This is my favorite shop. I wasn't a big fan of bagels, but after trying theirs, my opinion changed! They are soft yet fluffy. When you reheat them, the surface becomes crispy, which is delicious. They use plenty of homemade ingredients. It's fun that they come out with new products every month to match the season. You can also freeze them, so I always end up buying too many.

Hello everyone in June 2023! I visited a rental space called "Palette" for a pop-up cafe. It had a retro atmosphere like a Showa-era back alley bakery. They offered basil lemon, lemon, and margherita bagel bread. It was my first time trying them, as I don't usually eat bread. However, my wife loved them and said they were delicious. I tried the basil lemon one and it was really good. The combination of basil and lemon was fantastic. It felt like it would go well with wine. The bakery has a wonderful homemade feel and offers a simple and delicious taste. I recommend giving it a try! ❤️
