Soft serve ice cream with anmitsu ^_^ It's a weekday afternoon so there are fewer people and it's comfortable~ Perfect for the hot summer, Anmitsu-chan has soft serve ice cream, red bean paste, sweet syrup, and mochi balls. They are all delicious but isn't there too much agar in it? It's mostly agar, but maybe I don't like it because there's too much agar and I couldn't finish it.

I visited around 2pm on a regular day, and there were still people using it for lunch. Finally got to try the warabi mochi parfait! It was delicious. I'm sorry it had koshi-an instead of anko, which I'm not a fan of. I want to try the matcha parfait next time.

Nanazu Green Tea had a wide variety of matcha options, but I decided to try their lunch menu. I had some time to spare before my next appointment, and it was a great place to relax. I ordered the avocado and tuna bowl, which came in two sizes and also included miso soup. It was just the right amount as I was a bit hungry. They also offered a drink set, but I had coffee so I opted for a glass of water instead.

I ordered matcha gâteau chocolat and genmaicha tea. It arrived smoothly as it was just after opening on a weekday. The genmaicha tea was fragrant, and the gâteau chocolat was very delicious. Unfortunately, there was no bell to call the staff, so I couldn't get their attention quickly, the opening hours were not clear at a glance, and there was no explanation of the steeping time for the tea bags. Additionally, there were small crumbs of gâteau chocolat on the plate, and tea leaves stuck to the teapot. If these small details were taken care of and everything was presented in a clean state, I believe the overall satisfaction would be higher.

I enjoyed a hot green tea at Nana's Green Tea located on the basement floor of PARCO. The tea had a great aroma and a refreshing taste. It's a nice change of pace from drinking too much coffee. It's a good way to refresh and relax in the middle of the bustling city.

It's a chain restaurant, but surprisingly, I really like this place (*^^*) It has a feminine atmosphere compared to typical set meal or rice bowl restaurants, making it easy for solo diners to visit. You can enjoy quick rice bowl dishes and traditional Japanese sweets, so I often go there! The rice bowl menu includes dishes like taco rice and hashed beef, as well as Western options like tuna and salmon roe, and ochazuke. It feels somewhat healthy, so you can enjoy it without feeling guilty ♡

I went to watch HKT48's "Yokayoka" at the new building 5th floor of Tenjin Parco. I received a ticket and had 45 minutes until the gathering time. To satisfy my hunger, I went to Nanaz Green Tea on the basement floor. I didn't know they had rice bowl menus here. The regular menu looked delicious, but there was a limited-time rice bowl recommended - the Natural Tuna Curry Tartar Poke Bowl for 1,060 yen with less rice. I also ordered a Uji green tea set for 270 yen. "Poke" is a dish where fish is cut into small pieces in Hawaii. The curry flavor was mild with a sesame dressing on top. I mixed the egg paste in the center, along with broccoli, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and other vegetables for a creamy deliciousness. The miso soup was sweet, which I liked. And the tea was indeed delicious!

I entered because I wanted to eat dessert. There were various options and I was able to relax.

I wanted to eat a huge parfait so I visited this place. I'm happy that it comes with a whole matcha gateau chocolat on top. Delicious.

Matcha Green Tea Latte L 551 yen

I stopped by after hanging out with a friend! Located in a convenient location where you can easily head to the subway or the Nishitetsu line, nana's green tea was the perfect choice for my friend who loves seafood bowls. While I've visited before for their matcha sweets, this was my first time trying their rice bowls. I remembered they had some kind of bowl on the menu, so I decided to give it a try. This time, I ordered the natural marlin bowl and a matcha black honey latte. The marlin was generously portioned and the rice was piping hot, pairing well with the sauce. The soup was just right in terms of flavor. After finishing everything, I enjoyed the black honey latte, which had a nice balance of matcha bitterness and black honey sweetness. Although nana's green tea isn't all about matcha, I personally really like the subtle bitterness that adds a touch of traditional Japanese sweets. It's a chain restaurant, but it's quite a nice place to hang out and have a good conversation with friends.

After work, my husband came to pick me up, so on the way to the pick-up location, we passed by a nana'sgreentea in the basement of Parco. Since we had some time before he arrived, we decided to make a little detour (laughs). They had an eating space, so we ordered a matcha soft serve with toppings like warabi mochi and fresh chocolate. There were so many menu options to choose from, it was hard to decide. I went with the matcha white ball azuki soft serve for 480 yen. You can't go wrong with these toppings, right?

After drinking, I wanted something sweet so I went to Nana's Green Tea. I ordered the Matcha Chocolate Parfait. As you can see in the picture, it was quite voluminous. It had matcha ice cream topped with matcha chocolate, cornflakes, cream, matcha sauce, and agar jelly in layers. Personally, I wish it had more matcha flavor, but for matcha lovers, it's irresistible! I'm definitely coming back to try their matcha shake and roasted green tea desserts.

Well...my annual health check-up is coming up. I think I've managed to lose enough weight, but I still get nervous about the yearly examination. So, I decided to try the "Nana's Green Tea" in the basement of Parco's new building. They have a donburi menu with a half-size option, which is perfect for me. I chose the chicken soboro donburi for 626 yen. It's about the size of a regular rice bowl, with a modest amount of egg and a healthy serving of vegetables. The vegetables are even labeled with their place of origin, like the Fukuoka-grown kaiware. I was surprised to find such a menu at what I thought was just a tea shop. However, the fact that it has glass walls and is visible to everyone coming in and out of Parco can be a bit uncomfortable for an old guy like me.

Fukuoka Parco New Building B1F cafe. There used to be a different cafe in this location, but it has changed. The interior has a casual atmosphere that would appeal to younger people, with 26 seats. As it is a Japanese cafe, there is a wide variety of Japanese sweets and tea available, but there are also various rice bowl dishes. The rice bowls come in small sizes, which is nice as you can choose the portion size. I chose the Small Size Kamaage Shirasu and Mentaiko Rice Bowl (605 yen including tax). It comes with a mini miso soup. The rice portion is about one small bowl for women. The amount of mentaiko is small, but there is plenty of shirasu. It comes with a sesame dressing, but the flavor of the mentaiko alone is satisfying. The sesame dressing is in the top left, and the miso soup is in the top right. The rice is simply delicious. The portion size is just right, and for those who love shirasu, having plenty of it was great. You can choose the portion size, and it's enough for a light meal.
