Even though it's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, the sushi here is really delicious. The amount of rice in the sushi is perfect. It may be a bit pricey for a conveyor belt sushi place, but if you eat until you're full, it's actually quite reasonable! We spent around 3,500 yen for two people at lunchtime. Even after the lunch rush, we still had to wait for about 30 minutes, so I think it's a popular place!

After watching Euphonium, I noticed that two years ago it was called "Kaga Hyakumangoku Sushi," but now it has changed to "Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Sushi." The price has been slightly adjusted, but the contents are the same. Delicious! Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Sushi includes a small amount of sushi rice topped with blackthroat seaperch, sweet shrimp, white shrimp, gunkan-style blackthroat amberjack, simmered horse mackerel, a small amount of saltwater sea urchin, a small amount of seared blackthroat amberjack, a small amount of Noto pufferfish, a small amount of bluefin tuna, and a rolled sushi with Kaga-style wheat gluten in a steamed egg custard.

During a sightseeing trip in Kanazawa, both my companion and I ran out of energy and decided to cut our plans short and take the train back to Osaka. While pondering where to have dinner, we remembered a restaurant we had seen in a commercial facility attached to the station in Kanazawa. We decided to extend our Kanazawa trip and lined up to enter the restaurant. After waiting for about 30 minutes due to peak hours, we finally made our way inside. The restaurant was divided neatly into table and counter seats, and it exuded a sense of cleanliness. Luckily, we were able to secure a table seat, allowing us to leisurely enjoy our meal. Although it was a revolving sushi restaurant, there were few items on the conveyor belt, and we had to order directly from the chefs. While I picked items from the belt, my companion ordered dishes such as nodoguro and white shrimp sushi that they wanted to try in Kanazawa. I indulged in dishes like gas shrimp and was impressed by the plump texture of the conger eel. After about an hour of eating, I finished off with udon and dessert before heading to pay the bill. Although this restaurant also has a branch in Kanazawa, we had decided to dine here in Osaka due to cutting our trip short because of fatigue. I left feeling that I would like to try the authentic experience in Kanazawa on my next trip. Thank you for reading this lengthy and clumsy text. This restaurant offers delicious local fish from the Hokuriku region, making it a place where you can feel the atmosphere of the region even in Osaka. Despite being quite crowded during peak hours, the fact that you can eat your fill for the cost of the trip, which takes nearly 3 hours by train from the Kansai region, is a significant point. There are also many other delicious restaurants in this commercial facility, so it might be enjoyable to hop around neighboring buildings and enjoy a mini-trip. With the summer holiday season upon us, with more travel and visits to family and friends, it is a good time to enjoy delicious meals at shopping malls near your home or at famous restaurants in the vicinity. I went to various high-end conveyor belt sushi restaurants in Umeda, but this one is the best. It seems to have recently opened in Lucua Ile, and the interior is beautiful. Being a store from Kanazawa, even the soy sauce dishes are Kutani ware! Good plates make the sushi taste better, right? They use a touch panel for ordering, which is the recent format, and the service was excellent. There were various recommended dishes that day, and the tilefish, blackthroat seaperch, and sea urchin were exceptionally delicious. I will definitely go back.

I always wanted to visit Maimon Sushi. I tried to go to Kanazawa, but had to give up due to COVID-19. Finally, I found it at Lucua and managed to visit. I chose the shrimp and nodoguro because I felt like I had to try them. The taste of nodoguro when I put it in my mouth was amazing. The shrimp was also delicious. As someone used to Sushiro, I found the prices a bit high, but good food comes with a price. However, I think it is quite reasonable compared to regular sushi restaurants. I still want to go to Kanazawa to eat there in person (lol).

After staying in Osaka and heading back, I used a travel support ticket for lunch. I wasn't expecting much, but the conveyor belt sushi in Kanazawa is just okay. It's a bit more expensive. The taste is okay for the price, but maybe it's because I was looking at the prices while ordering, which might be affecting my opinion. Thank you for the meal.

Visited in March 2023. After finishing business at Umeda Twin Towers North around 12 pm, we decided to have lunch in Umeda and ended up at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant called "Kanazawa Maimon Sushi Lucua Osaka Store." This restaurant is known for offering high-quality sushi using seafood from the Sea of Japan in a casual conveyor belt style. Upon arrival, there were about 8 groups waiting, so we registered on Epark and waited for about 30 minutes before being seated. We sat at a table and ordered using a touch panel. We shared the following items to try a variety of options: Noto flying squid, nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) comparison x2, horse mackerel, yellowtail, squid trio, grilled enagawa (fluke fin), white shrimp gunkan, natto roll, scallop with butter soy sauce, grilled salmon, enagawa, raw tuna yukke, fufuki sea bream, sea urchin gunkan, raw bluefin tuna, gas shrimp, seaweed soup, and fish head soup (for my companion). Prices ranged from around 180 yen for non-seafood items like tamago (egg) and kappa (cucumber) to 400-500 yen for most seafood items, and up to 800 yen for specialty seafood from the Hokuriku region. Although the prices were a bit high, it was worth it to enjoy unique seafood from Hokuriku. Some highlights from this visit were: - Nodoguro comparison: A comparison of raw nodoguro and grilled nodoguro. The grilled nodoguro was incredibly juicy and flavorful with a crispy, charred skin that was delicious. - White shrimp gunkan: A gunkan sushi topped generously with fresh raw white shrimp and gold leaf for a luxurious touch. The sweet and rich flavor of the shrimp was delightful. - Fufuki sea bream: A large, firm piece of fufuki sea bream with a satisfying texture. I noticed many other customers ordering this, so I decided to try it too. It had a great balance of fat and no fishy taste, with a nice firm texture. Overall, while budget conveyor belt sushi is good, I also enjoy the experience of trying Hokuriku seafood at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. It was a delicious meal. Thank you.

