At night, we used a course menu and enjoyed the unique flavors of each type of meat. The taste of the meat seemed to change depending on how it was sliced, but honestly, I couldn't really tell, haha. Everything was delicious though, haha. There seems to be a recent trend of thinly slicing sirloin and eating it with egg, which was exquisite. We ended up ordering seconds. It might be a bit extravagant to go there frequently as a family, but I want to go again.

The newly opened yakiniku restaurant in Ginza Corridor, called "Niku wa Kiri Kata ni Yotte Kawaru," offers a concept where the way the meat is sliced changes the taste. The restaurant is very clean and all seats are private or semi-private, making it easy for women to visit. The "Kiri Kata Makase Course" starts with a thin sukiyaki-style sirloin after the appetizers, followed by an 8-cut assortment where each cut is sliced very carefully. The thick-cut tongue is tender and juicy, showing the precision in slicing. The lean cuts are also sliced well, making them easy to eat without feeling tough. The zabuton sirloin has a rich flavor and melts in your mouth. The salad bar is all-you-can-eat, and the cold noodles at the end are delicious. I want to try the garlic butter harami on my next visit. This restaurant has become a place I vow to visit again.

The meat was delicious. I couldn't determine the price because it was treated as a treat, so I rated it a 3.

I went with a few colleagues from work. Some items were sold out, but the food was delicious. I think the cost performance was good.

Visited for dinner. It was quiet inside, probably because it was early on a Monday. Ordered the most expensive course, but all the meat came out at once and it was over. I was expecting the same impact as I had at the Nihonbashi store last year, but...

The quality of the meat is good, and the cost performance is excellent. The people I went with were also very happy. I would like to use it again.

It was a late hour so there were few customers, and I was able to eat quietly. The meat, salad, appetizer, drink, and dessert were all delicious, and I have found another restaurant that I want to visit regularly.

I wonder if there won't be a second time - it's delicious because it's yakiniku, but...hmm.
