I had Vita Mail's cake after a long time. I like to slowly eat the chocolate mousse cake "Chocolat Noisette" as it melts in my mouth with my body temperature. The Mont Blanc cake with chestnuts on top is balanced well with its slightly sweet taste. The roll cake is simple and stylish, with a slightly sweet cream that is soothing, and an overall mature chocolate flavor that is not too rich.

The other day, when I went to Shinsaibashi, I bought a cake at Vita Mail for the first time in a while. The red one seems to be a Christmas limited edition. I feel like Vita Mail's cakes have become sweeter than before.

I purchased two classic items at Daimaru's Vitamare. The Frase de Vitamare is a smooth cream shortcake that is delicious. The Coupe de Foudre is a refreshing caramel and milk chocolate mousse with orange peel. Both go well with coffee and are delicious! :)

By the way, I recently saw a TV show where Belgian people were surveyed about the best chocolate shops, and Vita Meal was ranked first. It is definitely a beloved shop in Belgium. Among the chocolates I tried like Chocola Samba, Fore Noir, and Tart au Rouge, I enjoyed Fore Noir the most as it had a well-balanced taste and was delicious. While Samba and Rouge may have a sharper taste, I preferred Noir because I could simply enjoy the taste of chocolate and cream. The chocolate on top was delicious...

I stopped by on my way back from shopping. There were many customers as usual and plenty of wonderful products! It was very delicious. I will come back to buy again.

I went to my favorite Foret Noire at Takashimaya to buy a cake, but it was sold out, so I called Daimaru and asked them to hold one for me. I'm glad I was able to buy it. Next time, I'll make sure to reserve in advance.

When I went to Shinsaibashi, I found a small sweet treat called "Chou Truffe" at the VITA MARE in Daimaru Shinsaibashi store, which was perfect for a 3 o'clock cafe time. It was delicious, so I will definitely go back for more.

This is a chocolate-coated snack made from sablé cookies that I received as a gift. It contains macadamia nuts, almonds, and the crispy texture of the sablé cookie, creating a pleasant sensation in the mouth. It was the milk chocolate version, and it was sweet and delicious! This snack would go well with tea rather than coffee, and if it were the dark chocolate version, it might pair nicely with coffee or whiskey!
