I visited for the year-end Fukunome. The owner, who used to run a franchise specializing in blowfish dishes, has now opened a restaurant that serves not only blowfish but also crab dishes. The blowfish and crab are fresh and of high quality. Truly a delight for the taste buds. We closed the year with some fin sake, saying thank you for all the hard work this year. The restaurant was quite busy, but everything ran smoothly thanks to good operations. Overall, it's a great restaurant.

The restaurant has changed its name and the food has become even more delicious than before. I am happy that they also serve crab now. As the temperature drops and it gets cold, I immediately think of Fugu Club and reserve a table with a sunken kotatsu. Sitting in a regular tatami room without a sunken kotatsu is tough for me! This place is just perfect for that. We ordered the Grilled Fugu Course for 6900 yen, and also ordered a single crab dish because we wanted to try both. The grilled fugu and grilled crab were amazingly delicious. It's rare to find a place where you can enjoy both. The skin, sashimi, and fried dishes were all as delicious as before. After the grilled fugu and crab, the fugu sashimi arrived, still moving. It was freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. I particularly like their ponzu sauce here. It has a rich flavor that complements the taste of the fugu and vegetables in the tetchiri hot pot. For dessert, we had the fugu porridge, which was the best I've ever had. I will probably visit this place multiple times during the season. Even if I don't have the expensive tetchiri, I am always satisfied with the cost-effective options at Fugu Club. The quality never disappoints.
