I was able to sit at the counter seat. The grilled chicken was juicy and very delicious. We went with two people, and it was nice to watch them grill over the counter. My companion was pleased. A yakitori restaurant right near Higashi-Ginza Station. The daikon radish with grated radish served as an appetizer is delicious. The umeshu is amazing. I want to take someone to this restaurant that uses chicken cartilage. The restaurant is run by a company that specializes in meat, so the yakitori is also delicious. But it might be a bit pricey. I wonder if this price range has become the standard in this day and age.

Visited a nice-looking restaurant in Ginza with colleagues from work to have drinks. It was conveniently located right after getting off the bus at Ginza 4-chome. The place had a good atmosphere with counters on the 1st and 2nd floors, and table seats on the 3rd floor, making it easy to drop by even without a reservation. Since there were two of us, we were seated at the counter. We ordered mainly yakitori and some other appetizers. The dishes were tasty enough considering the prices and ambiance. It's good to know a few places like this!

I was seated at a counter seat on the first floor for around 11,000 yen. The L-shaped counter had a cozy feel with the wall acting as a backrest. The interior of the restaurant was stylish and clean, although not very spacious. The restroom was located on the second floor, where there were also seats available. I had a 5,000 yen course for dinner, with about 3 glasses of shochu. It was a great meal. This place in Ginza is perfect for a casual dining experience without the formality of a high-end restaurant. It's a new place but the service is excellent, and they even adjusted the ending time for us. The course included unique dishes like simmered daikon and drooling chicken skewers, which got me excited. The liver was incredibly tender and delicious. I love it. The portion size was just right (might be a bit small for men?), and you can also order additional dishes during the course. I added some chicken neck. A friendly chef always makes the food taste better, right? 7,500 yen per person.

This time, I went to Ginza to eat yakitori! It seems like a recently opened shop! They are offering a 5000 yen course for 3000 yen as an opening special! The menu is simple yakitori... but with a variety of unique items. Particularly delicious were the following 3 items: negima (chicken thigh with green onion) - simply delicious! Beef heart - tasty without any unpleasant smell! Tsukune (chicken meatball) - we ordered extra of this! The crunchy texture is great! They also have soboro don (minced chicken rice bowl) for a satisfying finish! For 3000 yen, this was a very satisfying meal! However, if you prefer simple yakitori like bonjiri (tail meat), skin, heart, or seseri (chicken neck), it might be better to order a la carte and choose your favorites. They have several types of sake in 720ml bottles, so it's recommended for those who enjoy sake!

I heard that a restaurant using charcoal fire has opened at the entrance of Ginza Sambashi Street, so I visited it immediately. I sat at the counter and noticed that it was not hot or smoky, which is unusual for a yakitori restaurant. I tried the course menu, and except for the fruit at the end, everything was served grilled over charcoal. Although I visited thinking it was a yakitori restaurant, it felt more like creative dishes using charcoal for vegetables, beef, chicken, and more. The menu is expected to expand in the future, so I look forward to revisiting.
