TERMITE
Recently, I visited "Kinsei Takatsuki Ekimae Store" and "Nakamura Shoten Takatsuki Main Store", but "3104 Chome" and "La Menya Harinezumi" are closed today. I thought about other shops in Takatsuki besides the "Kinsei Group", and "Wanwan Tei", "Ramen Tesshin", and "Chinese Hanasaku" came to mind, but in the end, I ended up going to a certain shop in the "Kinsei Group". For lunch today, after the closure of "Kinsei Sokenya Mofu" with 21 years of history on January 1st this year, I quietly opened a new store with a takeover on April 29th, which is also in the "Kinsei Group", "Nakamura Shoten Takatsuki Minami Store", and I arrived as the first customer 15 minutes before the opening at 11:00. While waiting, I checked the menu board in front of the store and found that the regular menu and the limited "Hinyarinco" cold noodles were almost the same as "Nakamura Shoten", and perhaps the only original item at the Takatsuki Minami store is the "Aburasoba" limited to evenings. When the store opened at 11:00, a female staff member who came to put up the curtain in front of the store guided me inside, so I entered after cleaning my hands with the alcohol disinfectant in front of the store. The interior of the store was unchanged from the days of "Kinsei Sokenya Mofu", and when I sat at the counter, I checked the menu. Since I had already eaten all the menu items, and it had suddenly become hot after the typhoon, I ordered the limited-time "Chilled Kin no Shio Ramen (900 yen)" with the "(Weekday lunch only) Rice set (50 yen)". After ordering, I was told, "The soup is not cold yet, it will take about 15 minutes, no, maybe 10 minutes, is that okay?" so I decided to wait since I had time. After about 10 minutes, the limited-time "Chilled Kin no Shio Ramen" arrived, with a clear and cold Hinyarinco salt soup topped with pork shoulder loin rare chashu, menma, chopped large leaves, chopped white onions, and shredded red chili peppers. I took a bite of the clear and cold Hinyarinco salt soup, and as expected, it was lukewarm. Well, I accepted that, and the flavor and umami of chicken and seafood broth spread in my mouth, along with the refreshing aroma of chopped large leaves enveloping everything gently, and the spiciness of shredded red chili peppers and the sharpness of the salt base added to the overall deliciousness! I have had it many times, but I forgot when it started, but maybe because it doesn't use perilla oil, the aroma is slightly subdued, as it is flavored with chopped large leaves, which is common to "Nakamura Shoten". The homemade medium-thick straight noodles made with the Kinsei Group's exclusive flour "Yume no Kaze" are rich in wheat flavor, firm and chewy due to being firmly cooled with cold water, with a smooth noodle surface and a pleasant throat feel, blending well with the clear and cold Hinyarinco salt soup, making it very delicious! The low-temperature cooked pork shoulder loin rare chashu is thickly cut, making it a bit difficult to chew, with a tough and slightly dry texture, a mild seasoning, and the more you chew, the more you feel the smell of the meat, rather than the usual meat umami and sweetness, it's unusual... probably because the chashu (pork shoulder loin & pork belly) is "made in bulk" unless it's a special one, I think there is no "difference in taste" between stores... Furthermore, the appropriately seasoned menma with a crunchy texture and the chopped white onions with a crispy texture serve as accents, and it's really good! I quickly finished the clear and cold Hinyarinco salt soup and licked the bowl clean. It's a bit late, but I was able to enjoy the "Hinyarinco" cold noodles, a summer tradition at Nakamura Shoten, at the first visit to the Takatsuki Minami store, and although I was a bit concerned about the smell of the pork, it was stable and delicious, thank you for the meal!
