I had dinner at Ajisen located in the Osaka Station Building No. 2 basement floor, which I had been curious about for a while. I heard that their Taiwan ramen is very spicy and delicious, so I decided to visit. I actually tried to come here the other day, but the long line made me leave. Today, I arrived 10 minutes before opening time on a weekday evening. There were 3 people ahead of me. I left the restaurant at 5:20 PM, and even at that time, there was still plenty of seating available. The number of customers gradually increased, but it was still okay. I ordered the Taiwan ramen that I wanted to try. I also wanted to try the garlic fried rice, but the Nagoya main store offers a small size, while the Osaka store only has the regular size. It would have been too much and expensive to order two dishes for 1600 yen. A half-size set for around 1200 yen would have been nice (laughs). However, I should have ordered it... The Taiwan ramen had a delicious spiciness, but the portion was extremely small! I finished it quickly. The flavor was good, but the quantity was lacking. The person next to me ordered Taiwan ramen, garlic fried rice, and clam stir-fry. I missed the chance to order more. The garlic fried rice and clam stir-fry looked delicious. Next time, I'll skip the ramen and try either the garlic fried rice or the vegetable stir-fry. But it will cost 1650 yen or 1850 yen, which seems a bit expensive. The stir-fried leek and liver was sold out before opening (laughs). That looked delicious too! It was a tasty meal! Thank you!

I have only been to the Taiwan Ramen and Garlic Fried Rice at Ramen Aji Sen in Nagoya, but the Osaka branch was also delicious. It seems they relocated from Marubiru to the Second Building. There was already a line forming right after they opened. #Want to connect with gourmet lovers #Gourmet Instagram #Osaka Gourmet #Osaka Lunch #Umeda Lunch #Umeda Gourmet #Osaka Ramen

Nagoya's famous dish, Taiwan Ramen from Misen, is now available in Osaka. They moved from Marubiru to the basement floor of Osaka Station Front Building 2 due to Marubiru's demolition. The Taiwan Ramen costs 800 yen and a small bowl of rice is 150 yen. The Taiwan Ramen is known for its spicy kick that can make you cough. Many people find it too spicy, but you can ask for the American version which is milder. It comes with minced meat, garlic, and a unique spiciness that is typical of Taiwan Ramen. Despite being served in a small bowl, it is packed with noodles, soup, and toppings. Be prepared for long lines as it is quite popular.

Since moving from Osaka Marubiru to Osaka Station Front Building No. 2, I have been wanting to go there every day, but there is always a long line. Finally, I was able to enter without waiting in line. I remembered how delicious it was when I ate it in Nagoya, so this time I ordered the extra spicy option (+150 yen)! It looks really spicy, and even the people ordering the regular Taiwan ramen seem to be struggling, so I was worried if I could finish it. It was indeed spicy, but the garlic flavor was strong, more like garlic ramen than Taiwan ramen. The taste was delicious, and as someone who can handle 15 spiciness level at a certain curry restaurant, this level of spiciness was just right for me. The menu besides ramen was also extensive, so next time I plan to try some side dishes as well. 😊

Seeking for some spiciness, I visited Ajisen for the first time after it moved, and the Taiwan ramen in large size did not disappoint. Ajisen Taiwan Cuisine, Osaka Station Front Building 2, B1F, 1-2-2 Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka.

I love Taiwanese cuisine and have been to many places, but here the food is really spicy. I wonder if this is the authentic taste. It's packed with garlic and very delicious. It's spicy but addictive. I can't help but want to eat more. I understand now why there is always a line before opening. Many people ordered the Taiwanese ramen and garlic fried rice. I want to eat it again... It's so addictive.

While walking past two buildings, I stumbled upon Ajisen Ramen! Of course, there was a line. I had tried it once before when it was located in Marubiru underground, but I always avoided it because of the long wait. I didn't realize it had moved here. There were about five people waiting, so I decided to wait as well. After about 15 minutes, we were able to enter. I ordered the Taiwan ramen, steamed rice, and sweet and sour pork. The Taiwan ramen had a spicy kick that made me cough. It's not like regular ramen where you can slurp it down easily; it will definitely make you cough. But it's addictively delicious. The sweet and sour pork was also spicy. It didn't have the usual onions and other vegetables that act as an oasis, but instead came with a mysterious pickle-like side dish. The steamed rice was a nice accent to the spiciness. Despite the heat, I feel like coming back again. Thank you for the meal.

