It is a direct sales store for vegetables, and they also have products from shops in Ebetsu such as bacon and bread. Among them, there is a "Sweets Stand Harappa" where they sell soft serve ice cream and yogurt from Machimura Farm that I visited earlier. However, the unique croissants are only sold here. I bought three of them. The "Croissant Plain" has a crispy exterior and a moist buttery interior with a hint of sweetness. It is delicious. The "Croissant Cookie" has a unique shape with cookie dough on top of the croissant, giving it a slightly sweet and almond-scented flavor. The "Croissant Baked Chocolate" features bitter baked chocolate on top of the croissant, which doesn't melt, making it tasty. I would definitely want to buy these croissants again at this place. I visited the Machimura Farm Cafe located at the Shinshinotsu, along Route 275, in October 2022. They have a variety of fresh vegetables and handmade goods for sale. Despite being a weekday, the place was quite crowded with mostly foreign visitors enjoying the soft-serve ice cream. I opted for an iced coffee, which had a light and easy-to-enjoy aftertaste.

There was a request for a parfait, so we chose a restaurant in the outskirts while my son was practicing driving. We decided to try the Yogurt Rare Cheese Soft Serve for 551 yen. It seems like it wasn't available before, but I didn't notice as I was focused on the pudding last time. I took a bite of the soft serve first...! It didn't taste like rare cheese at all! Could it be?! I tried the yogurt next... and there it was, the distinct taste of rare cheese. The rich cheese flavor was wonderful. It might be a bit too sweet, but I'll forgive it because the soft serve was refreshing! As expected, the soft serve from Machimura-san has the perfect balance of milkiness and richness that I like. But I still think I prefer the pudding! Thank you for the meal!

August 2021 - Revisiting in Search of Delicious Vegetables After a long time, I visited "Shinshinotsu Vegetable Station" in search of delicious vegetables. It's been a while since I came to this side. Ever since I lost touch with "Asahikawa," this road has become unfamiliar to me. Nevertheless, during this season, I developed a strong craving for corn. I always buy freshly picked corn from the "direct sales" section without fail. My family member is the type who always buys soft-serve if available. So, I treated myself to soft-serve this time. It's made with milk from "Choson Farm" in Ebetsu, so the taste is guaranteed. The soft-serve is rich with a milky flavor. It might be the first time I've had it this year. (laughs)

Today is the first day of my 4-day weekend! It's pouring rain in Sapporo! We decided to go to a udon restaurant for two people, at the vegetable station! Upon arrival, I requested sugar cane and edamame. Oh no, the older sister is always calling people in! I bought the last croissant with a flavor. After eating, it was big and delicious! I recommend it to everyone!

First visit to the Sweets Stand Harappa at the Machimura Farm inside the Yasai no Eki Fureai Farm Shinotsu. Purchased Yogurt Ricotta Cheese Soft Serve and Drinkable Yogurt. Since it's from Machimura Farm, the soft serve is delicious, but the Yogurt Ricotta Cheese at the bottom is really tasty! Refreshing and subtly sweet! The drinkable yogurt was also easy to drink and delicious.

On a certain weekend in Sapporo, during a tough period, after work, I took a little detour to a vegetable station called Nomachi Village Farm Stand. The parking lot is quite spacious at the vegetable station Fureai Farm, so there are plenty of spaces available. Inside the vegetable superstore, there was a separate counter for payment. On this day, I had planned to get soft serve ice cream without any hesitation, but due to the kind recommendation from the lady, I ended up ordering the unexpected "Croissant Ice Cream (486 yen)". She advised me to let it melt a bit before eating as it was hard. Oh! It's small! I couldn't wait and took a bite... Oh! It's hard. The ice cream had a rich milk flavor instead of vanilla, which paired well with the salty taste of the croissant. It wasn't bad, but I couldn't help feeling that it was a bit expensive for around 500 yen. Please consider this. Thank you for the meal.

On my way back to Sapporo, I decided to take the local roads. I thought it would be nice to stop somewhere along the way. I found a vegetable station called "Fureai Farm Shinotsu" where they served soft-serve ice cream. I decided to try their "Mini Soft" for 281 yen. The size was just right, but in terms of cost performance, it wasn't the best. The ice cream was small, cold, and smooth but not extremely creamy. It had a hint of saltiness which I found to be my personal issue. Overall, it was delicious, although I did brush my teeth after eating ramen, so maybe it's just me...

