The KURO coffee, priced at 400 yen, is made with the ONCA blend, served in a large original cup. It has a mild acidity, a clean taste, and a generous portion, which I enjoyed black. I tried adding milk and sugar to the last sip, but I personally preferred it black. This coffee, with its pleasantly unassuming flavor, is well-balanced and suitable for daily consumption. The café features various pottery from different kilns, including Koishihara ware, displayed throughout the space. Despite its open and simple design, the atmosphere is calm and stylish. While the area may be bustling now due to the recent opening of Meena, I believe it will become a more tranquil spot for breaks or meetings in the future. The young staff members provided attentive and courteous service. I highly recommend this café.

I would like to visit again and take my time enjoying it.

SHIRO's latte costs 450 yen (tax included). It's a coffee that is not sweet despite not having syrup, yet still delicious. It's not too mild either. This shop only offers two types of coffee, KURO and SHIRO. You can choose between hot or iced. They also have baked goods and free wifi. The downside is that there are not many seats and there is no restroom on this floor. They provide coffee grounds straws, which are brown straws made from coffee grounds. These straws are great, with a natural feel and better texture than paper or plastic straws.

The coffee is authentic and they also offer cookies and pastries, making it a good spot for a quick snack. It's located inside Minami Tenjin, so it has an atmosphere where not only young people but also older customers can feel comfortable. I had the SIRO-HOT for 450 yen, and they choose the coffee beans for you based on their recommendation, making it easy for those who don't know much about coffee. I had a latte without syrup this time, and it was made with care and had a nice aroma. The latte art was well done and it was delicious and easy to drink. I also tried the lemon cake for 300 yen, which had a good lemon flavor and aroma, although the texture was slightly crumbly and dry. It paired well with the coffee and had a stylish presentation. They offer takeout as well, which is convenient. The only downside is that it's located near the entrance of Minami Tenjin, so it may not be the most peaceful place to relax due to the constant flow of people passing by.

ONCA COFFEE Mina Tenjin Store, located near the north entrance on the first floor of Mina Tenjin, which reopened on April 28, 2023. The cafe on the first floor moved to the basement, so this cafe opened on the first floor. The interior is clean and based on white, creating an open space feel, making it easy to enter. It has a different atmosphere from Starbucks, with a cozy seating area near the north entrance. The menu offers 8 types of coffee and 4 types of flavored lattes to choose from (same price for iced and hot). I chose the second dark roast with nuances of dark cherry and plum, in iced form. It had a slightly acidic and refreshing taste, which I enjoyed. In the midst of the crowded Mina Tenjin, I was able to take a breather at this reasonably priced cafe where you can choose your beans. It was a pleasant experience.
