green onions was less than what I saw on the Sushiro website, but it was acceptable. The thick soup was quite tasty and I enjoyed it. I also tried various sushi dishes, all of which were decently delicious and on par with other 100 yen sushi options. Overall, the Rich Tonkotsu Ramen at Sushiro was not bad as a side menu option to accompany sushi.
