It's been a while since I had Gaburichicken. The prices have gone up slightly, the size of the fried chicken has gotten smaller, and the taste has also declined. The quantity and quality of the food have decreased, but the all-you-can-drink option for individual items is a plus. Drinking and eating cost around 3500 yen. The overall value is good, but it falls short compared to the Gaburichicken fried chicken I had in Nagoya 10 years ago.

Namba Station is about a 1-minute walk away. This is a chicken restaurant that specializes in fried chicken, which I recommend. It's a chain restaurant, so the flavors are strong and you can drink alcohol at a reasonable price. Personally, I prefer a slightly milder flavor, but it's good to go there occasionally. It's relatively empty, so it's easy to get in, which is a good thing. The restaurant allows smoking indoors, so I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't like smoke. It's still rare to find restaurants that allow smoking these days.

I was just wandering around with time to spare until my next appointment when I stumbled upon a fried chicken shop! The sign for "Happy Hour" caught my eye, so I decided to go in. The fried chicken was delicious! I wasn't expecting much, but it exceeded my expectations. I also ordered some bone-in chicken, which was easy to eat since it was already cut. It went well with my highball drink. Thank you for the meal!

In the past, when I was doing sales in Nagoya, I used to occasionally eat at this restaurant. Since there is also a branch in Namba, I felt nostalgic and decided to visit. It was convenient that you could add all-you-can-drink option even with a same-day reservation. In that case, you have to order at least 2 items per person. Thank you for the meal!

Located in a back alley from Nankai Namba Station to JR Namba, there is a place called Buri Chicken. I happened to come here because the restaurant I wanted to go to was full. There is also a counter, making it a good place for a date or a second round with a friend. It's nice to munch on cabbage while drinking beer.

Namba's specialty is Brichicken. Let's have a casual drink here. It's a fried chicken restaurant. It's full, but luckily there was a seat at the counter. The lighting is Suntory Kakubin. First, I order a Beam Highball for 407 yen. Then, I order Boneless Thigh Fried Chicken 100g for 385 yen and Gizzard Fried Chicken 100g for 429 yen. In Kansai, gizzard is called "zuri". The menu clearly states which part of the chicken is used, so there's no need to worry about the breast or thigh issue when ordering. The Beam Highball arrives. The appetizer, cabbage, costs 275 yen. The fried chicken arrives. It's hard to tell the difference between the thigh meat and gizzard because they are both covered in batter. The waitress kindly points out which is which. The thigh is juicy and when you bite into it, the juices drip down, which is my favorite way of frying. The gizzard is fried in a large chunk and has a nice chewy texture. Both are well-seasoned with salt. The total bill comes to 1496 yen.

During my business trip to Osaka due to the G20 summit, I stayed at the hotel behind this restaurant for 8 nights. I was so busy that I would return to the hotel around 10:30 pm after finishing work past 10 pm. Yesterday, I went to a 24-hour standing udon shop, and tonight I decided to visit this place that I had been curious about. When I entered, there was only one group of customers, and when I asked if I could dine alone, the staff looked troubled and informed me that they would soon stop taking orders. I asked until what time, and they said 11 pm. It was still 10:50 pm, so I thought it would be fine if I ordered everything quickly and finished before 11 pm. Even though the information on Tabelog (and also on Hot Pepper) states that they close at 11:30 pm on weekdays, the official website and even the paid advertisement on Hot Pepper mention 11:30 pm. Even after two months, the information remains the same. Thanks to this, the food was served quickly - the appetizers arrived before my highball, the snacks were ready before I even started drinking, and the ochazuke came out quicker than the main dish of fried chicken. They even anticipated my sensitivity to hot food, which I appreciate! However, when they served the ochazuke while my highball was still half full, the rice soaked up the tea and turned into a porridge-like texture by the time I got to eat it! Perhaps this was their way of being considerate in the late-night hours? They really have a unique approach... While the order of serving dishes and the timing were unconventional from a normal service perspective, it actually worked out well for me as I wanted to go home early and sleep. I left the restaurant before 11:20 pm, earlier than the originally stated order stop time, which was convenient for me. For those planning to visit, it is recommended to arrive by around 9 pm to ensure that you won't inconvenience the staff. The taste is decent, and the prices are reasonable. I personally won't be going back, but that's irrelevant.

I wanted to get some chicken from Kadoya-san, but they were full, so I had to settle for takeout from Gaburi Chicken nearby. I ordered the popular trio for 450 yen, which included Nagoya-style double-fried chicken wings and Kagawa-style bone-in chicken. I really wanted to try them, but maybe next time I can compare them with Ichizuru. However, I felt like the fried chicken was a bit too salty; my blood pressure might go up to 20 (lol).

I was intrigued by the name of the restaurant, Gaburichikin, and decided to visit. I had previously been impressed by a dish called "hina tori maruage" at another yakitori restaurant, so I was excited to see it here as well. I couldn't resist ordering it. Even though it took 20 minutes, I eagerly waited. When it arrived, the hina tori was quite flavorful, with a sauce that seemed to be seasoned with oil. It was different from what I had imagined, but it turned out to be a great accompaniment for drinks. I enjoyed the fried chicken with shichimi and mayonnaise. It was delicious and I could see myself getting addicted to it.

After a long time, I did a big cleaning at home and hurt my back, so I decided to go for a quick drink in my pajamas around my neighborhood (lol). I went to a place I often see in Nagoya called "BriChicken". They have a 2-hour all-you-can-drink deal for 980 yen, but it's for groups of 2 or more (T.T). We ordered 3 kinds of fried chicken (boneless thigh, bone-in chunks, and wings) for 990 yen, chicken curry flavor for 940 yen, additional boneless thighs for 350 yen, and silver rice balls for 200 yen, spending a total of 5600 yen with drinks... It's actually cheaper to go for the all-you-can-drink deal with 2 people than going alone (T.T). The food was all delicious (⌒▽⌒). Thank you for the meal.

There seemed to be a all-you-can-drink option, but we were not asked about it when we entered, so we just ordered drinks. However, we overheard someone at the next table saying "There's an all-you-can-drink option" so we asked if we could change to that, but we were refused. We could have had a bit more to drink, but we ended up leaving. The service and food were good, but it was disappointing.

The Kabuki-za theater area is quite a lively spot! There were many shops bustling with activity! In the midst of it all, I wanted to eat delicious fried chicken, so I went to "Gaburi Chicken." I had heard of the name before, but it was my first time dining there! They not only have fried chicken, but also a variety of chicken dishes – you can even choose between young chicken and adult chicken! In addition to chicken, they have a wide range of a la carte menu items which was fun. The meat was tender and delicious, and the highball was tasty too! Thank you for the meal!

[Taste] Assorted platter, chicken sasami, garlic shrimp, potato salad, chicken skin chips. [Location] 5 minutes from Namba Station in Osaka. [Impression] All the dishes were delicious. The assorted platter had a good portion size and felt affordable. There was a wide variety of drinks, especially the marinated drinks. I would like to visit again.

It's not bad, but the flavor is too strong. It feels like they're putting way too much salt or something. Well, it might be good for young people. The quality of the staff is just too low. They lack energy, their service is slow. Also, you can't use credit cards for the all-you-can-drink option, which is strange. I won't be going back.
