The pancakes eaten with a spoon were three times more delicious than imagined. For 900 yen, there were four of them and I was very satisfied. The coffee was truly delicious, it was Kilimanjaro, and it was the first time I found acidity in coffee to be so delicious.

I enjoyed fluffy pancakes at a cozy cafe in Nishi-Nakajima. The pancakes are made to order, taking about 15 minutes to prepare. They are light and fluffy, melting in your mouth, especially delicious when paired with syrup and whipped cream. I also had a cup of Kilimanjaro coffee, known for its elegant acidity that remains consistent throughout. The decaf coffee surprised me with its rich aroma and flavor. The staff were very kind and attentive, timing their service perfectly. I was recommended drinks that complemented the pancakes well.

It was like an oasis, that meeting. Oh boy, it was a tense meeting. It felt dry like a desert. But I think we had a good discussion. Probably. Maybe. Anyway, the meeting members are going out for lunch. We happened to find this place, One Room Cafe. I ordered the daily special lunch, bacon and spinach tomato pasta. It came with an after-coffee. Soon, the lunch arrived. Oh! It's been a while since I had such a fancy lunch. I dug into the pasta... Delicious! A very gentle flavor. You can taste the goodness of the vegetables in the tomato sauce. A likable taste. It makes my usual bento lunches seem so plain now (laughs). The after-coffee was iced coffee. It had a deep flavor. Come to think of it, the smell of roasting coffee fills the air here a few times a week. Ah, it was delicious. Eating lunch in a stylish space really warms the heart. It's an oasis in the desert of Nishinaka. Back to the desert of a meeting room we go...

There is no escape, that's right! Emergency situation again! No retreat, no surrender, no mercy! There is no escaping from gourmet food! I'm super busy. Today I'm stuck in the office again. I've been writing up quotes all day. I've written so many quotes, I wonder who will be able to handle all the delivery work if they all get accepted? Haha. Anyway, I wrote "I'll be back" so here I am again at this one-room place for the second day in a row. Today I went for the classic menu, the grated radish and Japanese-style hamburger bento for 500 yen. But man, the sun is really scorching today. Despite that, I'm feeling oddly motivated. I was thinking that writing quotes under the sun might actually help me write some fantastic ones, haha. But then the bento arrived. I opened it up in the office. As usual, I started with the side salad in a separate container. And then I dug into the grated radish and Japanese-style hamburger... Ah, so comforting. It's gentle, just like yesterday. It warms the heart. It must be good for the body too. A bento that's kind to both the heart and the body. The rice is free for upsizing, so of course I went for the bigger portion, but it's not so much that it feels like it'll make me sick. Ah, a kind bento. I like it. I'll be back for sure.

There is no escape, it's an emergency situation again! No backing down, no flattery, no consideration! There is no escaping from gourmet food! Now, in this busy July, I have written about 70 estimates this week alone (including revision requests), which is the first time I have written such a large number of estimates in my life. Now, I realize it's lunchtime. My head is spinning. Let's eat something delicious. I head outside, feeling the scorching heat of the sun. But, when I bask in the summer sunshine, I feel so motivated. Maybe I'm a weirdo (laughs)? In the old days, when I was a kid, you couldn't drink water even during baseball practice outdoors, it was a matter of life and death, so maybe that's why the motivation and sense of urgency arise (sweat). Anyway, I don't want to waste time walking around, so I decide to buy a bento here. I head to Wanroom-san and order the classic menu item displayed in front of the store, the Tomato Cheese Hamburg for 500 yen. After a short wait, the bento is ready. I return to the office and open the bento. First, I finish the vegetables in a separate container. Then, I take a bite of the main dish, the hamburger... Oh, it has a gentle flavor. Delicious. The tomato sauce and cheese have a very clean taste. The hamburger is tasty, without any meaty smell, and it pairs well with the sauce. It's different from usual, a gourmet dish that feels kind to both the mind and body. A delicious bento for the heart. Also, the rolled omelette was delicious. Phew, all this for 500 yen, it's wallet-friendly too. I'll definitely come back.