I finally went to the newly opened restaurant in Osaka Station Building No. 2, which I couldn't stop thinking about. I tried the Taiwanese ramen and found that my tolerance for spice has increased since the first time I tried it. It's spicy but not overwhelming, and I can enjoy it without feeling like it's too much. The delicious spiciness is addictive. Even though I've gotten used to the heat, I can't stop sweating from my forehead and head. I can't wait to try other menu items. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Formerly located in the underground of Umeda Marubiru, the original Taiwanese ramen shop from Nagoya, "Ajisen," had been in business for many years. However, due to the demolition of Marubiru, the shop closed. In August 2023, it reopened for business in the basement of Osaka Station Front Building No. 2, near the previous location. I visited the shop on a Friday night, following the weekend when the Hanshin Tigers won. The shop was already bustling with over 10 people in line, but the spacious interior allowed for quick turnover, and I was able to enter without waiting long. I started with draft beer, followed by two bottles of beer. The stir-fried green vegetables with lotus root and garlic went well with the beer. The liver and leek stir-fry was tasty, but the seasoning was a bit light. Lastly, I tried the original Taiwanese ramen, which was spicy and sour, making my scalp sweat. I recommend trying the original Taiwanese ramen over the milder American version. Ordering various dishes can quickly exceed 3,000 yen, so enjoying the Taiwanese ramen with a beer or two is a good choice.

Today's late lunch was at the convenient station building once again. I made it just in time for the last order at 2pm at Ajisen for some Taiwanese ramen. I know it's spicy but it's delicious. The spring rolls I ordered said they might be slow, but they came out quickly. Even at this time, the restaurant was full of customers. If you come before opening, you might have to wait in line. It's a popular spot. Payment is cash or PayPay only. There is a smoking room available.

A famous Nagoya dish, Taiwanese ramen, from a shop that used to be in Osaka Marubiru, has now relocated to B1F of Osaka Station Front Building 2 due to the demolition of the building. For my first visit, I ordered the Taiwanese ramen for 800 yen and a small bowl of rice for 150 yen. The Taiwanese ramen had a lot of ground meat, chili peppers, and garlic, which made it stronger than I had imagined. I was glad I ordered the rice with it. The small rice portion was actually quite generous in size. (^^) Fura Fura Kansai http://fukunishi.blog.jp/archives/91371280.html

I always order the American-style Taiwanese ramen (a little spicy is better) but it's still spicy. It's so intense that my lips swell, but for some reason, it's addictive... I keep wanting to eat it again. The vegetable stir-fry and green vegetable stir-fry are also delicious with strong flavors. Please try ordering them together. The restaurant is a bit small, so you'll be close to the person next to you.

I went to the newly opened Shinshen, which moved to JR Kitashinchi/Osaka Nishi-Umeda on September 9th! They operate in two shifts, so I went during the lunch time. Despite skipping the peak lunch hour, I arrived as the 18th person in line and waited 15 minutes to enter. I ordered a chu-hai cocktail for 550 yen, stir-fried leeks and liver for 900 yen, and finished with garlic-packed ninniku (garlic) for 800 yen. The dishes arrived quickly, with the stir-fried leeks and liver being a standout - the leeks and bean sprouts were crunchy, and the liver was cooked perfectly rare. Although I wanted to try more dishes, dining alone has its limits, especially considering the prices. I ended my meal by devouring the garlic-packed ninniku. Ah, the addictive nature of Shinshen is undeniable.

