- I love this county. I had to try it even in Fukuoka, the birthplace.
- There are many proper nouns, but the order was for the special lot from "Brazil Guariroba Farm" exhibited at the "Taste of Harvest 2022" by the "Brazil Specialty Coffee Association." Hand drip coffee for 900 yen, iced latte for 600 yen, and lightly roasted beans from Brazil for 1,900 yen.
- Hand drip coffee. After the lavender and tea-like aroma, there was a faint sweetness. This might be the best hand drip coffee ever... It was so delicious! Worth the 900 yen.
- By the way, the drinks were 50 yen cheaper than in Tokyo. Maybe it's because of the location.

Hidden gem cafe in Yakuin♪ Unlike the famous cafes in Daimyo and other areas where you have to wait in line, this cafe is a calm place located about a 3-minute walk from Yakuin Station☺︎ The interior of the cafe is so stylish that you might think you're in a foreign country, and the smell of coffee fills the air. The staff were very polite in taking orders, and although I can't remember the name, I ordered a sophisticated coffee with blood orange in it (it was recommended by the staff☺︎). It had a depth to it and a bit of a unique taste, but it felt like taking a step into adulthood, and I had a wonderful time in that atmosphere☺︎ I heard that there is an ice cream shop called kasiki in Shibuya which is related to this cafe, so I'm thinking of visiting there as well.

■COFFEE COUNTY■
COFFEE COUNTY is a roastery and coffee shop that opened in Kurume City in November 2013. In 2019, a collaboration shop with pain stock in Hakozaki, Fukuoka, also opened in Tenjin Chuo Park in Fukuoka. At the Fukuoka shop, you can enjoy morning menus and collaboration sweets.
■MY ORDER■
- Cafe Latte (HOT/ICE)
■COMMENTS■
The entrance leads directly to pain stock, creating a cute space that feels like wandering into a forest. There are also terrace seats, and since it is located within a park, taking your order to-go and enjoying it while strolling through the park is also a great option.

The coffee shop at 3 pm is so kind - if you buy beans, you can enjoy a complimentary cup. I forgot the name of the dark roast coffee. My friend was happy to be able to smell the beans before purchasing and place an order. It's not often you can actually smell the beans before ordering, even if there is a description written. There aren't many chairs inside, but we were able to relax. Thank you for the meal.

This was my first visit to this cafe that has been recently popular. I tried their Italian pudding, I think it was called that...? The texture was unusual and interesting. It was a pudding unlike any I had tried before. The cafe latte had a smooth and delicious taste. It had a strong milk flavor.

The Fukuoka branch of Coffee County, which is also popular in Kurume, has a natural atmosphere. The aroma of coffee is wonderful. They offer coffee tasting so you can choose your favorite beans. The staff explained everything well and made it easy to choose. They serve delicious coffee brewed with care. The carrot cake I wanted to try had a spicy aroma and a hint of sweetness, which paired well with the coffee. I also bought coffee beans for home. The dark roast had a rich aroma with low acidity and a subtle sweet scent, reminiscent of chocolate. It was my favorite coffee. I would like to visit the Kurume branch next time.

- Visit time: Around 16:15 on Sunday, I was able to sit right away, but the restaurant was full.
- Menu:
- Espresso Soda (Elderflower) for 550 yen
- Iced Drip Coffee (Copa de Occidence) for 500 yen
- Carrot Cake
The Espresso Soda was more coffee than soda. The Iced Drip Coffee was fruity and had a refreshing acidity, very delicious. I was informed that if you buy a bag of coffee beans, you get a free cup, but I didn't have the courage to buy before trying it... haha (maybe I should have bought it...). The Carrot Cake was also delicious.

It seems like a popular cafe where you can drink delicious coffee! The staff recommended Peru, so I ordered it along with a carrot cake for takeout! Peru had a fruity and floral taste with acidity, and it was really delicious! I usually don't drink acidic coffee, but I want to drink it again! By the way, the coffee cup and paper bag were super cute!

I arrived around 11:30. The place was already about 80% full. For coffee lovers, this place seems to be the go-to spot in Fukuoka. I was brought here by a local. I usually only go to shops that serve hand drip coffee, and it's hard to find a place with both hand drip coffee and a great atmosphere like this one. The cups are made by a talented artist and are very cute. The staff were kind and shared information about the cups and coffee. I will definitely go back. This is a place I want to recommend to my friends. I will give it 5 stars on Instagram, as I only post about places I truly love. Follow me on IG: taiwan_natural_you

■Overall Impression
Highsogo area is full of good shops, and it's like a paradise for dining out with cafes scattered around. I happened to visit this cafe when passing by. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that if you purchase coffee beans, you get a free cup of coffee. The service from the staff was also excellent.
■Cafe Latte
The taste is good, but what really makes this place special is the service, which makes you feel relaxed. It would be nice to have such cafes nearby.
■Brazil
I purchased coffee beans from Brazil. Although the freshness may not be at its peak, Brazilian coffee is known for its consistent deliciousness. Thank you for the meal.

