This shop, I think there was one in Yurakucho as well. It was at Marunouchi Gate, right? Or was it at Marunouchi Gate now? In my mind, this place is similar to the enzyme cafe I recently visited, both emphasizing that it's good for your body but not so good for your wallet - a salad costing over a thousand yen! I remember there was a shop in Ginza with a name like "Are You Getting Enough Vegetables?" - it felt like they were questioning you. Here, even though it's a salad, it's not just a bunch of leaves like the side salad you get at other lunch places. It's quite well-prepared, and when you look at the ingredients, you can understand why the price is what it is. If I were to be completely satisfied with the lunch menu here, I would probably feel like my body and blood type have completely changed from what they are now. It's a boring excuse, but when I was young and healthy, I prioritized delicious food over healthy food, and I never really thought about what "good for your body" meant. Cooking was a way to receive approval - hearing someone say "Your mom's cooking is delicious!" or "I envy so-and-so's bento" was a source of happiness. Cooking is something you can improve on through your own efforts to a certain extent (even if you're an amateur). In short, I wasn't really in the mood to come here, it's expensive, and I don't feel like eating much, but I decided to visit at least once. The interior of the shop is exactly what you'd expect from a salad specialty store - clean and neat. You order and pay at the counter, and they bring the food to you after a wait, but you have to clean up after yourself. There are a few tables, and in the front, there's a counter with high chairs. When you think of salads, you might picture small side dishes from lunch menus, but here, since it's the main dish, even the small size has quite a lot of food. I reluctantly ordered the low-temperature roasted pork salad to save money. Even though it's the smallest size, it still costs over a thousand yen. They recommended the dressing with nuts, so I went with that. A small piece of bread comes with it (you can refuse it), and drinks are separate - I didn't order one this time. The deciding factor for me was the pork, but also the pumpkin in the photo. I wonder how much I like heavy things (*´∀`) The menu photo is designed for visual appeal, but in reality, the ingredients are more finely chopped and mixed together. At first glance, it doesn't look that great, but it's actually easy to eat. Ah, it's really more filling than I thought, and there's quite a lot of food. It's not boring because there are a lot of ingredients. The composition includes roasted pork, pumpkin, carrots, onions, brown rice, and mixed greens. I copied this from the website, oh, it was brown rice. There are other menu items that are completely vegetarian, ones with chicken, tofu, and even unusual ones like gizzards. It might be quite enjoyable. But digestion is important, even though I felt full when I left the shop, I got hungry in the evening. Still, if I kept coming here, I might become a different person. I just thought of that suddenly. I won't be a regular though.
