The croissant sandwich was delicious and filling. The iced coffee was strong and bold, so much so that I had to add milk halfway through. The first time at this cafe, my husband wanted curry but I wanted something other than curry. We found a cafe where we could both eat what we wanted and enjoy coffee. The cafe has a spacious parking lot and a high ceiling, creating a nice atmosphere. The pasta comes with bread, salad, and soup in addition to a drink, which is a great deal. I tried the iced cafe latte for an extra 100 yen and it was delicious. I will definitely come back next time for the dessert set!

Friday is curry day. Today's lunch was at Sanagiya Coffee near Sangokugaoka, along Route 310. I had their beef curry, with half portion of rice. The curry was hot and the beef was tender. It's a delicious taste that anyone would enjoy. The curry plate is perfect for the dam curry style, allowing you to eat cleanly without leaving any sauce on the plate. The coffee is also good. The interior of the cafe sells various ingredients and wines, and the spacious parking lot is also a plus. I'll come back next time to try their hamburger. #OsakaFood #OsakaLunch

I have been going for walks with my wife recently. There is a nice coffee shop near our house. It's not too close, but not too far either... We have passed by it many times, but it's not a very noticeable place... I decided to go in for the first time! It's called "三喜屋 miklya coffee." Inside, it's bigger than I expected. They also sell food and miscellaneous goods. I ordered a set of Spring hotcakes and iced coffee, as well as an additional iced coffee. I shared it with my wife. The hotcakes had strawberry ice cream, canned peaches, whipped cream, and strawberries on top. It was even more delicious than I expected!!! It's a dish that makes me want to stop by occasionally. The combination of dining expenses and parking fees can add up and become quite expensive. Luckily, this cafe, Mikiya Coffee, has a large free parking space available! Mikiya Coffee has several locations in Takashimaya department stores, but this particular one is a directly operated store under the name Komyo-tei. When I visited, it was still called Mikiya. The interior of the shop has a slightly retro, cozy atmosphere with a bit of a cluttered feel, but it somehow adds to the overall charm of the place. They sell imported sweets, coffee utensils, and coffee beans inside the store. The morning set costs 500 yen, and lunch is 770 yen, both including a drink. You can choose from over 30 different types of coffee to enjoy. The shop has a long history, which sets it apart from other reviews I've read. The interior is reminiscent of a traditional coffee shop where you can relax and stay for a while, but they also offer modern menu items like espresso and cafe latte. They seem to brew each cup of coffee individually, similar to the trendy Blue Bottle Coffee style. The coffee takes a bit longer to be served, but it's definitely worth the wait! They roast their coffee beans in the adjacent factory, although I couldn't see the roasting process due to lighting and timing. The coffee beans they sell are also quite affordable, with their original blend priced at 340 yen for 100g. It's said that you can buy coffee beans cheaper at the directly operated store than at department stores. They also have limited edition coffees that change monthly, which I couldn't resist buying. The store is open from 9 am to 6 pm, which seems to be a regular schedule. I wonder if there are fewer customers in the evenings around this area? I'm planning to visit again on a day off!

Well, I guess this type is supposed to be without acidity. It's all about personal preference when it comes to taste. If you enjoy a coffee with a rich aroma and bitterness, this cafe might be worth a visit for you and those with similar preferences.

I go with a person in a wheelchair, and thanks to the fact that they have a round table near the entrance designated as a welfare seat, we can enter without feeling too self-conscious. I often order iced coffee or the blend, but if there is a limited-time special, I will try that as well. I have a good relationship with the staff, and I think it's a really nice shop. However, there are many older ladies among the regular customers, so it can get a bit too lively at times. This is probably because the shop is popular, so it can't be helped. By the way, even if you only order coffee, you will get some kind of snack. Perhaps they handle imported goods, which is why there are a lot of cookies. I used to have a prejudice that imported cookies would be too sweet, but I realized that's not the case. However, I tend to buy more spices like pepper than snacks. I sometimes stop by when I go to Mikuni-ga-oka.

When I go alone, I prefer cafes where I can open my laptop for a long time without getting glared at. This Kumo-Tei cafe gives off a vibe of a coffee bean shop. The inside of the shop is bright with sunlight, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I wondered where this calmness came from, and then I noticed that the clientele consists mostly of elderly people. There was an older gentleman sitting alone with his laptop. It may not be so welcoming for families with children. They have recommended coffees for different days of the week and different sets of Japanese sweets depending on the day, which is interesting. Making coffee in a teapot is quite picturesque. The chiffon cake was also delicious.
