At the Passion Hormone in Pupo 4-chome, this yakiniku restaurant is a chain with many locations. Their biggest selling point is the cheap draft beer for 190 yen (lol). I drink quite a bit, so I'm happy about that (^ω^) As for the meat, the lean cuts are surprisingly not the best value in terms of taste and price balance, but true to its name, Passion Hormone does a good job with the offal (^ω^) If you want to eat a lot of offal, it's a good deal (^ω^) I think it's a nice place to drink and eat with friends. Chain stores have various differences depending on the location, so take it as a reference (^ω^)

Today, I came with my friend to eat hormone at Jounetsu Horumon! If you want to eat hormone, this is the place to go! It's a chain restaurant, but the freshness of the hormone is really good here! Maybe because they buy in bulk as a chain. It's cheap, and they also offer rare cuts of meat! The menu is divided into 10 levels of richness and satisfaction, so you can find your favorite hormone dish easily! I recommend the black wagyu hormone, also known as "kurohoru"! The juicy fat bursts with sweetness when you bite into it! It's very satisfying to eat! Definitely try going there with your friends!

I suddenly felt like eating yakiniku, but it was before payday and I didn't have much money... but I really wanted to eat meat, so I went to Jounetsu Horumon in Kabuki Yonchome, which is known for being cheap and delicious. It was my first time going even though it's close to my house. The restaurant was very clean and there was no smoke, which is excellent for a yakiniku restaurant! It was a little after 6 o'clock and there were no customers at first. But then, about 4 groups came in one after another, so it seems like a popular place. The seating area was not very big and it quickly filled up! There are many yakiniku restaurants in this area, but it seems like this one is particularly popular. First, I ordered a beer. Then, I ordered salted tongue, harami, and loin. The salted tongue was quite tough... the harami was delicious! The loin and other cuts were just average. However, I was impressed by how thinly the meat was sliced. Since horumon is their specialty, I probably should have tried that. The staff were all young and the service was average. I was full by the end of the meal, but the bill came out to 8000 yen... for that price, I could have gone to another restaurant. If it was a little cheaper, I would want to go back to this place!

Hormone yaki was originally supposed to be cheap yakiniku. Lately, it seems to have become less affordable due to its popularity. Here, you can easily enjoy hormone grilled on a shichirin. There is a smoke exhaust system on top of the shichirin so it is not smoky. With prices starting at 280 yen for white (small intestine), it is perfect for those who want to try a variety of dishes. However, the portion size is on the smaller side, so it may not be suitable for those looking for a hearty meal. It was just the right amount for me and my companion to enjoy and compare different dishes. There are only four 4-person table seats and around 6 counter seats in the small and brightly decorated shop. There is also a second floor, but it seems to be rarely used as we had to wait when the first floor was full. We wandered around the lively old-fashioned shopping street nearby and waited for our mobile phone to be called. It's a rare and lively shopping street with a bit of a retro feel. There are other interesting shops around, and I would like to visit them next time.

It was cheap and delicious. My friend who went with me was also satisfied.

I like the atmosphere. It's good to eat the ribs crispy. Easy to drop by. A cozy feeling.
