Weekend neighboring town, Kintetsu Fujiidera Station patrol ※ by bicycle, exploring new eateries, trying them out one by one. I knew the name of this cafe, but I never expected to find it tucked away in such a narrow alley. It's a stylish cafe with glass walls. I ordered a Dalgona Latte for 530 yen (tax included) and a New York Cheesecake for 480 yen (tax included). I had tried Dalgona Latte once before, and it was overly sweet with a caramel topping. Surprisingly, the drink here was delicious! The coffee, milk, and caramel were fresh and well-balanced. The New York Cheesecake was also rich and moist, complemented by a chocolate sauce on the plate. It was quite sweet but not overly so when paired with the cheesecake. The cafe was trendy but not overly crowded, with a diverse mix of customers. It was a delightful experience. Thank you for the meal. Side note 1: The cafe's manager is named Pon-kun, and there is a small dog running around without a leash, a mix of Pomeranian and Chihuahua. Side note 2: The dog is very friendly and approaches customers, surprising first-time visitors. Side note 3: If no one pays attention to the dog, it will wander outside on its own and return when it gets bored. Side note 4: The dog is eager for treats and will even jump for them when offered by the staff. Side note 5: Despite its eagerness for treats, the dog seems to have poor eyesight and struggles to find dropped food on its own. Side note 6: The dog always appreciates being petted and will stay by your side if you do so. Side note 7: I wondered about the dog's age, and it turned out to be 4 years old, equivalent to around 35 in human years. Side note 8: When asked about its age, I was at a loss for words and couldn't come up with a response.

It's a stylish café with a large glass interior. I went with a friend and we ordered café lattes and caramel lattes, which were delicious. The caramel latte had a beautiful marble-like design that looked like art.

The atmosphere was very nice. The cake was delicious. The temperature of the hot drinks could be a bit hotter. I will definitely go again.
