A great place for whiskey lovers! They serve rare whiskeys and craft beers. The homemade dessert with whiskey was delicious and unique. Thank you for the meal! Located in Nagahoribashi, this bar offers a unique dining experience. #stand #whiskey #craftbeer #nagahoribashi #bar #osaka #osakagourmet #nippongourmet

I was intrigued by this alley with a shop that had a wooden entrance with a Japanese touch. It seemed like a bar that you wouldn't enter unless you had a specific purpose. The counter inside was nice, and you could stand or sit. It was run by a lady. They served Minoh beer, which is great. I started with a Weizen beer and then tried the Hoegaarden Rose, which had a berry aroma and was more suited for women. It was a different experience for me, as I usually prefer IPAs. The food was a homemade assortment of local dishes, which were delicious. I also tried the Meihou ham, which was quickly grilled and seasoned with pepper, making it a perfect match with the beer. The highlight of the place was the beer served from the hand pump, which had a creamy texture and was incredibly tasty. Hand pump beers are rare, and this place did it right. It was a great experience, and I will definitely visit again.

I visited on a Saturday evening. It seems to be located inside a building, but the entrance is like a narrow alleyway. There is an entrance at the back, and the atmosphere feels like it has been renovated from an old Japanese house. You can drink Minoh beer from the barrel. I like their bottled beer, but the barrel is even better. On this day, from 6:30 pm until closing, it was all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat for 3000 yen. By this time, the percentage of foreigners increased, and it was so crowded that there was no standing room available. People from America, Canada, France, Austria, Germany, Korea, and other places gathered here. Even though it's a bar, everyone quickly gets along and can have conversations. It's a lot of fun. After this place closes, we all went to another nearby shop with the people we connected with. It's the kind of place where you can do that.

In August 2016, I planned to go to a stylish bar after celebrating with a meal in Shinsaibashi, but I ended up wanting to go to this shop and made my way there. It did not disappoint. They had craft beer, which was great. The atmosphere is cozy and the owner's personality really shines through. It feels comfortable here. I ended up having another round of drinks while being curious about what the next table was having. It was a Nikka Café Malt on the rocks. I will definitely come back for more relaxation. Thank you for the wonderful experience. On the way back from a Tsutenkaku Tower tour in June 2016, I felt like having another drink, so I made a detour. They had Minoh beer and whiskey highballs, which were perfect. It was a lovely relaxing space to enjoy delicious drinks and made my Friday even better. In February 2016, on the way to a café, I found a nice sign and decided to check it out. It led me to a place with a view of the Tower of the Sun. They recommended Minoh beer, which was surprisingly good. They even served a delicious cake with a sake flavor. The atmosphere was like an adult's secret base, blending the old and new in a harmonious way. It was a place with a playful spirit that made me want to come back again.

In a small beer stand in a hidden alleyway in Minami, you can enjoy Minoh Beer's Real Ale, which has won the gold award for 6 consecutive years. The beer is hand-pumped and served without carbonation, creating a deep and unique flavor. Despite the higher price, it's worth savoring in the tranquil atmosphere away from the bustling streets of Minami. The setting is perfect for leaning back and enjoying a leisurely drink. The elegant and attractive waitress adds to the overall ambiance of the place.

I visited this place with my colleagues from work. We entered through a narrow entrance between buildings and walked down a corridor to find ourselves in a cozy wooden-carved interior. It was small but had sofa booths and a counter. Since we were a large group, we were seated at a sofa booth. To our surprise, there were some old records placed next to the booth. When we asked if we could play them, the staff kindly agreed. It turned into a Beatles festival! They had a good selection of drinks like beer and whiskey. I enjoyed a glass of Laphroaig while getting lost in the unique sound of the records. By the end of the night, I was a bit tipsy. The atmosphere was not too dark like many bars, but rather bright and calm. It was a lovely space. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This is a place in Osaka where you can enjoy several types of craft beer on tap. It seems to be like a second branch, and they are planning to open a third branch as well. Eventually, they are considering brewing their own beer on-site for customers to enjoy. I tried the Dotonbori Ale, which I had tried before, but this time it tasted much better. Craft beer seems to be all about proper storage. They also offer a variety of other alcoholic beverages, and you can use it like a Western-style bar. There are also daily changing side dishes, making it a fun place to enjoy. You can also have a light meal here. The staff are friendly and you can enjoy a good conversation even if you go alone.

As it was getting close to finishing time, I was looking for a bar and came across this bar in Shinsaibashi. If you enter the building mentioned and go deep inside, you will find this bar. The interior has a nice lighting atmosphere. They serve barrel-aged Minoh beer. I usually go for a vodka tonic at bars, but here I decided to try the Minoh beer. I enjoyed it with some grilled cheese. It had been a while since I last drank it, and it still has its unique taste. Lately, I've been hearing a lot about "craft beer" and have had the opportunity to try various kinds, but Minoh beer from Osaka is truly a pioneer in the craft beer world and can be considered a veteran. It has many fans, and although I've had it in bottles before, drinking Minoh beer on tap is a whole different experience. It's not easy to find places in Osaka that serve barrel-aged Minoh beer, so the casual and unpretentious way this bar serves it is great. They also host craft beer events.

The last stop was for craft beer. I visited what seems to be a sister store of STAND in Dotonbori. Enjoying craft beer with smoked food is pure happiness. The subtle aroma of the smoked food pairs perfectly with the beer. MARCA has a strong coffee scent and is also delicious. Unfortunately, this place has no cell phone reception or Wi-Fi. They really need to fix that. Today's assorted plate included cheese, smoked crab stick, smoked sausage, seasoned egg, smoked smelt fish, bean sprout namul, meat miso?, and bread. Craft beers tried were MARCA Coffee Amber and Minoh Beer Stout.