Let's Go To, is the story. Finally, the declaration has been lifted, but be careful not to rebound, Let's Go To! I went out for business in the morning, and as soon as it was over, I returned to the office to do some office work for the first time in a while, but it was already lunchtime. What should I do... I thought to myself as I decided to go outside. Oh, let's go here after a long time. So, I ordered the daily bento box for 500 yen at the One Room Cafe. Today's special was Loco Moco bowl. I opted for the large serving since it was free. I paid with Paypay and waited outside. It really feels like spring. When the bento arrived, I opened it at the office. I finished the separately packed salad. There was also salad inside the Loco Moco bowl. Healthy. I mixed the soft-boiled egg and took a bite of the hamburger, demi-glace sauce, and rice... delicious. A gentle flavor. A different kind of delicious compared to my usual lunch. Clearly a taste that is kind to the body. The large serving was quite generous. It was a taste that was kind to both the heart and body. I will definitely come back.

I was lured in... that's not a good way to put it, but I was definitely drawn in. Probably, if you love coffee, you'll be hooked (laughs). I visited a coffee shop in Nishinakajima several times during my business trips. I didn't have time to drink inside the shop, so I always got my coffee to go and brought it back to the office. The aroma of their freshly roasted coffee just wafts through the streets... it's a lovely scent. This shop seems to be famous for its latte art. I was able to have a wonderful coffee time even during busy days. Thank you for the treat. And surprisingly, I took a photo of the exterior of the shop, but forgot to take a picture of the coffee itself... I guess I was just too busy. Sorry about that.

However, the stomach still gets hungry. Even with the state of emergency, the stomach still gets hungry. Even with the state of emergency, one must eat. Whether going to the supermarket or the convenience store, there is still a risk. Now, urgent work came on Friday night, and it's back to work on Saturday. Amidst this, it's lunchtime. While wandering to avoid crowds and buy a delicious bento, I noticed that the nearby one-room cafe had its bento window open. Oh, they're selling bentos on Saturdays too. I ordered the recommended bento of the day for 500 yen, which was a sunny-side-up hamburger with demi-glace sauce on rice with a large portion. It was prepared right after ordering. It also came with a homemade Belgian waffle. Back at the office, I started with the salad, which had a delicious dressing. Then I took a bite of the hamburger... delicious! The gentle demi-glace sauce was great. It had vegetables in the sauce, making it healthy. The sunny-side-up egg was perfectly cooked. The rice was indeed a large portion. After the meal, I had the Belgian waffle... yummy! It was a homemade waffle full of homemade goodness. I was delighted that they were open on Saturdays. Can't wait for things to get back to normal. I will definitely visit again.

It's heavy... On April 1st, the official instruction for telework starting the next day was finally given. Wow, even small and medium-sized companies like ours are going to use the term "telework." However, with the anxiety-inducing news reports and the heavy atmosphere in the world, I feel a bit weighed down... As I prepared for telework starting the next day, it was lunchtime. I wanted something that would lift my spirits, both physically and mentally. I didn't feel like having a junky bento or greasy food... So I decided to go to a cafe called One Room Cafe. They sell bento boxes at the counter. I ordered the Lunch B Gratin for 500 yen. I opted for the extra rice for free. It took a while for my order to be prepared. Finally, my bento arrived. It included a salad, rice, and a main dish for 500 yen. The portion size might be more suitable for women, but it's affordable. The vegetable salad was a nice touch. Healthy and fresh. I finished the salad first. Then I tried the main dish, which was a gentle and delicious gratin. It was like a stew. Delicious. The rice was also tasty. Today, I got a Belgian waffle as part of a promotion. The waffle had a gentle and delicious taste. Not too sweet, just the right healthy flavor. It was delicious. Phew, this healthy meal made me feel good both physically and mentally. Despite feeling heavy earlier, I think I'm ready for telework starting tomorrow. I'll definitely come back.

Women's power, that's the topic. Now, lunch. Four middle-aged men having lunch together. Chinese food or ramen? Just when we were thinking about it, the oldest man in his 50s pointed to a cafe and said, "Let's go here." Unexpectedly, we ended up having a cafe lunch with four middle-aged men. They're saying it's because of "women's power," but I don't think so (laughs). All four of us had the daily lunch special, the "Shin-Osaka set meal" for 800 yen with free extra rice. They're definitely just regular guys. But the interior is very stylish. Since our company does interior work, I felt like my "women's power" was increasing a bit due to the nice atmosphere (laughs). Now, here comes the lunch. The salad is made with fresh vegetables and there's a generous portion. Looks good for your health. The fried food is quite substantial, with a fancy tomato sauce on top. The rice is a mixed grain variety. Seems good for your body. It's almost enough to make a single middle-aged man on a business trip shed tears, it's so delicious. The seasoning is very gentle. It seems like they care about your health, which is really nice. The Shin-Osaka set meal is generous in portion and even men would be satisfied. I'll come back to absorb more "women's power."

