There are few salad options and a lot of meat dishes. The bonito sashimi is a bit fishy, which is disappointing. I stay at various APA Hotels for business trips, but the breakfast at the Osaka area APA Hotel is probably the most disappointing. You can't bring drinks to your room.

The newly opened APA Hotel Shin-Osaka Tower, located right next to Shin-Osaka Station, is incredibly convenient! You can drop off your luggage as soon as you get off at Shin-Osaka Station, and then head out to Umeda, Namba, Takarazuka, Kobe, and other places hands-free. It's just a few minutes' walk from Exit 7 of the Midosuji Line at Shin-Osaka Station. When you get off, you'll need to use the stairs, but there are escalators for going up. You can enter from Exit 7 of the Midosuji Line at Shin-Osaka Station without paying an entrance fee (they will cancel it for you), making it easy to go straight to the Shinkansen platform. I used to think that hotels near Shin-Osaka Station were only good for catching a train or for early morning departures, but being able to drop off my luggage after getting off the Shinkansen and then go out to various places hands-free was really convenient. Today it was Umeda, tomorrow it will be Namba, and so on - I was able to move around easily. I definitely want to stay at APA Hotel Shin-Osaka Tower again. The breakfast buffet on the 32nd floor was delicious! All-you-can-eat famous salted tataki of Katsu (pork cutlet) was amazing. There are a wide variety of dishes from Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines. The view from the 32nd floor is also great. I earned over 5000 points on the app, so I showed it at the front desk and received a cashback of 5000 yen. This is an amazing point redemption rate!

I stayed at an APA Hotel in Shin-Osaka with breakfast included. The next morning, I woke up early and leisurely got ready before heading to the 32nd floor for breakfast. The breakfast buffet cost 1500 yen in advance or 1700 yen on the day. The restaurant, SHIN-OSAKA KIRAKU GAKU, offered a variety of dishes including Katsuo Tataki from Kochi Prefecture. The view from the 32nd floor was amazing, and you could see the skyscrapers of Umeda from the counter seats. The breakfast buffet included both Western and Japanese dishes, and I enjoyed the Katsuo Tataki as well as the special curry. After breakfast, I checked out early as I had other plans. Overall, I had a pleasant stay with delicious food and a clean, modern room.

During my soccer game excursion to Osaka, I stayed at this hotel "APA Hotel Shin-Osaka Station Tower" for the first time and used the breakfast service! The next morning, I used the breakfast buffet at the restaurant "Kiraku Gaku" on the 32nd floor of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was ¥1,500 [pre-sale] and ¥1,700 [on the day], and the usage time was from 6:30 am to 9:30 am, with the final entry until 10:00 am. I used it around 8:00 am, and there were only about 4-5 customers on this Saturday morning, so it was very empty, but more customers started coming in soon after... Due to the pandemic, I still wear vinyl gloves to serve food, but I'm used to it now. The menu includes a specialty like straw-grilled bonito tataki directly from Kochi, but it was a bit difficult to find and had a somewhat plain impression. In addition to that, there were many Japanese and Western dishes lined up, but personally, I wish they had put more effort into salads and fruits... As for the taste, the specialty bonito tataki was just average, but there were plenty of dishes, so I was very satisfied with the breakfast! The view from the 32nd floor was amazing, thank you for the meal! If I have the opportunity to stay in Osaka again, I will visit again!

This is a brand new hotel located very close to Shin-Osaka Station, making it convenient. It seems to be on the 31st floor of a 32-story building, but since the top floor is a restaurant, it is essentially the top floor. Everything is brand new and it feels great. The room comes with unlimited video streaming, so I watched Gundam... I admire Matilda. Unfortunately, I couldn't take photos of the breakfast buffet, but it was delicious. I will definitely stay here again!

For lunch, you can enjoy unlimited rice, miso soup, and raw eggs, along with seasoned seaweed and furikake. They also serve complimentary hot coffee. I visited this restaurant for a girls' night out as our second stop. We tried their specialty dish, Katsuo salted Tataki, which is served with rock salt and real wasabi. We enjoyed the night view of Osaka from the rooftop. The restaurant's operating hours are breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00, lunch from 11:30 to 14:30, and dinner from 17:00 to 22:30. The restaurant is located at 7-4-20 Nishinakajima, Yodogawa-ku, Osaka City, a 2-minute walk from Exit 7 of Shin-Osaka Station on the Midosuji Line and a 6-minute walk from the front exit of JR Shin-Osaka Station. They have parking space for 16 cars.

Breakfast was served on a high floor, so we could enjoy our meal while overlooking the streets of Osaka. They offered all-you-can-eat bonito with about four different ways to enjoy it, which seemed like it would be enough to fill us up.
