"Tontama (670 yen) + pork (150 yen) + cheese (200 yen) + curry (?) This time, I created my own original okonomiyaki with optional toppings. The pork topping is mixed into the ingredients, so you get pork in every bite. There is also pork on the surface. Although it's curry flavor, it's not on the menu. Since the kitchen is fully open, I noticed curry powder and asked if they could add it, and they kindly accommodated my request. This was a great decision! The subtle curry flavor, which is hard to see in the photos, was fantastic. Thank you for another delicious meal."

In Osaka, there is a rare okonomiyaki restaurant that serves "Tsukishima Monja". This time, I tried the "Buta Modern", which is similar to the "Hiroshima style". He has a lot of experience, such as handling tuna at the market. The restaurant is spacious and has a wide variety of menu options, making it enjoyable for families. They do not open for lunch service.
