I had a solo lunch at Royal Host. The customer service there is outstanding and I love it. The food is delicious, and I think it's the best compared to other family restaurants! On this day, I had onion gratin soup, chicken salad, and garlic toast for lunch. Everything was delicious!

I couldn't sleep at all the previous night due to heavy rain, thunder, and other disturbances, so I decided to go for breakfast at 7:00 in the morning. I went to Royal Host, the only place in Fukuoka that offers a morning buffet. It is located on the first floor of Richmond Hotel. I was asked if I had a breakfast ticket, which I didn't, so I paid the fee. The salad was fresh and the corn soup was rich and delicious. They had a variety of Japanese dishes, including two types of rice - white rice and mixed grain rice. The okra and seaweed dish was excellent! I wanted to finish there, but I couldn't resist trying the Jawa curry at the end, and it was delicious! It was spicy and authentic, with spices that lingered in your nose. I would definitely visit again when I want to have a peaceful breakfast outside.

Since I had noodles for breakfast and lunch, I decided to go for something different this time. Here is what I ordered: Kale Salad - 693 yen Drink Set - 385 yen Kale Salad: The leaves of the kale were thin and piled high. It was dressed with a peanut oil dressing that had a mellow acidity, making it refreshing and a perfect match. In addition to kale, it contained red cabbage, chicken, and peanuts, providing a pleasant variety of textures. I really like this kale salad! It was delicious. Drink Set: At Royal Host, they offer a drink set instead of a drink bar on the menu (laughs). What's great about Royal Host is that they have Coke Zero with aspartame, which is not available at other family restaurants! I usually drink Coke Zero and Oolong tea. The only other drink I enjoy is the warm rosehip tea. Royal Host is a step above other family restaurants! Itadakimasu (Japanese for "let's eat")!

Being located in a hotel, you can see families and business people dining here. The mornings on weekdays are relatively quiet, allowing you to enjoy the buffet at a leisurely pace. They offer rice, bread, curry, and even the popular pancakes are all-you-can-eat. The pancakes are kept warm on a plate, but they are replenished with freshly made ones when running low. Of course, Royal Host is known for their curry as well. The drink menu is also extensive. Personally, I started and ended with the pancakes. While it may not be a luxury hotel, the food at Royal Host is delicious, and being all-you-can-eat made it even more satisfying.

I wanted to eat some meat without feeling pressured, so I decided to go to Royal Host for lunch. They had a meat salad with beef and chicken, and today I chose the beef one. It was just under 2,000 yen, so it's really affordable. I also got a glass of red wine and the drink bar, but it all came out to just under 3,000 yen. The meat was cooked perfectly and the salad, although I'm not a big fan of kale, tasted great with the meat. There was mashed potatoes underneath the meat, which added to the volume of the dish. The red wine was a bit on the dry side, which paired nicely with the meat. And the drink bar had a beautiful pink drink that I think was a seasonal special, called Sakura Lychee. It wasn't too sweet and had a nice blend of cherry blossom and lychee flavors. I recommend trying it.

The restaurant has a chic atmosphere where you can hear the sound of dishes and cooking but it also has a lively feel. There are partitions and the noise of conversations is not too distracting. There are sofas, making it suitable for families. It was a nice surprise to find out that the cutlery was from Noritake.

I enjoyed the strawberry yogurt parfait, which allowed me to taste the subtle sweetness of the strawberries. It was just the right balance of sweetness and tartness for me. The texture was also perfect. Compared to typical family restaurants, both the flavor and presentation felt a couple of notches higher in quality.

Royal Host is a restaurant that originated in Fukuoka. It is a bit more upscale than a regular family restaurant, and you can enjoy delicious food there. The most famous dish is the Cosmo Doria, and their sweet potato for souvenirs is also well-known. On this day, I had the drink bar and the signature Cosmo Doria. It was delicious and served hot. If you come to Fukuoka, be sure to try it out. You can also find it at airports and other locations.

I stayed at Richmond Hotel in Tenjin Nishi and the breakfast here used to be menu selection from Royal Host, but it seems to have changed to buffet style. The special Java curry was the most delicious. It had a complex flavor with various spices and was very tasty.

It was around 12:50 on a holiday in Tenjin, and the place was packed with a waiting time, but I was seated in about 5 minutes. I didn't want to just have pancakes, so I ordered a Caesar salad and the drink bar, which came to about 1,400 yen. This time, the pancakes seemed to have been sitting for a bit as they weren't as freshly baked with a slightly crispy surface and a bit moist inside, but that was probably because it was a busy lunchtime. They were still delicious. The Caesar salad with Royal dressing is really tasty and I love it. My pancake craving has been satisfied for now, so I'll come back to try other menu items next time.

Since the menu at Apetito in Tenjin underground shopping mall has decreased, I have been using this place exclusively lately. Recently, I heard that Royal Host's pancakes were criticized on a TV show, but as a fan of Royal Host, I couldn't accept that such delicious food was being spoken poorly of! So, I decided to come here to eat the pancakes and show my support. I ordered the pancakes along with the "Shrimp Bisque and drink bar" for a total of around 1400 yen. The pancakes that came out had a rich brown color, a fragrant freshly baked smell that tickled my nose. When I poured maple syrup on them, a unique aroma filled the air, and when I cut into them, the surface was crispy and the texture was perfect in my mouth. Can there be such a perfect pancake? I'm not a fan of sweet things, so I prefer pancakes like these over the overly sugary hotcakes. I only used about half of the maple syrup and enjoyed eating them with butter. As I quietly enjoyed my meal, the shrimp bisque was served, and it was also delicious after a long time. Ah, this is not just a family restaurant, it's a "restaurant". I am happy with the proper feeling here.

Every time, the meat is delicious. I recommend it for occasional indulgence with family. I previously tried the Summer Western Cuisine Fair, with summer Western appetizers & thick-cut steak, and it was more cost-effective and very delicious compared to other items. It's a good idea to go for the fair.

This time, I received a meal voucher for Royal Host on the first floor of the hotel where I stayed. Royal Host is a well-established family restaurant with a high-class image. I decided to have the hamburger for lunch today. Although it was daytime, I decided to enjoy it with a glass of wine since I had nothing else to do today. The hamburger was okay, and the wine was okay too. The price might be a bit high, but I was able to leisurely enjoy my lunch.

I got hungry late at night, so I went to the Royal Host located below my hotel ^ ^ I wanted to eat some carbs after a long time, so I ordered omurice, hamburger steak, bisque, and two glasses of white wine! The omurice with hayashi sauce and the buttery egg aroma was great. The 250g black x black hamburger steak with garlic cream sauce was delicious too.
