廃人草草
After eating yakiniku at the second restaurant, I sent Kaji-chan to Shin-Imamiya Station. It was still early, so I opened Facebook and saw that a super otaku had checked in alone at Toriki in Okunicho. Hmm... Then I saw that Kayo-chan was drinking with friends in Abeno. Alright, I'll just join them without asking (laughs). However, getting to the destination has become easier with the iPhone. I found the place next to Pasca in the game center's building with the elevator. When I entered the restaurant, all the rooms seemed like semi-private rooms. I asked the staff if there were any female customers who resembled Hiroko Mori or cute girls, and they said they didn't know Hiroko Mori. What!? You don't know Hiroko Mori, the legendary TV personality? Well, it's okay not to know Kenji Moriwaki (laughs). But Hiroko Mori is a famous person, right? By the way, I recently saw a commercial announcing dinner shows at a hotel in Kobe. They have dinner shows planned for four famous people, each costing 32000 yen. I remember Suzuki Masayuki, 42000 yen, Takahashi Mariko, 42000 yen, Hiroko Mori, 32000 yen, and some unknown middle-aged woman, also 32000 yen. The fact that the middle-aged woman is priced the same as the big names is interesting. But what caught my attention was that while Suzuki Masayuki and Takahashi Mariko were announced to have concerts after the meal, Hiroko Mori was listed to have a LIVE performance. That was kind of amusing. Anyway, Kayo-chan was drinking with a local female friend named Nishi-chan. Oh, a girl! I was thinking about what to do if it was a guy, but then I realized how annoying it would be if a random guy suddenly showed up while I was having a date with Kayo-chan and smiled saying he saw us on Facebook (laughs). Well, that's another reason why it's good that it was a girl. So, let's have a drink. This place is a highball bar, so I'll only drink highballs! I started with a sudachi highball for 280 yen. Cheers! This place is like a trendy izakaya with 280 yen for everything. The appetizer was potato salad, and surprisingly, it spoke when I touched it. (Appetizer) Hello, I am a commercial potato salad. (Grass) Nice to meet you, I am Tsukinoumiya Sou. (Potato salad) Goodbye... Next, I tried a yuzu highball for 280 yen. It went down in an instant. Then, I had a slightly plum highball for 280 yen. Also went down in an instant... Sweet highballs are easy to drink and nice once in a while. Well, it's almost time for the last train, so I'll stop here. Nishi-chan, who doesn't seem to be good with alcohol, had a warm and bright atmosphere and was wearing a cute jacket. It reminded me of the kind of jacket Yuki from Judy Mary would wear. I thought about giving it to her, but I figured the size wouldn't fit, so I didn't say anything. The bill was 1000 yen less thanks to Kayo-chan. It was supposed to be a little over, but thank you. Thank you for the meal. Then, I walked to the station and saw them off. Both Kayo-chan and Nishi-chan were early risers the next day, which surprised me. I have work from 9 a.m., but all I have to do is get dressed, eat a banana, and go to the office, so I can sleep until the last minute. Girls have it tough in the morning with makeup and all. Well, after saying goodbye to the cats, I opened Facebook again. To be continued. I have a useless gourmet blog (laughs). Search for "草草の廃人日記" if you're interested.
