【2023.08.20】"1434" On a hot day, I walked in search of a cafe and arrived at this one. There was a couple in front of the store when I got there. The inside of the store seemed to be full. I don't like waiting in line, but since I had come this far, I decided to wait. It was only about 10 minutes of waiting. The interior of the store was smaller than I expected, but it was decorated in calming colors. There was a menu in front of the store, so I made a selection. When I opened the menu at the counter seat I was shown to, I saw the words "sold out." Since latte art seemed to be a specialty, I decided to go with that. I ordered a cappuccino and also asked for the matcha terrine. The staff informed me that they had just one matcha terrine left, so they would have to make it from scratch. I ended up getting the Black Sesame Brulee Smoothie, a mesmerizing "summer limited" menu item. Being a fan of sesame, I was thrilled. It was incredibly rich and delicious. This was an exquisite dish.

Just the thought of seeing their latte art makes me excited. Did you know that latte art started with a heart drawn on a cappuccino in a bar in Milan? They had a spring menu, and I couldn't resist ordering the "Sakura Latte" and the "Rich Matcha Terrine." The total came to 1240 yen. The Rich Matcha Terrine had a strong matcha flavor and was generously sized. The Sakura Latte was meticulously crafted and looked like a piece of art. It had a subtle sakura fragrance and a light sweetness, with a hint of espresso. It was the first time I had seen such high-level latte art, and it made me happy. The coffee and cakes were delicious too. I would love to visit again to see more of their creations.

It was rich in milk, with a generous amount served in a mug. The Ichigo-na Cannele consisted of a chocolate cannele topped with strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries. The color combination of dark chocolate, pink, white, and red was lovely. When I tried to cut through it with a fork, the balance seemed precarious, so I separated the ice cream and the cannele to enjoy them separately. The combination of chocolate and strawberry was delicious. The latte art and cannele had a charming appearance, which lifted my spirits as soon as they arrived. The background music was soft pop. I would like to spend some quiet time in this space, enjoying the gentle BGM. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I was wondering how he would draw it, and it turned out to be a cool fox latte art. It must be his artistry and skill combined. I enjoyed it both fun and delicious. I will visit again.
