Organic. There are many products that are additive-free and it's great! I wish there was one in my neighborhood. ⭐︎ The whole wheat flour in the udon noodles blend is just right and doesn't taste any different from regular udon noodles! Delicious! ⭐︎ Biolar's butter rolls are additive-free! There are many plain-tasting additive-free breads that are not tasty, but when toasted, the smell of good butter fills the air and it was delicious. I will definitely go back! Favorite store.

Super Life offers a range of food products that are conscious of natural blessings and health. I went to #Biolaru for ingredients. They have eggs like #Kyoto Uji, #Free-range, and #Yadorigi, as well as #Rich Karami-oh. They also sell organic vegetables and PizzaRevo. They have a good selection of alcohol, including #Tentaka. Even though it may be expensive, truly delicious items are worth the value. #Osaka Gourmet

I visited Bioral, located northeast of Awaza Station on the Osaka Metro, just north of the Chinese Consulate. Bioral is a store that specializes in natural products and is part of the Kansai-based supermarket chain "Life." I came here specifically for their peanut butter, which is unlike any other you can find elsewhere. I couldn't locate it on my own, so I asked one of the staff members for help. They kindly guided me to the section where the peanut butter was displayed. A friendly lady at the peanut butter counter assisted me in choosing between 150g or 70g. I decided to try the 70g jar, which cost 170 yen. The lady took some peanuts, placed them into a machine, and ground them to produce fresh peanut butter right in front of me. It was such an exciting experience as I had never tried freshly ground peanut butter before. I bought some toast, toasted it in the oven, spread the peanut butter on top, and enjoyed it. The peanut butter had a crunchy texture and a pure peanut flavor.

Japan is the country with the highest pesticide usage rate. With concerns about genetically modified crops, radiation, and food additives, it's hard to shop at regular supermarkets these days. I heard about a wonderful supermarket in Osaka's Nishi ward, so I decided to visit. The store is called Vioral, and it specializes in organic products. The store has two floors, with the first floor selling Vioral's food products, and the second floor having an eat-in area where you can enjoy food bought from Vioral and Seria, as well as a flower shop. The store is new and very clean and stylish. Every corner is filled with organic products, although they also sell regular items. Unlike regular supermarkets where organic products are scarce, Vioral has a wide variety of quality organic products. For example, they even have an organic version of the famous Osaka okonomiyaki sauce by Otafuku, which is rare to find. Organic vegetables are often thought to be expensive, but Vioral's prices are reasonable. After shopping, I took a break and bought gelato at the entrance for 380 yen for a double scoop. They also offer self-serve coffee for 100 yen, including organic and decaf options. I enjoyed my treats at the eat-in area, and everything was delicious.

BIO-RAL is a private brand natural market produced by Life. They offer a wide range of natural products that focus on organic, additive-free, and body-friendly materials and methods. After lunch, I walked through Tsukiji Park to Awaza, enjoying the frozen food my daughter gave me. I couldn't find it at the Ekimarche Osaka's Biolar, but it was fun to browse the large store. However, products like pesticide-free or additive-free are expensive. I'm not particularly health-conscious, so I don't mind eating anything, but it's all so expensive. Ham and white things are unappetizing. I got the items I wanted and some that caught my eye. My lunch will be more fulfilling from tomorrow. I'll eat the "Body-Friendly Gelato" near the entrance on my way out (there is an eat-in corner on the 2nd floor). Various flavors are available, and it's labeled as not using emulsifiers or stabilizers, and being free of milk and eggs. Yes, it's gentle. Triple Berry Cassis, strawberry, raspberry - sweet, sour, refreshing, delicious. Gentle. I'm not a health-conscious person, but I can't deny the influence of my daughter who is very health-conscious. There is also a Biolar corner at the Life in town.

My favorites at the natural products supermarket "Bioral" are almond paste (currently on hold due to the coronavirus situation), gelato ice cream, and Parmesan cheese with a focus on freshness. They also have Takagi Bakery's steamed buns, as well as a variety of vegetables, jams, seasonings, and wines. Check out their website here.
