◆Turning a great dish into a salt soy butter roll, the texture is fluffy and the gentle sweetness of the soy butter, with the added touch of sprinkled salt on top, is a nice accent. The Earl Grey red bean bun has a strong red bean flavor and pairs well with the Earl Grey aroma. This vegan bread, made without any butter or milk, was surprisingly delicious without any noticeable difference.◆Menu for this visit: Salt soy butter roll, Earl Grey red bean bun, Set drink: Mercy Original Coffee (morning) for 1000 yen per person.◆How to enjoy this restaurant: A kitchen that has never cooked anything of animal origin, serving homemade 100% plant-based sweets, bread, and side dishes. You can dine in or take out. Opened in June 2022.◆Ordering: Morning hours are from 8:00 to 10:00. The salt soy butter roll costs 300 yen, the Earl Grey red bean bun costs 300 yen, and the set drink costs 400 yen.◆Source: Found on Instagram, thank you for the meal~

We visited a bright restaurant with glass walls for a lunch gathering of 10 people, and we were warmly welcomed. All the menu items were trendy vegan dishes, and we enjoyed sharing a variety of options from lunch plates to desserts. We had curry, fried seitan, and creamy sandwiches, all of which were delicious without feeling too "vegan".

After finishing the morning work, I had breakfast with my mentor. I thought my mentor, who usually eats a lot of meat, had turned into a vegetarian, but it turns out there was a vegetarian option nearby. There were cakes in the showcase right as you walk in, which would make a nice gift for any vegan friends. I had a sneaky melon bread and soy butter for 300 yen, and the original coffee for 400 yen. The melon bread has a really interesting name... My mentor had a tamago (egg) sandwich for 550 yen and the original coffee for 400 yen. We also tried the tanago (small fish) sandwich, which was surprisingly delicious. The bread was small but tasty. I personally cannot afford to be a vegan both in terms of cost and taste preference, but it's nice to try it out once in a while.