I visited to buy coffee beans, and at the checkout counter, I was surprised to hear, "Customers who purchase coffee beans can receive a free drink, would you like one?" What a great deal. I purchased "Guatemala Francisco Perez" coffee beans and I'm looking forward to brewing them at home with my Origami dripper. For the free drink, I chose a cafe latte. It's a rare treat for me, only having it about once a year. This cafe latte was enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere, with a coffee that had a strong, sweet flavor and a milk foam that added a nice touch. The coffee was clean with a long aftertaste. It's clear that the quality of the coffee, roasting, espresso machine extraction, and properly made milk foam all play a role in creating such a delicious drink.

This coffee shop is famous for its delicious coffee beans. The coffee served in stylish glasses was a moment of bliss when I drank it. I could hear the sound of coffee beans being freshly ground regularly by the counter, and the music playing in the shop created a nice atmosphere. I felt like I was really enjoying the coffee shop experience. Coffee is so delicious. Whether hot or cold, it has its own unique deliciousness. I was able to savor the changing taste as time passed, especially in the cold season.

Today, I had a late lunch that was oily, so I went for a walk to County in the evening. The relaxed atmosphere was nice. My favorite Cherkatlova also uses County beans. I had Ethiopia and Brazil apple cake and Brazil pudding too.

Today, I would like to introduce COFFEE COUNTY Fukuoka store located in Takasago, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. Even before entering the store, the beautiful exterior catches your eye, drawing you in. The interior is also very stylish, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoying a cup of coffee outside is truly a blissful experience. I tried their cafe latte this time, and it was delicious with a rich espresso flavor.

After finishing a meal in Taipei while reminiscing about Taiwan, I left the restaurant and across the road was a famous coffee shop also known in Fukuoka. I decided to check it out, but it was temporarily closed. Feeling a strong craving for delicious coffee, I tried several other places, but they were all closed. It seemed like my luck was not good this year. Feeling frustrated, I went to the sixth place and to my surprise, there was light coming from inside. Previously, when I visited, it was closed. This coffee shop sources their beans from producers in Central and South America, and they have a strong commitment to quality. They mainly focus on selling beans but also have an eat-in area. The interior had a natural feel to it. I ordered a hot hand drip coffee and chose a deep, richly roasted bean from the seven samples displayed on the counter. The sound of grinding the beans after ordering, the aroma of coffee filling the air as it was hand-dripped, created a cozy atmosphere in the shop. They only use single origin beans without blending. With flowers arranged in wooden vases on the tables, the relaxed ambiance allowed me to unwind and lifted my spirits a bit.

I ordered the Kenya dark roast for 500 yen. The atmosphere of the shop was nice and I could stay for a long time. The coffee was expressed without crushing the individuality of the beans. I personally liked the place because it had books that you could freely read and spacious tables.

I dropped by COFFEE COUNTY Fukuoka. When I entered the shop, there was a tasting corner. This shop mainly serves light roast coffee. Personally, I don't like light roast coffee because I find the acidity lingering in my nose unpleasant. When I mentioned that I prefer dark roast coffee, I was recommended the ◯Kenya (Kariaini AB KENYA). After trying it, I found it to have a pleasant acidity within the bitterness, making it delicious. The staff also recommended trying the light roast coffee. Surprisingly, the acidity I usually dislike was not overpowering, and instead, it had a gentle fruity acidity with a smooth finish. According to the staff, this is the unique characteristic of the beans. The staff used to dislike acidity as well, but after trying this coffee, they came to enjoy light roast coffee. I also tried other coffee beans, each with a different taste, but none had the sharp acidity I disliked. Instead, there were flavors reminiscent of pineapple or a hint of bitterness like green tea, allowing me to enjoy a complex flavor profile. If these were dark roast coffees, they would probably have similar characteristics. Coffee is truly fascinating! Thanks to visiting this shop, I have discovered the deliciousness of light roast coffee. Thank you very much. Itadakimasu!

It's a very open and stylish simple shop with a good subtraction skill. When you buy beans, they brew a cup for you for free! Drip coffee. You can choose from the beans displayed there, and I chose Colombia. We all sat around a long table and formed a circle to enjoy our coffee. It was a bit disappointing for me, with my cat-like hands, as I couldn't hold the glass until it cooled down. Note: Blog post ▶︎▶︎▶︎https://zan3tho.com

It's a shop in Kurume, but they also opened one in Fukuoka. They said they would brew a cup for you if you buy beans. I purchased Ethiopia Tsehay Tsefera, but they brewed Colombia. At first, I thought it was bitter, but as the temperature dropped, it started to taste good. I didn't enter the store, so I don't know the atmosphere. Just had a drink.