Pudding Soft Serve. A rich soft serve ice cream on top of the pudding from Machimura Farm! Delicious! It's a very luxurious soft serve ice cream. It's not too sweet, but has a good milk flavor, perfect for a hot day. And when combined with the pudding, it's even more delicious. I was very satisfied.

I stopped by "Sweets Stand Harappa," which sells soft serve ice cream and pudding from Machimura Farm located inside the vegetable direct sales store. I ordered a mini soft serve ice cream cup. It was a delicious soft serve ice cream with a light texture and a rich milk flavor. Truly amazing. They also sell croissants and bread. It's a nice place to take a break after buying vegetables.

I stopped by to buy vegetables at the Vegetable Station Fureai Farm Shinotsu, and found a sweet stand run by Machimura Farm on the right side of the entrance. I bought their hospitality pudding soft serve (*´∀`)♪ It cost 432 yen including tax. The soft and delicious pudding topped with milk-flavored soft serve creates a delicious synergy. It's so tasty that even though it's a bit pricey for its size, I would probably buy it again when I visit the Vegetable Station. Thank you, "Harappa"!

I finally made it to the sweets specialty shop attached to the vegetable station "Yasai no Eki", the famous Machimura Farm. I had been meaning to try their soft serve ice cream for a while. I stopped by on my way from Kutchan to Shinotsu to kill some time. I tried the "Omotenashi Pudding Soft Serve" for 432 yen. When I saw the pudding, I just had to try it along with the soft serve ice cream! The soft serve ice cream had a refreshing and well-balanced flavor, very delicious. The pudding was also lightly sweet and soft, topped with whipped cream, and paired perfectly with the soft serve ice cream. My only worry was the calories! Now I'm curious about their recommended "Yogurt Ricotta Cheese Soft Serve". I will definitely come back again! Thank you for the meal!

Soft serve ice cream from the morning. Soft serve ice cream that seems to be the last of the October consecutive holidays. Without knowing that there is a place called "Vegetable Station", I found a soft serve ice cream sign and took a break. Next to the entrance of the vegetable sales area, there is a counter for the shop. I was handed a note saying to be careful as it tends to fall over. The soft serve ice cream is not overly sweet. The natural flavor of milk is emphasized. It is more on the watery side. There are bits of ice that have solidified in the cream here and there. Is this a feature, a highlight? Or is it dependent on the season or time of day? The portion is generous. It melts quickly, so it's better to eat it sooner rather than later. There was a mushroom-shaped pastry dough on the side. Upon revisiting the "Vegetable Station Friendship Farm Shinotsu" in September 2018, after preparing vegetables, I couldn't resist getting some soft serve ice cream. Since it is run by Machimura Farm, the "Soft Serve Ice Cream" for 290 yen is a must-try. They use Machimura Farm's milk, so it has a rich milky flavor. Unlike other soft serves that can make you thirsty, this one doesn't. I also bought pies for the first time, with three flavors: "Cheese," "Fruit," and "Vegetable." I wanted to try the pie made with local vegetables, but unfortunately, it was sold out. The "Cheese Pie" for 360 yen is made with Machimura Farm's cheese and has a rich and creamy texture. However, the pie crust is a bit too sweet and thick. The "Blueberry Pie" for 310 yen pairs the tartness of blueberries well with the sweet pie crust. Since the pie crust is on the sweeter side, it got slightly burnt. Whenever I stop by the Vegetable Station, I always end up getting some soft serve ice cream.

Memorandum 2017-O-0178-1199: This is a sweets shop located at the vegetable station along Route 275 in Ebetsu City, Hokkaido. It was my second visit to the Fureai Farm Shinotsu at the vegetable station on this day. After a long time, we decided to have some soft serve ice cream on our way back from a drive that turned into a summer day. I remembered that they sold soft serve ice cream here when I used the vegetable station for shopping in the morning, so we revisited. It was relatively late, but the shop was busier than in the morning, with most customers ordering soft serve ice cream. The soft serve ice cream here is from the nearby Machimura Farm and comes with a hat-shaped cookie. I thought about eating it in the car and leisurely took some photos, but due to the heat or the strong wind, the soft serve ice cream quickly started to melt. At first, I tried to lick the cream that looked like it was going to drip, but it started to drip rapidly, so I moved to a place where I wouldn't bother others and managed to finish it while getting my hands sticky. I really wanted to savor it more, but it was too hectic, and I only thought it was delicious with a refreshing sweetness after the first bite.

On my way home from work, on a very hot day at the end of summer. I want to eat ice cream! Oh, it comes with coffee jelly!
