After waiting for about 5 minutes, my buzzer rang and I picked up my ramen. There were only pepper as condiments on the table, so I decided to enjoy it as it is. The clear soup looked similar to shio ramen! It had a strong chicken broth flavor with a hint of fish powder, and the saltiness was not as light as I expected. It was my type of salt ramen, and the chashu was delicious with both pork and chicken chashu. However, considering the price of 900 yen, the portion size was a bit small. I guess prices have been going up lately, so it's understandable. It was around 6 pm on a weekday, so the place was not crowded at all.

Visited on a Sunday after 3 PM. No wait for a table. Even though there was a line at the main store, if you time it right, you can eat here without waiting. You order, and when it's ready they let you know with a pager, so it's really efficient. The taste is definitely top-notch.

Finally, Lalaport has opened in Sakai City. One of the restaurants I want to try is "Fukuhara," a famous restaurant in Ikuno. I'm glad to be able to enjoy it in Sakai City. The taste was a refreshing salt ramen with seasoned egg, chicken, and seafood. Thank you for the meal! (^∧^)

Menya Fukuhara is a famous shop with a main store in Imazato. If it were the main store, there would be a long line, but it was fine on a weekday at the food court. Thank goodness. It may feel expensive to exceed 1000 yen for a food court, but the taste is exquisite. The chicken oil is delicious. The first bite is so good, it's the best. It surpasses the level of a food court.
