When I was in Tokyo, I used to rely on solo drinking often, but I never imagined I would be able to reunite in Fukuoka! Whenever I come to Torikizoku, I always have a set order: Toriki grilled chicken with sauce and salt, and chicken tempura - these are a must-have for me! The Toriki grilled chicken was as thick and delicious as ever. This time, I came with a friend, so we also ordered a few other grilled dishes, which turned out to be larger than I remembered, in a good way! (I had always thought the other grilled dishes were small, so I never ordered them). Lastly, although the space between the table and chairs was slightly cramped as usual, the new layout made the restaurant look more spacious, which I really liked! (The low partitions between tables gave the restaurant a more open feel, which was a nice change). Overall, I will definitely come back when I want to have a quick drink. Thank you for the meal!

Hakata is the Oyafuko Street of Tenjin. Torikizoku has entered the home of yakitori in Hakata a few months ago. I happened to come across the shop and decided to check it out. The store is located on the second floor and it is spacious. Salarymen and young groups seem to be having a great time, chatting and laughing. I sat at the counter and placed my order using the touch panel. The waitress kindly and politely reminded me that orders are in units of 2. Even though I am a Torikizoku veteran, I appreciate the guidance. Thank you. The staff were all Japanese, which I found to be a good reflection of the local employment situation and characteristics. Everyone was energetic and it was nice to see. The tables and everything else in the restaurant were clean and shiny. Even the dish for the Chicken Nanban was different in shape. Despite the tough competition, they are doing their best. The food was still delicious as always.

I visited Torikizoku on Takamasa-dori, which opened on April 13th. They didn't take reservations for the first month, but now you can reserve online (although it was hard to get a reservation far in advance). Even on a weekday night, the restaurant was packed. You order using a touch panel, and the yakitori skewers come in sets of two, with large portions. The seasoning on the yakitori was lacking, so I had to ask for a free condiment set to add my own salt and pepper, which made it taste just right. Despite eating and drinking a lot, the bill was surprisingly cheap. The Catalana ice cream for dessert was delicious, I wanted to have two servings! Thank you for the meal!

I was curious about a trendy place I often hear about on TV, so I went to visit it on a Wednesday night in the Tenjin area. It seems that reservations are not accepted for the first month after opening. Maybe because it's No Overtime Day? When I arrived around 7 pm, there were already 3 groups waiting in front of me. And just as the reviews said, it was lively and loud. Depending on where you sit, you might have to shut down your conversation (;_:) There were many young people, probably wanting to enjoy cheap drinks casually, making it very popular. Here are the items we ordered: - Chicken wings with salt sesame oil - Chicken wings with sweet sauce - Thigh meat skewers (with sauce) - Thigh meat skewers (with spices) - Chicken tender - Pork neck with sauce - Cabbage platter [free refill] - Potato fries - Mega Kinmugi beer - Mega Highball (Jim Beam) - Power ramen with plenty of seasonal garlic I think there is a different charm to Fukuoka's yakitori. It was delicious in its own way. What's great is the clear billing system. The cost performance of the drinks is particularly impressive. By the way, there were several groups of university students, and I could hear their conversations clearly. I thought, "Huh? Aren't they underage?" But they seemed to be of legal age... It's a big company, so I hope there won't be any major troubles in the future. (It's tough these days...)

Fukuoka City Chuo-ku Tenjin Oyakojin-dori has opened the third Torikizoku Tenjin Oyakojin-dori store in Fukuoka! The store has been open for one month and does not accept reservations. Despite being relatively busy on weekdays, there may be a short wait. By the time you leave, there may be over 10 people waiting outside. When visiting this store, be prepared for a bit of a wait! Today, I drove so I had a soft drink. Torikizoku offers all dishes and drinks for a flat rate of 350 yen each. Orders are placed through a tablet system at the counter, which also has outlets - a nice touch! The soft drinks are unique and delicious. I tried the adult honey lemon craft mixed juice, which was very tasty. The Hormone Negi Shio Ponzu, Momo Kizoku Yaki Shio, Hatsu Shio Yaki, and Chicken Nanban dishes were all served quickly despite the full house. The meat, made from domestic chicken, was of high quality and stands out compared to other chain restaurants. I also ordered the Kikarikobu, but it was mistakenly cooked in sauce, so I had to cancel it. The staff apologized multiple times and were very apologetic, which was a nice gesture. I recommend trying the limited-time Power Ramen with plenty of chopped chives - it was delicious with a generous amount of meat. It's impressive that all this is offered for only 350 yen. Torikizoku offers quality ingredients and good customer service at an affordable price. Highly recommended!
