I stayed at the hotel. The photo is of the breakfast buffet. It's a typical type found in business hotels, but they also have daily limited menus like Goya champuru and satsuma-age. Everything is delicious. Eating a lot in the morning gives me energy for the day. The restaurant is very bright and clean, so you can eat with peace of mind.

The simmered dishes are incredibly delicious, so I highly recommend them. The rice and miso soup booths are a bit far apart, so I had trouble finding them at first. There are also skewers and takoyaki, which is nice. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the room doors have regular locks. The bath gets really crowded around 9:30 PM, so I recommend going at a different time.

I used it for a lunch meeting. Corona Hotel is currently offering lunch service with various menu options, but this is a bento box specifically for meetings that requires advance reservation. It cost 1,400 yen, but it can be customized according to budget. The side dishes are plentiful and quite filling.

I was so hungry~! The breakfast place at the renovated Osaka Corona Hotel is on the second floor and has a completely different atmosphere. It's no longer individual servings, but a normal buffet style. The price has changed slightly to 1,700 yen (including tax). You still buy the meal ticket on the first floor. The vinyl gloves are dispensed by a machine where you put your hand in and they inflate to fit. The gloves are bigger now, which is great. The dishes have been kept but also evolved, delicious smiles~!

The hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, making it ideal for business trips. However, there are no dining options nearby, so you would have to go back to Shin-Osaka Station for that. Despite its outdated name, this hotel is a long-established institution that has been around for over 50 years. I hope they continue to thrive despite the changing times.

This time, I only had breakfast at "Wa" Bistro Innocence in Moriguchi!! The Pork Saute using the "Inoso Sauce" was delicious. About 2 months ago, I started working with the Osaka Corona Hotel for PR, and I had the opportunity to interact with the head chef at Innocence. I have been wanting to visit Innocence as well, but haven't had the chance yet. The Pork Saute was also delicious. As a hotel, I understand that it may be labor-intensive, but I appreciate the individual portion serving style. It prevents the common problem of taking too much of one dish at a buffet and not being able to try everything, or having a limited selection of ingredients. I'm happy to be able to enjoy complete dishes individually. Moreover, hotel breakfast buffets tend to have fewer options and higher prices compared to lunch, but at Innocence, there is a wide variety of dishes available for just 1,500 yen (1,300 yen for hotel guests). Additionally, I was able to purchase tote bags and drawstring pouches that were not available when I stayed in July. I walked around Umeda all day with my shopping bag. A holiday weekend that was moved involving unrelated people, making the holiday meaningless. Furthermore, the workplace made Monday a holiday, resulting in a 5-day weekend. I had planned to go to Hakata in the second half to use my miles, but the first half was boring. There were too many clueless tourists from the countryside crowding the streets, so I decided to stay holed up in the hotel. This place is convenient, just 30 minutes away by train. The curry I had last time has changed with the season, from spring vegetables to summer vegetables. Osaka specialty & summer vegetable hormone curry set with Corona beer and lime.

Last time, the public bath was closed on the day we stayed. This time, the public bath reopened in June, so we enjoyed it. After having curry for dinner through room service, we relaxed in the hinoki bath (not a hinoki-style bath). Then, we switched to the men's and women's baths with outdoor hot springs. The amenities provided were quite nice, with various types available, reflecting the hotel's attention to detail. Feeling a bit hungry, we bought a cup noodle from the vending machine for a late-night snack.

The breakfast buffet was not available, so I had to choose between Japanese or Western style breakfast. I opted for Japanese style and added natto and raw egg. The food, other than rice and miso soup, was not warm, but it was like a bento box so it was not a problem. There was no explanation about the drink bar, so I was unsure how to use it, but I didn't really want a drink anyway. Some breakfast signs I saw did not mention the price, while others said it was 300 yen, so I was unsure if it was included in my breakfast ticket. It was a little past 7 am and I was the only one there. Although I sensed that there were other guests staying at the hotel, I only saw one person in the lobby in the evening and no other guests around.

Tomorrow, I will be taking the 7:15 am bullet train to Yamaguchi from Osaka for a business trip. Since breakfast starts at 6:30 am and I won't have time to go back to my room, I quickly ate and headed to Shin-Osaka station. The Osaka specialties of kushikatsu and takoyaki in the morning were quite interesting. The miso soup with plenty of clams was also good for my hangover stomach. There were many other menu options as well. I wish I had more time to enjoy them leisurely. Thank you for the meal. Off I go!

I used this place for a dinner after a meeting. It seems like this hotel doesn't normally serve lunch, but they have various menu options prepared for events like training sessions or meetings. I remember it being quite expensive (although I didn't pay for it myself, so I don't remember the exact price). The portion size was good, and the food was tasty.

The New Year's individual breakfast buffet included a special version of zoni with Kanto-style clear soup. The rolled omelette had a cute character stamp on it, and there was a boat-shaped dish with fish cake and herring roe. The pork steak with onion sauce seemed to have been removed from the menu.

Foreigners who were receiving bento boxes in front of the front desk in the morning, afternoon, and evening, are they waiting for entry into the country temporarily?