Well, this is the Taiwan cuisine restaurant "Aisen" that reopened last month in August✨ located in the Osaka Station Building 2 basement floor! I remember it used to be quite crowded, so this time I arrived with determination around 4:30 pm, 30 minutes before the afternoon opening. I was the first group in line, but within 10 minutes, there were already 2 or 3 groups behind me, and in no time, a line of more than 10 people formed. The restaurant is indeed popular! Here's what I ordered: - Kirin Beer x2 ¥1320 - Grapefruit Sour ¥550 - Kobukuro ¥900 - Chicken Wings ¥550 - Garlic Sprouts ¥950 - Taiwanese Ramen ¥800 - Garlic Fried Rice ¥800 The chicken wings were sweet and spicy, quite hot but delicious! The Kobukuro had a nice crunchy texture and was also spicy, a perfect match with beer. The garlic sprouts were a must for garlic lovers, very tasty. The Taiwanese Ramen had a good level of spiciness, not too overwhelming. The garlic fried rice was delicious, but I personally would have liked it even more garlicky. Overall, the food was delicious, and the restaurant had a high turnover rate due to its fast service. Even if there's a line, it's worth waiting for. I hope they open a branch in Kobe too! #TaiwaneseCuisineAisenOsakaStationBuilding2BasementFloor #WantToConnectWithAisenLovers #WantToConnectWithSpicyFoodLovers #HopeForMoreAisenBranches #WantToEatAisenInKobe #KansaiSpicyGourmet #OsakaGourmet #NagoyaGourmet #SpicyIsThePathToHappiness #KobukuroIsTheBest

❤️: Ajisen: Osaka, Osaka Station Front Building No. 2: Tabelog: 800 Ajisen, a famous restaurant from Nagoya, seems to have moved from Marubiru to the station building for the first time! I went there and it was even spicier than I imagined (lol). I'm not sure if I can challenge the Taiwan ramen again. Even at 1pm on a weekday, there was a line, but the seating was spacious and the turnover seemed good ♻️ #Osaka #OsakaGourmet #OsakaRamen #OsakaStationFrontBuildingNo2 #OsakaStation #UmedaRamen #Ajisen #AjisenTaiwanRamen #TabelogOsaka #TabelogHighRating #LikeBack

Taiwanese cuisine "Aisen," known for its stable popularity as a "Nagoya gourmet" in Japan, is said to have its roots in Chinese cuisine made from ingredients available in Japan. Aisen has relocated from the underground food and beverage area of Osaka Marubiru to Osaka Station Front Building No. 2. Aisen is known for its menu rich in spices and seasonings. The signature dish, "Taiwan Ramen" (850 yen), features a soup base of pork and chicken, with minced pork, garlic, and chili peppers. Plenty of bean sprouts and chives are also included, providing a satisfying meal. When I tried it after a long time, it was still spicy - I broke out in a good sweat.

I was curious about when the relocation opening would be, as it was delayed from the original schedule, but I finally got to go! Unfortunately, they don't have the Asari Ramen from Aisen here, but the Taiwanese Ramen is delicious! It is less spicy than the one in Nagoya, making it easy to eat, and the flavors are clear and delicious! I also ordered the Stir-Fried Vegetables, which was a great combination. Thank you for the meal. I already want to go back!

At Ajisen located in Osaka Station Building 2, you can easily spot it by the long line of people waiting. Their Taiwan ramen with a side of draft beer is truly delicious, with just the right amount of spiciness. I'm not a fan of spicy food, so my lips were tingling a bit... but it was still tasty! The noodles are chewy and go down smoothly. It pairs well with beer! I wanted to try more dishes, but I restrained myself. The line moves fairly quickly, so the wait wasn't too long. The food is served promptly. However, if you're short on time, it may be best to avoid it. The taste is addictive! I already want to go back for more!

After moving, it's my first time here! I've been looking forward to this! It was past lunchtime so I was able to get in without waiting, but it was full. As expected! On holidays, I want to become a stinky garlic woman. I love Ajisen that fulfills my wishes. Delicious!

Recently opened after relocating from Marubiru. Customers are seated closely together, but the staff are friendly and efficient. I wanted to try the Taiwanese ramen, but ended up getting the weekday-only soupless ramen. It came with plenty of chashu, bean sprouts, and kaiware, all soaked in a soy-based sauce. The noodles were thin and quite delicious. It was my first time here, but there are many solo diners, so the turnover seems fast. I'll try the Taiwanese ramen next time.
