In the midst of a town filled with cafes, the MUJI store stands out and is less crowded even during off-peak hours. I had a citrus cake as part of my deli meal, which was quite firm and had a good amount of volume. It was a limited-time offer and cost around 800 yen when paired with black soybean tea. After walking around and feeling tired, it was a perfect way to relax. The black soybean tea was delicious, and the matcha cake was rich and satisfying. Overall, it was a great experience.

♪Healthy life is great♪ (Song: "Healthy Ondo") Today, I visited the restaurant tucked away in the corner of the spacious "MUJI" store, which always has a long line. Surprisingly, there was no line today, so I decided to go in! The staff were all relaxed, like in a natural food restaurant. I chose the set meal with one soup and three side dishes for 950 yen including tax. The main dish I chose was the breaded mackerel with tomato and herbs. The side dishes included shrimp salad with white sauce and persimmon potato salad, which were all delicious! The combination was unique and interesting. Additionally, there was mushroom rice, miso soup with tofu, and pickled vegetables. This healthy set meal was a hit with women, and I can see why.

I visited the restaurant at the end of work hours. I was quickly seated and the food was served promptly. I was very satisfied with the amount of food for under 1000 yen. Moreover, they offer free refills for rice and miso soup. Both the main dish and side dishes were delicious and the mixed rice was also great. As expected from MUJI, the flavors were both delicious and gentle on the body. I will definitely visit again!

I stopped by the Kintetsu Department Store after shopping. In the midst of an emergency situation, I disinfected my hands before entering, and each table was spaced out for seating. With half the seating capacity, I imagine their sales have been cut in half. For lunch, I had bean rice with two side dishes: 1) boiled whitebait with turnip and cucumber salad, and 2) hijiki salad. Both side dishes were light and very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went to the MUJI Cafe at Abeno Harukas. I ordered the One Soup Three Side Dishes Drink Set. For the main dish, I chose grilled mackerel with turnip and mustard miso, winter vegetable with walnut miso, and apple and cottage cheese salad as my sides. You can choose between white rice and multigrain rice. The portions were a bit small, more like 3-4 bites. The grilled mackerel had a slightly spicy kick and was quite tasty. The apple salad was sweet and delicious with the cheese. The winter vegetables were also well-seasoned. The coffee I had was dry and slightly bitter with a mild aroma. The total cost was 1,150 yen. In terms of value for money, it's not great, but if you're looking for a healthy meal option when eating out, it could be a good choice.

I stopped by after shopping at Abeno Harukas. The cream soda with lots of soft serve ice cream is sure to make kids happy. The seasonal mango and berry sodas were refreshing and delicious. You serve yourself water, but the staff takes care of everything else.

Muji's curry is rumored to be delicious, isn't it? It's talked about on TV too! I bought the top three rankings! In our house, Keema curry is popular! Butter chicken curry is not spicy, so I think anyone can enjoy it! Curry is great on hot summer days!

I visited the MUJI Cafe around 3 pm on Saturday afternoon. I ordered a cafe au lait and an iced coffee. The drinks were good, but the cafe was located right in the middle of MUJI store, so it was a bit crowded and noisy with shoppers. The staff provided good service.

The MUJI store inside Abeno Harukas is huge! The restaurants inside offer great value for money!

I usually go to Grand Front, but this time I went to Harukas. It feels a bit smaller than Grand Front. The taste is the same and delicious, but I feel like I can relax more at Grand Front. ✨
