A cafe restaurant on the 6th floor of Tenjin Solaria Plaza. I found this place while looking for somewhere to have lunch. It's convenient that they serve lunch until 5 pm. The interior is spacious and child-friendly. The lunch set (1,650 yen including tax) allows you to choose a main dish regardless of the price, so I chose a dish that included both fish and meat. The weekly meat option was "fried chicken with black vinegar" and the fish option was "Nagasaki prefecture's fried horse mackerel". You can have seconds of rice and miso soup. The set includes two main dishes, cabbage, and pumpkin salad. The fried horse mackerel was thick and delicious, served with tartar sauce. The fried chicken was small in size but easy to eat, with a mild black vinegar flavor. The konjac simmered dish was a nice side for the rice. The rice was tasty and refillable, as was the miso soup. Pickles were also served. For dessert, I chose the cheesecake, which had a rich cheese flavor. For drinks, I selected an iced cafe latte. The portion was generous, and with the main dish and side dishes, including rice and miso soup, I think even men would be satisfied. I unexpectedly had dessert as well and left feeling full and satisfied.

Various snacks and all-you-can-drink beer for 4,000 yen, which is cheap. However, it's a place for young people! There is a smoking area for cigarettes in a corner of the same floor.

I had lunch in a semi-private room (tatami seating) with my child. It was a fun time with friends as we were allowed to bring our own goods. I ordered a steak set for lunch and the meat was tender and well-seasoned. The miso soup was also delicious and you could have unlimited refills of rice and miso soup.

The entrance displayed the "Weekly Meat and Fish Lunch Menu" with options like "Fried Chicken" and "Grilled White Fish with Miso". It was 11:35 when I arrived, dining alone. The restaurant was about 30% full, and I was seated at a 4-person table despite there being 2-person tables available. The staff's service was very good and welcoming. I inquired about the daily white fish option but decided to change my order to the "Garlic Soy Sauce Pork and Grated Yam Rice (¥1,000, tax included)" as the fish selection didn't appeal to me. I requested a large portion, which was free of charge. The dish arrived in about 5 minutes, and although I asked for a large portion, it seemed a bit small. When the dish was served, the receipt was also brought to me, confirming the order as a large portion. The flavor of the dish was mild despite being labeled as "garlic soy sauce", and the meat was thinly sliced. The grated yam lacked the desired stickiness and texture. In summary, it was decent but nothing exceptional in terms of taste. The ambiance and service were excellent, though. I finished quickly and returned to work. Thank you for the meal.

Solaria Plaza is generally expensive in terms of pricing. The lunch options here are mostly over 1000 yen. I made a reservation and went there. There were many families with children. There was a raised table in the back where a group of mom friends were having lunch. It was quite noisy, as expected... When a child spilled water, three moms screamed "Kyaa!" and the sound echoed throughout the restaurant. I wanted to eat quickly and leave, but it took a while for our order to arrive. Finally, we ate quickly and left. We had the weekly meat set meal for 1100 yen and the chicken nanban set meal for 1100 yen.

The restaurant has an open kitchen layout and the young male staff member who served us was attentive and left a good impression. The service was just right, not too much or too little. The food was enjoyable and we ordered the daily special set meal with a choice of fish or meat, with a free extra serving of rice. The flavor was a bit spicy, but the rice was delicious. The location is convenient with easy access to the parking lot. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

The horse mackerel fry is freshly cut from raw fish, and the miso soup has a refined bonito flavor. I was surprised by the well-balanced set meal with a stylish touch. Since the contents change weekly, it seems like you can enjoy coming back for more.

The lunch course included a two-hour all-you-can-drink option for 2500 yen. There were sofa seats, table seats, and I heard there were also sunken kotatsu-style seating, although we sat in the sofa seats. The drink menu included beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. I had cassis orange and grapefruit drinks. The food included Caesar salad, carpaccio, prosciutto, pate & bread, seafood ajillo, garlic toast, fried potatoes, and pasta. There was a lot of carbs, and we couldn't finish everything. I think it would have been better to have one less bread item, remove the potatoes, and add one more meat dish. The Caesar salad was delicious. The restaurant was also quite crowded. I saw that they have various options for regular weekday lunches, so I would like to come back if I have the chance. Since we were going to watch a movie afterwards, we decided to go for something light and skipped the hearty meat dishes. We ordered the Lasagna Set for 1000 yen (excluding tax), which came with bread, salad, and soup. I also got a Guava Juice for 480 yen (excluding tax). The lasagna was their specialty and it was delicious. I was tempted to have more bread. Next time, I would like to try their meat dishes. Overall, it was a great meal. Thank you!

Feeling like crying, I found out there was another building further in, so I headed there. Inside, I discovered an open and stylish place called #602 CAFE&DINER. They have a wide variety of food options, but since I had plans later in the evening, I opted for the soy milk cafe latte. The soy milk flavor was distinct and comforting, giving a natural and gentle sweetness without adding sugar. It was delicious, and the open atmosphere helped the conversation flow easily. They offer a lunch set with 5 items for 1500 yen, and in the evening, there's a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course with 5 items for 3500 yen.

The lunch menu was extensive, and I found it more affordable than I expected with dessert and drinks included. The seating and atmosphere were also nice, and I had a relaxing time with my friends.
