Recently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, more people are spending time at home, leading to an increase in pet ownership such as dogs and cats. At my home, I have two Shih Tzu and Toy Poodle who are currently lounging on the kotatsu futon during this season. I recently heard about a dog-friendly cafe in Chishima, Taisho Ward, so I decided to visit alone. The cafe is called L.P.❤Record's and is a 2-minute walk from the Chishima bus stop on the Osaka City Bus route. The cafe opened in November 2017 and is located on the first floor of an apartment building, with a distinctive blue door with the number "33" which refers to the rotation speed of LP records. The owner's angel number is 33, and LP also stands for "Lovers Pet". Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed in the cafe, and owners are requested to have their dogs wear manners bands and pants. The bright interior has 5 counter seats and 5 table seats, spaced out for social distancing. There are hooks on the wall to hang leashes, and I noticed two dogs sleeping on the counter chairs. The toast set costs 450 yen (tax included), and there are other morning sets available until 11 am. Overall, it's a cozy cafe that I recommend for dog owners to visit with their furry friends.
