From the selection, we tried the "Pistachio Financier 6-piece pouch" (tax included at 1620 yen) and the "Pistachio Fondue" (1 piece tax included at 648 yen each). The Pistachio Financier has a light and elegant flavor typical of financiers, with a subtle pistachio taste. Many may find it lacking in the rich pistachio flavor they expect. The production is handled by Kyoto's "Ishida Shoten," a trusted manufacturer relied upon by confectionery companies nationwide. Established in 1817, they have a large factory producing over 800 varieties of financiers, earning a solid reputation. On the other hand, the Pistachio Fondue is a cheesecake combining pistachio paste and Hokkaido cheese with a burnt pistachio topping. It has a creamy and mellow flavor, but like the financier, it may come off as light and flat. It is smaller than regular cakes and priced at 648 yen per piece, making it less cost-effective. Unlike the Pistachio Financier produced by Ishida Shoten, the Pistachio Fondue mentions being manufactured by a different company in Hokkaido. Both items left a sense of lacking satisfaction. They may suit those who prefer light desserts, but those seeking a rich pistachio flavor may find them lacking. In addition to sweets, they offer pistachio curry (Thai-style and Indian-style) and mostly packaged assortments like deep pistachio and strawberry pistachio round cakes.

I was interested in various shops, but the popular ones had long lines or were sold out, so I decided to stop by this shop that I had been curious about. It's a sweets brand that uses 100% pistachio paste from BABBI. There were various options, but this time I chose the Weekend Pistachio with 4 pieces. I used a department store gift card for payment, so it was a good deal. When I got home, I tried it. It was a delicious treat with a rich buttery scent, filled with pistachio and milk chocolate sandwiched between Landkuchen pastry. It was a bit pricey so I can't buy a lot at once, but I would like to try it again.

I got it for myself, so I chose a pouch instead of a box. The pouch is cute and can be used again, which is nice. When you open the bag, you can smell the buttery scent. The dough has pistachios kneaded in, and the green color is nice. The crunchy pistachio bits add a good texture. I absolutely love it ( ﾟДﾟ) Delicious! It has a shelf life of over a month, so it's great for gifts too. I later realized that it's a new brand from BABBI, famous for chocolate. The pistachio and chocolate soft serve ice cream was so delicious. I wonder if they'll come back for the Hokkaido Fair? I'm curious about the pistachio chocolate snack too. Since they can't be bought individually, I'll save it for next time. The round can is cute, but I wonder what I should put in it. Since it was temporarily set up in the Matsuya basement, I decided to make a purchase. I bought the "Weekend Pistachio," which is a langues de chat cookie with chocolate filling. The product description reads, "We baked finely chopped pistachios and Italian pistachio paste into a buttery langues de chat dough, sandwiched it with thick original milk chocolate." While the langues de chat cookie does contain pistachios, the pistachio flavor is a bit subtle. The milk chocolate is smooth and delicious, similar to BABBI's wafer cream, not too hard or too soft, making it easy to eat. It's tasty and easy to enjoy. However, if you're looking for a stronger pistachio flavor, you may find it lacking. At around 1500 yen for a pack of 4, the price is... hmm? How should I put it? A gift from a friend!! Strawberry pistachio freeze-dried strawberries coated in pistachio chocolate. I actually don't like chocolate-coated freeze-dried fruits, and I'm not a fan of dried strawberries either, so I thought I wouldn't like this, but surprisingly, it was really delicious!! The sourness of the dried strawberries is not overpowering, and there is a strong pistachio chocolate flavor that balances out the sweetness, making it just right. I thought it was so delicious that I want to eat it again!! I would love to buy it as a souvenir!! There seem to be various other types of snacks available, so I would like to try those as well.

It has big chunks of chicken, so it's quite satisfying to eat. I thought it was a luxurious taste to have this curry at home, so I enjoyed it with beer while eating it heartily!
