I ate a candy apple for the first time in a long while! It was quite big and I had a hard time eating it haha. I rarely have the chance to eat them except at festivals, so it felt special! The taste was just like a regular candy apple haha. This time I chose the plain one, but I'd like to try other flavors too!

This was my first time at Ringo-Do. I felt like having a candy apple, but couldn't eat it right away so I didn't ask for it to be cut. The surface was crispy while the inside was juicy and delicious. I usually go for the regular candy apple, so next time I'll try a different flavor. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered cinnamon and plain flavors. The apple on this day might have been a bit off, as it had a somewhat mushy texture. However, it was definitely better than the apple candy from the stalls. I would like to try it again if I have the chance. I personally prefer the plain flavor over cinnamon, but the cinnamon flavor reminded me of apple pie, which was also delicious. I appreciate that this shop offers a variety of coating options.

Nishishin has an apple candy shop "Ringo-do Nishishin-ten" at the entrance of Chuonishi Shotengai. I felt like eating the cinnamon-flavored apple candy that I liked since I first purchased it, so I got the cinnamon flavor to go. This shop offers apple candy with different apple varieties as the base depending on the season, but last time I bought it, the apple base was strangely sour, maybe due to the variety of apples or individual differences in the apples themselves, it was a bit subtle. However, this time was a big hit! The sweetness was moderate and the acidity was just right, matching well with the cinnamon flavor candy. Since it is a dessert with seasonal fruits as the base, this kind of variation can happen. But if you only get the cinnamon flavor every time, it can get boring, so next time, I'll try a different flavor. Thank you for the meal.