Good or bad, it's like a high-end conveyor belt sushi restaurant. The fish was fresh. This time, I ordered fatty tuna, regular tuna, engawa, ikura, and Toyama white shrimp battleship sushi. All of them were delicious. However, if you are used to conveyor belt sushi restaurants you see in commercials, this may not be the best place to go with children.

I found a conveyor belt sushi restaurant while wandering around because the place I wanted to go to was closed. It wasn't the typical 100 yen sushi, but the prices varied depending on the type of sushi. The raw tuna was especially good, it didn't seem like typical conveyor belt sushi at all. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Although there is always a long line whenever I pass by, I will definitely go back someday. Thank you for the meal.

Kanazawa's conveyor belt sushi restaurant. It has become common in Osaka as well. I visited today after leaving Yodobashi. Around 14:00 on Saturday, there were 3 groups waiting. I was assigned a table and entered after waiting for just under 20 minutes. I have provided comments on the photos. The freshness of the sushi is quite good. Although many of the ingredients are not directly from Kanazawa. The side menu, sake pairings, and variety are limited, but the quality is high. The chawanmushi, pickled mackerel, and pickled gourd were delicious. As for the cost performance... it's decent. Thank you for the meal.

After work, I encountered a rainbow for the first time in years. It's Meat Day, so I decided to visit a rotating sushi restaurant after a long time. Although they were rotating dishes, I didn't choose any. It was difficult to find seasonal items due to a problem with the touch panel system or data creation. Even when selecting "hand rolls," the "Ultimate Nori Hand Roll with Squid and Sweet Potato Leaves" did not appear, so I had to switch pages randomly to find it. The staff recommended the "Blackthroat Seaperch Soup." When I checked the order history on the touch panel, it showed that I ordered seaweed soup instead. When the lid was opened, it turned out to be seaweed soup. I visited for the first time. It was very lively, and at the counter seats, you could order with a touch panel on the spot, which was very convenient. The sushi was delicious and worth the price! Well, don't judge it just because it's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. It's really delicious! The toppings have a nice texture and you can really taste them. You can choose between normal or smaller sized rice portions. The nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) and kanpachi (amberjack) were amazing. The tuna and salmon were also delicious. The chawanmushi with fu (wheat gluten) was also tasty.

This time, they had fresh raw whitebait sushi and firefly squid as seasonal fish. Due to COVID-19 measures, although it is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, you can order freshly made sushi easily through a touch panel or verbally, without any hesitation. Personally, I am happy that you can request sushi with less rice. The prices are reasonable, and I think the satisfaction level is high when visiting occasionally. However, the menu is relatively limited, so your choices may become somewhat predictable, and the changing seasons (seasonal fish) may determine the timing of your return visit.

Sushiro announced the Maguro Festival, but unfortunately, both Otoro and Chutoro were from Ireland and not on discount. Feeling disappointed, I decided to try a completely new conveyor belt sushi restaurant instead. Kanazawa Maimon Sushi on the 10th floor of Lucua, recommended by the female owner of a famous sushi restaurant O. Their powdered green tea was expertly made. The cutlery was simple. First, I observed the sushi. The Akami tuna looked good. Next, the Chutoro also looked good. Truly a high-end conveyor belt sushi place. Orders were placed through a touch panel, and the sushi itself didn't rotate - only the menu did. Impressive concept. I tried the hotate scallop, which was thick and tasty. Sumika with lemon and salt was delicious. Tairagai, a type of clam, had a nice texture. The crab meat had a satisfying bite. The toro salmon was fatty and tasty. Unagi was thick and delicious. I tried to increase my EPA intake. The Otoro was probably from the belly part, although the cutting was a bit off. The taste was good. The Otoro Tekkamaki was the most expensive item on the menu at 1,100 yen. It was small but surprisingly satisfying in terms of quantity. The taste was also good. I paid around 6,000 yen for 10 plates (20 pieces). It was double the price of Sushiro but also double the satisfaction. Overall, it was quite delicious. It surpassed the level of the station sushi. The female owner of O has been recognized by the staff too much, so she has been visiting less frequently lately. I can understand the desire to go back.

I was looking for a place to eat near Osaka Station, and I found Maimon Sushi! If I can eat that kind of sushi in Osaka, I have to go. Despite the time being a bit late, customers kept coming in one after another. When it comes to Kanazawa, it's all about nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch)! I ordered it without hesitation. The nodoguro here doesn't have as good of a fatty texture as the one I had in Kanazawa. I'm not sure if it's because of transportation, but if they could improve it a bit, I would definitely come back. It would also be great if they could add more seafood from the Hokuriku region to make Maimon Sushi stand out even more. However, it's undeniable that the quality here is better than your average conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

I went to this sushi restaurant in Osaka at LUCUA when I saw a review by Mairevi about a revolving sushi restaurant in Kanazawa. I enjoyed eating various types of sushi such as cold yellowtail, seared salmon, seared nodoguro, a trio of nodoguro, seared red shrimp, butter soy sauce seared egg. I was satisfied as I happily devoured each delicious piece of sushi that kept coming one after another.