I went there once before, but unfortunately the shop was already closed... They said they close around 3pm (even though it was written on Tabelog that they close at 5pm). So I decided to go back another day, earlier this time. My goal was to see the cute latte art. I waited in anticipation to see what kind of latte art would be served. Oh my goodness, it was so cute! Is it a bear? It was holding a heart with the words "Thank you" written on it. Even the paw pads were drawn on the feet. The attention to detail was impressive, and the quality was high. And to think that they put so much effort into creating such cute latte art, the price for the One Room Cafe Latte was only 400 yen. Even a regular cafe latte for 400 yen is cheap, but to get such high-quality latte art for that price is surprising. The high-quality and cute latte art is definitely a highlight, but I also want to try their lunch next time because it looks tempting.

I had lunch at a "One Room Cafe" located between Shin-Osaka and Minamikata. It is a cafe that started about 4 years ago with candle art lessons. You can also buy bento boxes directly from the window next to the entrance. The cafe has several table seats right after you enter, and there are sofa seats on the slightly separated left side. The space uses various tables and chairs. The door divider is a blackboard with the "Shin-Osaka Set Meal" and "Daily Lunch" menus written on it. Each comes with a drink for ¥800 (tax included). There are also other lunch options like tofu hamburgers, doria, and hot sandwiches. I ordered the daily special, "Homemade Tomato Sauce Cheese Omelette Rice." It came with egg and onion soup, salad, and a creamy macaroni salad. The omelette rice had homemade tomato sauce on top, not ketchup rice. It had a hint of buttery aroma and was very hot. The egg was silky smooth due to the cheese mixed in. You can upgrade to a cafe latte for an additional ¥100. The cafe latte came with latte art, although it wasn't as elaborate as some pictures I saw. The coffee flavor was strong and delicious. You can also add ice cream with waffles for an extra ¥100. The waffle was crispy on the outside, and "One Room Cafe" was written in cinnamon powder on top. It had a nice scent. I would like to visit again.

I found a cheap and delicious cafe in Nishinakajima Minamigata! The daily lunch special is 800 yen (tax included) which includes soup, delicious omurice with tomato sauce, salad, and a drink! I think it's a great deal because they serve their own delicious coffee that they roast themselves. The coffee served with lunch is a great value! It was delicious with a nice coffee aroma, medium bitterness, mild acidity, full-bodied, and a clean finish. The omurice was fluffy with a tomato sauce that had a nice hint of acidity and a subtle sweetness. I also recommend trying their specialty coffee or maybe a latte art for a picture-perfect moment. Thank you for the meal.

It's a story about a middle-aged man living alone who has been neglecting his diet, indulging in fried foods and heavy meals every day. Feeling tired and bored of his usual routine, he decides to try something different by visiting a café that offers a tofu hamburger lunch set with tomato cheese sauce. The gentle flavors of the meal bring him comfort and a sense of relief from his usual heavy and greasy meals. The café uses carefully selected ingredients, making the meal feel healthy and soothing. This experience prompts him to say goodbye to his old eating habits and look forward to more visits for some healing and relaxation.

A popular coffee stand in the vicinity of Nishi-Nakajima Minamigata Station. They offer morning specials in the morning and lunch options during the day, making it very convenient. You can enjoy your coffee in a cozy healing space. I recommend trying the café latte - a rich and mellow drink.

There is a restaurant located about a 5-6 minute walk from both JR Shin-Osaka Station and Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station (Subway Midosuji Line) in Nishinakajima 6-chome. I visited the restaurant for a solo lunch on a weekday. I ordered the limited-time Skillet Hamburg Steak with seasonal vegetables in demi-glace sauce, which came with salad, soup, dessert, and a drink for 800 yen. The dish arrived in about 7 minutes and was delicious. After the meal, I enjoyed coffee (I chose iced cafe latte) and dessert as part of the set.
