In the neighborhood, a place called "Neo Izakaya Tsubo Hachishinsaibashi Amerikamura Store" came up, but I wasn't looking for something "Neo," so I was a bit disappointed. However, I discovered Yoronenotaki in Tamade, Nishinari! It's conveniently located right by Tamade Station, so I decided to visit by train, which is rare for me. The exterior of the restaurant has the same old-fashioned look as Yoronenotaki. Upon entering, I was greeted with the nostalgic atmosphere of a Showa era izakaya, which made me feel like the drinks would go down smoothly. I ordered a bottle of Kagetsu for only 1300 yen, which is cheap! The background music playing ZARD and X JAPAN was great. The food seemed to have evolved a bit and was delicious. In the end, after finishing the bottle and enjoying various dishes, the total bill came to 5170 yen, which is quite affordable. This izakaya may not have any standout features, but it's a comfortable place for drinking. The staff were friendly, and I think I'll make the effort to come back here even if it means taking the train.
