The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of a mixed-use building and has only 4 seats at the counter and table. The restaurant is run by two people, both originally from Miyakonojo. The course menu includes all-you-can-drink for 5,500 yen. - Appetizer - Simmered eggplant - Local chicken sashimi - Grilled local chicken - Rolled omelette - Deep-fried sand lance - Chicken Nanban - Pickles - Cold soup The local chicken sashimi includes heart, liver, thigh, and skin, which are delicious with sweet Kyushu soy sauce. The grilled local chicken and deep-fried sand lance were also good, but I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Nanban and cold soup. The Chicken Nanban had a generous amount of tartar sauce and juicy chicken meat. The cold soup was my first time trying it, and it was really delicious. It's great for finishing off with alcohol, and I would love to have it for breakfast or lunch as well. The staff's service was excellent, and I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.

I climbed up to the 3rd floor of a building and entered the bar, which had 3 counter seats and 4 tables in a tatami room, accommodating around 20 people. I ordered: - Chicken and wasabi salad for 700 yen - Chanja with cream cheese for 650 yen - Kirin Ichiban Shibori beer for 650 yen - Highball for 600 yen The food was delicious, and the owner was very friendly, so I felt comfortable dining alone. It was a great place! I will definitely visit again.
