From Neyagawa City, head down to the south side and turn right at the yakiniku restaurant called 298. At the very back of that place, you'll find a slightly hidden BAR. It's a cute little place that would make any woman happy, perfect for a date. They have menus placed neatly on the tables, which is a first for me after drinking at many bars. The menu states that they only serve drinks ranging from 600 yen to 800 yen, so you can relax and enjoy your drinks without worries. While they have a lot of standard whiskies, they also offer unique fruit liqueurs that have won contests. I tried the dragon fruit umeshu and it was delicious! Thank you, handsome bartender!
